Common Barghest

Born from those who have died in traumatic events, Barghests are vengeful spirits that haunt areas where their former selves have passed on, such as old war sites; in turn, they are bound to such areas. Barghests can also attach themselves to living beings, usually unseen. The chains covering its body are symbolic of the ties the Barghest has to Evelon and can only be removed to allow the Barghest to pass on when they have resolved the bitterness and regret they hold from their previous lives.
