Common Carpetfang

Information

Carpetfangs are one of Evelon's largest species of snake and can grow up to lengths of up to 44 ft (13.5 m). Much of this length is usually hidden in complex tunnels underground where they will wait to ambush prey that wanders near the entrance. Venom produced by the Carpetfang possesses an acidic quality that can melt through solid metal, and as such they must devour their victims shortly after striking. Their tough scales are sought after and crafted into tools and jewelry.
