Hey guys! Easter is coming up! Thing is, we need some ideas for pets. xD; We've got a few made already, but ideas are short right now. T ^T What makes YOU think of Easter?

Nah, other than that, if we don't do a Meji, I wonder if we really have pets associated with Easter. I think we're probably better off with a spring-theme, if we do a theme? I really liked the Verdure Yonyuu with its flowery and vine-like look and would love to see more pets with flowery things. Especially a Fellox...D8

When I think of easter, I think;
Flowers
Chocolate
Colorful eggs
Bright colors
Easter lettuce (That stuff you put in the baskets and it's all colorful and stuff)
Plushies
The easter bunny of course
Pretty birds and doves
Boiled eggs
Easter Lunch/Dinner

Well when I think Easter I think bunnies and birds. So If we could keep to that sort of theme? And spring colours? I, personally, think that pets that are too closely themed to their associate holiday they don't get used. Like the gingerbread tricky. As cute as it is, nobody uses it because it's food which is... pretty weird for a colour scheme. Creative but hard to maybe use? D:> (I love you guys).

When I think spring I think of robins and other smaller song birds.

When I think of easter I think PURPLE and YELLOW. I think Pastels.

I think painted eggs. I think rabbits (Rollaby , Sabbit , Meji). I think birds (Feathered Friends). Specifically chickens?

I think of things growing, new things. Shiny. Fresh. o3o; BABIES. D8< xD;; Yeah. o3o;

Pastels, definitely. Especially purple, yellow, blue and green. Green like grass, blue like skies, and yellow and purple like flowers! Maybe some flower-patterned pets?

When I think of Easter, I think of the generic pastels, yup yup, and the bright greens and pinks of flowering wildroses. But I also think of white things, pure things. I was forced to go to many Easter brunches with my mother's family as a child, and the one thing that I remember the most distinctly is the dresses. We'd be dolled up in light, airy dresses with paisley patterns or those little cuts-in-the-top-layer-of-the-fabric patterns.
Perhaps we could have something "reborn" [either of the fiery phoenix variety, baby variety, or the cleansed variety], just to get away from the commercial idea of Easter?
Although I do think that a happied-up Meji would be hysterical, since they look so somber all the time! ^ 3^
Or a happied-up Scales & Tails creature, since reptiles are something not commonly associated with Easter.
Or a yellow [or any kind of pastel, aside from pink as we already have that in the Orchid] Leaflet! Y'know. Because they're the pet that I think of when I think of "flowering". :3

If you're doing another one of those egg-hunt thangs, perhaps you could have something more "rare" for more points? Like a Khimera, or a Lucain, or perhaps even a Paragon. o3o [the Khimera in Draiz's siggy made me think of this ;p]
I do believe you had Lucain as war prizes, right? And, speaking of which, a spring Shimin would be great xD
Just one more thing that people wouldn't automatically connect Easter to~ <3

The Khimeras are Ticky's pets so we can't touch/do any of those.

When I think of Easter, the number one thing I think of is EGGS. Egg coloring, egg finding, egg eating, plastic eggs, colored eggs, broken eggs, egg shells, etc. In terms of spring I always think of all the trees blooming and leaves budding, and how everything is always that same BRIGHT color of green. And the weather, and birds/squirrels/chipmunks, and flowers, and everything else you can think of. And I support war pets. Highly.

If the Easter event will be anything like last year, you guys can maybe actually get war pets from it, since it gave out retired pets/war pets/wild pets last year. Sounds like it will be different this year, though? I am absolutely against a new kind of Lucain for a prize. They were okay as war prizes because the war was a BIG event and I mean BIG and they were really expensive prizes. The Easter event has by far not the scale of a war and should not have Lucain - a pet you have, if you want a custom, pay $20 for - as a prize. It's just not deserved.

If people really wanted a Lucain or something, maybe you could do a raffle with one or two Lucain? And make the entry fee a massive amount of points or something?

I don't even know if I would aim to buy a Lucain that way, should it be done - I only suggested it because Lucain are in high demand. Y'know. o3o


'Nother one~ Maybe a marshmallow Peeps colored Piyo with scattered bits of [colored] eggshell around it? Because marshmallow Peeps most definitely = Easter. ^3^

The Lucain War Prizes were actually rather cheap. Only 50 points, which was really not that much. Just putting that out there.

Anyway, I know I'd rather have another retro pets event than new colors. o3o; And then you can all get your war prize Lucain? I dunno. I liked the retro event so much...

Okay. So. Last night, as I was lying in bed (best time for inspiration, y/y?), I came up with an... idea. And I don't know how viable it is. It might break some Sacred Rule of the Baal. Or people just might think it's pointless. Or whatever. But... I personally think it'd be adorable. X3

Since Spring is usually about new things/babies, how about four special Lucain pups/Paragon hatchlings that don't grow up? Yep, they're cute and adorable forever!

They're worthless for breeding, obviously, since they stay pups/hatchlings forever, but their cuteness isn't! I have to admit, I've always wanted a permanent pup/hatchling, but since we're not allowed to use Ballamas on them like we used to be, maybe this would be an alternative? And yes, they are small... forever. Even Evo-Lux can't help you with them. D: (Unless you want another Purine/Imperial thing going on? XD But it'd probably be very expensive...)

Spring Lucain (M): Don't you wish your precious little Lucain pups could stay small and adorable puppies forever? Well, this one does! This special Lucain subspecies retains its puppy-like look for all its life, though, as a result, it cannot breed. Spring Lucain males are a beautiful sky-blue color, with white wingblades. They love climbing trees!

Spring Lucain (F): Don't you wish your precious little Lucain pups could stay small and adorable puppies forever? Well, this one does! This special Lucain subspecies retains its puppy-like look for all its life, though, as a result, it cannot breed. Spring Lucain females are a lovely fresh green color, with watermelon-pink wingblades. They love rolling in the grass!

Flower Blossom Paragon (M): Don't have the room in your house for a giant Paragon? How about a cute little Paragon that stays the size of a hatchling all its life? This subspecies is always small and cute! (It can't breed, though.) Male Flower Blossom Paragon are the yellow of brand-new buttercups, with blue wings and blue tips. Flowers are their favorite food, so be sure to keep them out of your garden!

Flower Blossom Paragon (F): Don't have the room in your house for a giant Paragon? How about a cute little Paragon that stays the size of a hatchling all its life? This subspecies is always small and cute! (It can't breed, though.) Female Flower Blossom Paragon are lavender, just like the flowers! They also have light green wings and tips. They love sweet smells, and will hunt them out and try to collect them.
