Dimitrity walked out with the kanua in tow.

Nighfill looked up, surprised at how quickly the boy had come up with the money for the calamikuhna, "Ah? Oh, of course! If you don't have the KS on you at this moment," which would make sense as he hadn't even left yet, "The money can be wired directly through to Moofius' bank account. We accept debt and all major credit cards."

Nighfill laughed, picking the calamikuhna up and bringing the little guy over to Dimitrity`s feet, gently setting the kuhna on the ground. It was a nice feeling to get these guys new homes and out of this dark place.

"Why thank you Nighfill. I appreciate it, and promise you that she will also be put in good hands."  Dimitrity was so happy that he was going to be succesfull.  He was eager to see the look on Lady Arya's face.  He practically ran out the door, the Calamikuhna running to keep up with him.

"My! Just look at this exceptional place, dear!" A Fellox glowing like gold entered cheerfully, an aura of warmth washing over everyone in range of her. "And such a witty name!" She immediately looked around. "This will be grand!"

"If you say so, mother." A second Fellox walked in behind her, not even sounding half as enthusiastic. He pushed his glasses up his nose - which looked rather ridiculous - and scoffed at his surroundings. "I have to let you know, I have work to do. I run a company, mother, and have no time for...shopping."

"Now, now, Haku, dear! Don't you want to spend time with me?" The golden Fellox was absolutely unfazed by the arrogance of the other and attempted to snuggle him. Haku quickly stepped aside and towards Nighfill when he spotted her.

"I greet you." He bowed his head. "And I apologize for this scene you had to witness." Now if only he wouldn't sound that snooty, this would maybe be believeable. "This is my mother, Haephnes. For reasons unknown to me, she has decided that something of interest to her will be found here."

"And it is! Look, look!" Haephnes had ventured off a bit - and had found a Bleached Fellox. "Look, darling, a Fellox! We must get him out of here! He can come with us to the Chateau!" She walked back to Nighfill. "Hello, dear! You run this place on your own? How impressive! Anyway, this little dear back there looks like he needs to get out of here. I own a chateau, I'm sure he would be happier there. We already had three of his kind, but then they disappeared..." She looked at Haku. "Do you remember, dear? They were living in the room you then gave to those three funny Felloxes making these ticking noises and who said they came back from some guy named Igor. I wonder what happened to them? Didn't you take them to this guy as well? Are they staying there?"

Haku coughed slightly. "It is Einsor, mother. And do not worry, they are...fine." He quickly returned his gaze to Nighfill. "Anyway, it seems mother came here for the Bleached Fellox. Even though this does not mean that I have obtained the knowledge why I had to accompany her."

"Why, darling!" Haephnes beamed at him. "You have all the money, that's why! Give all the money to her for the Fellox! At least 100.000 Keystones! All your money! Go, go, go! We must get the poor dear out of here!"

For a second, Haku lost his composure, but caught himself almost at once. "I...see. Then I will take care of this. Would you inform the Fellox in the meantime?"

"Of course, of course!" Haephnes happily walked back. "Don't forget, all your Keystones!"

"I assure you, mother, all my Keystones." Haku bowed his head, just to turn to Nighfill as soon as his mother was out of hearing range. "I hope you do not expect that I had not anticipated mother's whims", he informed her haughtily. "I have taken exactly 55KS with me for this very reason. I can also inform you, should it be of interest to you, that there will be no...disappearances of Bleached Felloxes from the Chateau anymore. If you do wish to haggle, be informed that I am a successful buisnessman and will not--"

"Give her a MILLION, darling!" Haephnes called towards him. "This is such a charming dear! I will not leave without him!"

Haku sighed. "My offer stands", he simply said.

Hearing praise from a mile away Nighfill turned when a... rather... Well how to explain it... She was... warm and the other was the exact opposite. Actually he sort of frightened her, but there was no way in Evelon she was going to let her fear show as she beamed at the two coming down the stairs. They didn’t seem to notice her, or rather that she was their host, but for the moment they seemed happy to just chat and... browse?

Moofius would love to hear about how the woman loved her peculiar shop but, considering she was stuck in this dungeon maybe she would “forget” to pass it on. Nighfill liked this place at first, but it had lost something over time and she’d grown to miss simple things like windows...
I greet you? That was... well a very strange way to greet anyone but maybe he just came from a different place. She bowed her head, still smiling, “I greet you aswell. It’s uh... No worries I like seeing a... loving family?” Erk, well that had come out awkwardly; it wasn’t like she’d seen anything vulgar or terrible or anything; just family affections, right?

Listening to the story Nighfill tried to piece together what had happened. None of it made much sense at all, at least not until Einsor’s name had been corrected. She turned to the woman to explain but, looking back at her son, decided against it. He must not be telling her for a reason and... well, she’d rather not get too tangled up with any of her customers. It wasn’t any of her business, right?
He spoke like a robot, and Nighfill noted that someplace in her mind. Maybe he was, maybe that’s why he’d made... strangely robotic creatures from the other fellox? Did robots get lonely? Again she would ask, but becoming involved was something she wanted to avoid completely.
The teigu jumped at the suggested price, even stepping back a bit. That was not a sum most would see all at once. Not in their life time, anyway. Then the woman and her ridiculous sum were away to speak with the bleached fellox she Nighfill had down here. She was left alone with the robot.
“Of course not,” Nighfill whispered quietly and quickly to him. Clearly the mother had meant what she’d said, seeing as her son felt the need to explain that he was not paying that.
“How about we say 60 KS and call it even. Bleached fellox are hard to come by, especially considering that many of them have been turned. You yourself have three that were taken off the market as bleached to be turned, so you know what I mean, right?”

The teigu, who had leaned in close to speak with the young man swivelled her long ears towards the golden fellox; she was coming back. Nighfill sat up straight and smiled at her, “He really is nice, isn’t he? I’ll miss him when he’s gone.”
The deal felt fair enough, and seeing as he was wealthy enough to pay for the medical clinic, surely he could add another 5KS to the price he’d outlined.

Treasure Hollowheart

"Well that's most peculiar." she said a  she walked down the seemingly endless stair case. When she finnaly got to the bottom she saw several animals, "No.... Not quite right, sorry, Ahh!"  she said laughing, her voice like bells, "This mimebones is fantastic." She said as she watched the srange creature chase its tail for attention, "Now wouldnt that just cheer you up, if Talkores cooking for you?... Of course it would!" Belladonna giggled, she was sucha happy soul, " Now let me see...." Belladonna turned adressing the tiegu for the first time. " Err... Hi I'm would like to offer 120 ks on this little mimebones here.... Whos a likkle cutie mimebone? dats you awww...." She cooed turning back to the mimebones. Relizing the tiegu was still there she went of on a long story about some strange people/animals named Mouse, Talkore, and Scatty....

Asahi had been sent on yet another errand for that irritating little Invert Myu Reaper, now it seemed he wanted to get hold of one of those Bleached Fellox things for some kind of plans he had regarding the zoo, and he had heard of a strange little shop that might just be selling one and within the price range that their budget could afford too. The female Lucain was starting to get a little worked up at how often she was sent off to fulfil these little whims of the self-appointed zoo manager, he was such a little... Stop it she told herself, Just because he can't hear you doesn't mean that you should be mean about him, typically her conscience had stepped in once again, and Asahi was too nice to even tell herself to 'bugger off'. This was likely the reason she was always chosen to do these errands, as she never ever complained or asked for some time off...

Asahi slipped into the strange little store, making her way quietly down the long flight of stairs and entering the main shop area she was pleased to see that the Bleached Fellox hadn't been sold yet. She waited for the Teigu to deal with her customers, trying her hardest not to eavesdrop, but she couldn't help but overhear to her dismay that the two fellox customers were enquiring about purchasing the Bleached Fellox she had been sent for. Hearing the price being haggled Asahi quickly looked into the money pouch she had been given before speaking up "Um, excuse me. But I overheard you asking for 60ks for the Bleached Fellox. I wasn't eavesdropping I promise, but I would like to offer 70ks for it if I may?" she spoke timidly and her tails waved anxiously to and fro behind her as she waited for a reply, hoping she hadn't seemed too rude or presumtious.

The hollowheart was a little strange and acted quite young, but seemed to have taken to the mimebones. The mimebones, too, seemed to like the girl.
“Sounds like a deal to me,” Nighfill smiled, please with how easily that was decided. That was when the hollowheart started to talk. The teigu smiled politely, waiting for a lull in the verbal puke that spilled from the hollowheart’s mouth. A few minutes later the small smile began to slip from the teigu’s lips.
Would she ever be quiet?

Nighfill opened her mouth to try and forcibly stop this stream of information when the mimebones did it for her.

CLACK!

The noise was so sudden Nighfill jumped, her attention turning to the mimebones, then noticed that there was a pause in whatever it was the customer was rambling on and on about.
“So yes, 120 KS sounds fine. Oh, look there’s something over there,” the teigu pointed over the hollowheart’s shoulder, “I need to attend to, haha. So uh, you can send the keystones to Moofius and the mimebones is all yours, haha.”

A little too quickly to count as being polite, Nighfill left and found that she did, indeed, have business just on the otherside of the dragon. This time it was a lucain who seemed shy and, thank Zu’hai, not talkative.
“Oh the fellox? Oh well...” She looked around the hollowheart to the two fellox who had offered on the bleached pet, “Hmm... Would you mind waiting. I’d like to give them a chance to counter offer. They’ve really taken to this fellox. Mind if I ask what you might have planned? Don’t want to send the fellox to anyone abusive or anything like that, right?”

Haku had just been on the verge to haggle some more with Nighfill - he was a buisnessman, after all - when suddenly a Lucain entered the Cardboard Box House and offered 70KS. Haephnes watched with slight amusement how the left ear of her son twitched - one of the few signs that he was a very unhappy company owner right now, since he had to spend more KS now than he had planned and since someone had just interrupted him without so much as an introduction. Oh, how Haku hated it when things did not go as planned!

However, Haku hated it even more to lose. He was a perfectionist, he never lost. It wasn't in his nature. He turned towards the Lucain and quickly assessed her. Not a buisnesswoman, probably easy to manipulate...but Haephnes was here as well and she wouldn't allow him to use his skills to turn this into a cakewalk. So spending money it was, however much he detested it. He bowed his head. "Well, I greet you, Madam, how nice to join us here", he stated, the professional tone in his voice never wavering. He turned back to Nighfill. "It seems you are about to make a profit today, then. Please allow me to notify one of my subordinates to significantly increase the amount of local currency available for current disposal. I assure you, I shall be able to increase my offer to at least 80KS in mere minutes."

Haephnes chuckled; it was just so cute when her little one was so irritated that he forgot to speak in small and understandable sentences. "This wouldn't have happened if you had offered a million KS right away, dear~", she added.

Haku's ear twitched again. "Of course, mother. Of course."

"Of course, I understand. They were here first after all" Asahi waited for the two Felloxes to decide what they were going to do, meanwhile the Teigu asked her of her plans for the Bleached Fellox. Asahi was a bit but off by the question, "Someone abusive? Well uh I don't know to be honest, I know Reap has some plans for it, but he hasn't specified what exactly" she disliked calling the Fellox it but as she hadn't been able to chat to the Fellox itself yet she didn't know whether it was a male or a female. Checking through her money pouch to confirm exactly how much she had left available to spend Asahi stepped up her offer "I would like to raise my offer to 85 ks if I can please" and waited to see what the grey male Fellox's reaction would be.


((It is entirely possible that the fellox will be offered up to Einsor, however it's also possible it won't and if it was it wouldn't be for a long time as my ks is for easter so i'd have to save up again.. It's likely I would buy another one for RL $$ from the shop for that... But I can understand if you don't want to risk it being turned and so don't want to sell it to me)).

Haku had stepped aside for a moment to contact his subordinates to bring him some more KS. Ah, the joy of technology. He also was rather pleased that the Lucain was raising the price only by 5KS, which meant she probably didn't have all that much money to spend. "Very well, then." He returned to Nighfill. "Then I shall raise my offer to 90KS." He glanced at Haephnes, but it seemed she decided to just watch for now and not throw in suggestions of ridiculously high amounts of money again. That was good. Now if only one of his subordinates would show up soon, this here had gone on far too long for his tastes anyway and he had a tight and busy time schedule. What was taking Mimiko or Canna so---

"Hey hoo, hey hoo, money for the boss~ Money, money~"

Oh. No.

Haku suddenly felt the very illogical urge to hit his head against the nearest wall when Senero, Tenero and Denero came down the long stairs, as always singing and dancing around in unison. Why, oh why?! Well, it was good that his subordinates were efficient enough to send those who were the least efficient coworkers instead of someone else, but...

"Heyhoo boss~!" the three Clockwork Felloxes sang, stopping in front of him, but still swaying their tails from side to side. "We got the money, the money, the money for the boss~ So much more money, money, money for the boss~"

"Splendid." Haku was kind of proud of himself that he, despite this turning into a catastrophe more and more, was still able to remain as professional as always. "I thank you for your quick delivery. You may return now and continue with your assignments."

"But we want to assist you, assist you, assist you here right now~" The three Felloxes twirled around again.

"No, really, that is not--"

"Aww, let them be, honey!" Haephnes walked up to them. "Aren't they just charming? Such nice and happy dears!" She started to swing her own tails as well.

Haku sighed. This was so not his day.

XD; And I don't mind if the fellox got messed up by Einsor; I love Einsor and I would fund his clinic more if I wasn't also trying to save for easter and the like, haha. =3 No really I just needed to say... anything. D8> I also like to know what you plan to DO with the fellox in question, rather then just buying because. Everyone is welcome to buy "just because", but when there's two (or more) people interested in the same creature one deciding factor is who plans on actually USING the pet in question. So I guess that's why I'm sort of asking. Do you have plans, or a vague idea for the fellox? Tell Nighfill why the fellox should go with you. She loves money, but she also likes to know that those that she sells here are going to a good home.

And "good" doesn't mean "happy fluffy fun times". "Good" is just, something with a plan. P= But yah, only if there's two people offering then it helps your case if you have an idea what might happen to the pet.

Even just something like, "I see real potential in this pet. He seems adventurous/intelligent/kind enough for whatever I might be doing later, maybe, haha.". XD;; Homygawd. D8> Yah. And RPing here is, awesome. XD; Shows you REALLY want the pet in question. That said I will give Theia a chance to counter offer/RP. =3 ))

The teigu nodded, happy to see that the fellox would be going to a new home soon. Well it seemed almost certain that the fellox would go with the business man, but then the cain increased her offer by another 5 KS.
"Reap?" Nighfill asked, curious. She was a business woman, but she also had SOME feelings and couldn't help but be curious about this "reap" person.
"A curious name. What does Reap do, if you don't mind me asking?"

That was when the Orange (Carboard Box) House went from a traders outpost to a small circus. Three clockwork fellox came down the stairs, apparently with the required KS. They danced around and everything they said came out in a sing-song tone. Nighfill had to laugh, one clawed hand covering her eyes as she chuckled to herself.
"Hello you three, welcome to the Orange Cardboard Box House. Thanks for coming, feel free to look around." And leave the adults to figure out the business half of this deal.
"Seems you must run a rather happy home, eh? You and your mother must keep the house balanced. Not too strict, not too silly?"
Eep, maybe she shouldn't have said that? Maybe she was crossing the line? She nervously turned away from the business man towards the three clinically altered fellox.
"If you guys want music there's a music player at the back of the room. Not too loud though if you do decide to play something on it, alright?"

Belladonna happy with her purchase, clipped a handy lead and collar onto the mimebones and led it away, snacking on the leash. (The mimebones not Belladonna.  I thought I may as well leave no looose ends.)

"Reap? Oh well he's an Invert Myu Reaper, he came to the Zoo around about Halloween time along with a few other new creatures. He's a very fastidious animal and dislikes mess and disorganisation so he became the Zoo Manager... Anyway he sent me here to look for a Bleached Fellox as he'd heard some rumours about one being for sale around abouts here." Asahi explained to the Teigu before being startled by the noisy appearance of three very strange Felloxes, the like of which she had never seen nor heard before. She shrank back out of the way of the trio trying hard not to look scared. For a moment she was fully distracted by them and was physically unable to pull her eyes away from the odd sight, until somewhere in her brain registered that glasses wearing Fellox had once more upped his offer. Stuttering slightly Asahi quickly rejoined the bidding "Uh.. W-wait.. uh.. I can offer 95 ks." she really needed this Fellox or she wouldn't hear the end of it from Reap!

((Okay then, well in that case I will say that I intend to change it into either a Clockwork Fellox though it may take me a while to save up   until then I would RP him normally so that I can go through the whole change thang - the details of his personality have yet to be decided. I try my hardest to not get/keep pets just because I like how they look, instead I only keep them because I have a plan for them and will RP them eventually))

((I...have no real plans for the Fellox right now. I just know that he's male for me and that he won't get turned by Einsor. I hope to find a personality for him and maybe a place in my plot, but then again, I have like, 35 Felloxes already and don't even know how to fit them all into my plot D8))

Haku was about to say something, but Haephnes interrupted him with a bright smile. "Oh yes, we have a very happy home", she chimed in. "Haku here is my youngest out of eight and we have a bunch of other Felloxes with us as well~ They're all so charming dears!"

"You forget to mention that the rest of my 'siblings' are constantly trying to kill each other like the barbarians they are and that we all suffer from amnesia while you are the only one who seems to know about us, but refuses to tell."

"Haku, silly boy. No one has died yet, so all is well~ You need to go out and play more, too. Always working, that's what you are, but you need to have fun once in a while." Haephnes laughed and quickly smiled at Nighfill. "No worries, darling, my little ones just like to fight a bit, but that's how siblings are, right? I'll make sure that lovely dear Haku here is trying to buy will have a nice home."

"Heyhoo boss, heyhoo boss~" Tenero, Senero and Denero had by now found the music player indeed and started an interpretive dance.

Haku pushed his glasses back up his nose, ignoring his subordinates as good as he could. By the reactions of the others, they obviously looked either scary or funny and both were not things his serious company stood for. Luckily, this place was far away from any crowds. "I apologize." He nodded towards the three Clockwork Felloxes. "It was either that or the ticking noise, I had no method to rewire them differently. Einsor's work needs some improvement indeed. Even a genius like myself could not completely fix them up. Anyway...100KS for the Bleached Fellox."
