That being said, I didn't ask before, if you're okay with me using the existing characters of Tsume, Tahnvi and the others? At least what I know about them, and then giving them whatever of my own flavors they end up with. And if you are okay with it, how much of their plots, as a whole, is okay for me to use?

For example, with Tsume's major point of being the leader of the Bureau of Supernaturalism, if that was kept (and, to me, it makes sense to keep it), I'd then probably have to figure out my own interpretation of what the Bureau is, to a certain degree. But I wasn't sure if this was okay with you or not, with me basically taking over parts of what you've already established for the characters?

I didn't want to just assume it was okay, without confirming first. o3o
