I don't believe it was ever not possible. Not sure how the others would feel about it, but I'm pretty sure it's available? Unless Kyrit wants to say otherwise.

That will also come in due time. The website has a few secrets here and there (such as the Equal Marriage Wockee), so hang tight~
Gold/Slate; They're Evo-Lux, yeah. The reason for their inclusion on the website (along with things like the pre-evos of a good few pets that didn't have them before) was to show people what they'd get out of taking that pet to Evo-Lux. =) This means things like the pre-evos for the Rockhopper Pingune/Alluria, Candle Shii, and plenty of others. Some don't have images yet since they just weren't made in time, but anything with a pre-evo that has a PSD can be ordered from Evo-Lux. Since the Slate/Gold Stargoyles are only available as prizes, they've also been lumped in with Evo-Lux rather than a forced evolution.
Evolved pets that... haven't evolved; Krypto mentioned to me on FB that she forgot to do the evolutions when she was making the site available. You don't have to get them done at Evo-Lux though. For now they may appear as the old forms, but once Krypto gets home/gets a chance she said she'd take care of them. Basically just a few things that didn't quite make it to the initial push. For now you can at least see the example images~
(Frosted Learf sadly didn't get included in the website's launch because I've been without access to my files for a few weeks now, preventing me from finishing them up. Once I get access again though they'll be included in the spree of evolutions)
Temple Garudor;
Sadly some things that require special lineart edits/extra markings (Clockwork Garudor included) haven't made it to the updated lines. They eventually will, but they take more time.
