I have a question, I haven't been on for about 2-3 months. To get a custom we need to do the raffles? I'm just a little confused on this.

Yes, the gift shop has sadly closed, so Shrewdie and Draiz will now do two customs per month for RL money to pay for the server cost. And those two slots can only be gotten by winning a raffle. Read the first post, it clears up most questions.
