Commonly found as livestock or as a beasts of burden, Tuskows are ungulates found across both Basantha and Nabias. They have been used for thousands of years to help till and plow the soil and their dung is one of the most effective fertilizers in agriculture used today. Tuskows normally live in herds from 30 to 300 members. Wild Tuskows are an uncommon sight and are not as large or strong as those bred by people. In many Barakkan cultures, the Tuskow is a symbol of agriculture and fertility.
