I follow the trend of not liking pets that are part human. If you want a Centaur, pick any of the horse pets and make that one of their forms. Also on that note, I think we have enough horse creatures, with the exception of maybe a finned horse of some nature.

First off, adding in another vote for dragonflies, owls, and longhorns.

Now for suggstions:

Real animals:
Katydids (I just like the names)
Cicadas (Annoying little buggers...)
Mosquito hawks (aka Crane flies) (These are, like, one of my favorite insects.)

I second the sea slugs!  And the ratel!

I would like to add to the long list of animals suggested.  A condor might be an interesting addition to the current birds of prey.
Have we ever had a heron or stork, or anything like that?
I would also love to see dolphins on Evelon, though I guess we do already have those mummy-wrapped critters.  (But I can't really see them when they're covered in all that!)
Has anyone suggested the flying fish?
