Rod directed even more attacks at the learf as he only half listened to the new arrivals. The thing had to die soon or at least get wounded or they would be in for a lot of trouble. Well even if they did get hurt at least he had his heal materia, though whether it would help the Evelonians or not was an entirely different question. He had never tried to use healing magic on someone here before.

Sam nodded at Kaelii and Kip and tried his best to not get in the way.

Surrounded by a barrage of attacks, the Learf could only do so much. It dodged the first fire attack, and then the second, but yelped when it fell just sort of the one that followed. In a battle against more than one fire user, the creature didn't stand much of a chance. With a howl, the beast surrounded itself with many small stones, creating something of an armor that covered every inch of it like a massive ball.

In the meantime, it's companion came forward to join the fight, crashing down upon the stone ball from above. Similar to the Learf, the peculiar Kuhna that appeared was massive compared to what it should have been, having much more muscle mass and larger claws. In order to protect the Learf, the Undead Kuhna lunged at Rod - again, the one that seemed to be the primary attacker.

(I have no clue if this is still going on or not, but here I go.)
Rod scowled and swung his EMR at the attacking kuhna trying to aim for its head. He had read enough stories on zombies to know to aim for the head. "Take this!" Upon missing the first time he swung at it from under neigh it's jaw trying to hit it dead center and sending it flying backwards off of the rock.

Sam snarled at the newest arrival and leapt at as he changed into his lucain form. His teeth were bared and his claws were extended as he tried to tear into the best before them.

Again, the ninjas prepared their weapons.  Kouki prepared his kunai knives, while both Akio and Mariko formed hand signs.  Akio's was to create clones of himself, while Mariko's was, yet again, a fire-style jutsu.  Her jutsu was, as before, aimed at the Leawolf.  Kouki and Akio aimed their attacks at the Corpse Kuhna, with Kouki throwing his knives and Akio leaping into the air, along with all his clones.
