The reclusive Nonaga prefer to live in dark, secluded places of abandon. Mystics speculate that their multiple sets of eyes allows the Nonaga to see into a person’s mind, body, and soul as well as into other dimensions of being. They are a powerful symbol in many early eastern religions and are depicted as being worshiped as gods. They produce a powerful paralyzing poison that is injected either by bite or by the stinger at the tip of their tail.
