Aah, sorry. I meant to post this earlier but some RL issues cropped up. :\ I apologise for that. But. I have decided that the Winter Pets will retire in the next couple of days and the Cardinal pets will go on until the end of February. And now that my time table has cleared up a little, it would pay for people to keep their hunts active, if you know what I mean. :u

I'm still deciding on a reasonable time to close Christmas pets, but it will be a lot sooner now that the first of the Region specific pets have been discovered, thanks to Freezair!



This little Leplora here is known as the First Snow Leplora and is only native to regions of Barakka.
I encourage you to keep your posts active, if you do wish to find any more Christmas pets before they disappear. I will do my hardest to roll for every active thread before I do shut up the events. And I can confirm that I will end the Cardinal Event on the 29th of February.

I also will strive to add descriptions to the Guide for these pets, soon as well.

Okaaay. So. There has no doubt been a lull in recent activity (due to my usual excuse: life/school), and I apologise for that.
But, my main reason for the update is that both the Winter pets are no longer able to be found in the wild. But fear not! The Winter pets will return next Christmas Season.
I am unhappy at the numbers of Cardinal Pets I handed out, so they will remain out there for a little while longer.

Also keep your eyes peeled for an Easter Event in the near future. :u

Aaaand said Easter Event is up! It's pretty much the same as last year but with a slight twist.
And, as you've guessed prizes will be the same for this year. :u
Terry seems to have received a little more than what he asked for when he went to get help this year. So why don't you head over and see if he needs any help?

Is it okay if I ask how long this event will last..? I can't remember how long it lasted before... x_x; Reason I ask is that I go out of town Sunday, and won't return until Friday and will be pretty much completely without any internet access :< Though, I'm really, very sad of that now for missing this event xD I enjoyed it last time I played. So, perhaps I should be asking, when I return on Friday, will there be still time for me to try to play? Or will it all be over by the end of Easter week?

Well... x'D Considering our track record, you can expect any event to last at least a month. And it's relatively a small amount of work for me to do, so slots will always be running.
I'd... probably say, I'd have to close it when I actually have time to work out prizes, which... won't be for a little while so. Yeah. I'd say you're pretty safe?

Okay! So, I know I took a little bit of time to get around to handing out the first round of eggs, but I had to finalize a few things before I could roll for you all.
Namely one last addition to the Egg Hunt.



People who have played before and who have seen the existing eggs might realize this egg is not one of them. Indeed they are right! This egg is extremely rare, but does not reward points for retro pets.
But RE2 - you ask - what does it do then? Well. Right now, nothing. It's true purpose will be revealed when the other prizes come out. So until then, go off and hunt for them hunt for them!

Also. Public Records are up, so you're all welcome to cross check the eggs and numbers and whatnot. And you are welcome to come to me if I've mucked something up. I'm always happy to work out any dispute. ^__^

Okay, it's been a while so I feel as if I owe you guys an update. ;3; I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get onto rolling out eggs, sending them out and setting up a shop, but I've had one thing after another keeping me away from my laptop. While it's... just another excuse really, I still feel you all are entitled to know what the hold up is.
Anyway. Onto my future productivity statement. Predicted shop opening time will be around Monday or Tuesday, so keep your eyes peeled. I'll also be able to reveal what's inside the shiny new eggs at that time, as I finally got around to finishing that up the other day too. C:

Oh, would you look at that, I'm actually on time for once. :'I Yes, the prize shop is now open! Check it out here. It's the same procedure as last year, all you have to do is roleplay a post and state what you want and I'll send the pet along as soon as I can.

Also, you are now able to redeem your Halftone eggs in that topic as well. :U! The prizes are randomly rolled so you'll never know what you're getting, and you have the chance to win some special new Easter pets too!

I apologise for the double post, but people redeemed things and I was excited to reveal the Easter 'Wild' Pets. There's only three for this season, but they've all been rolled/discovered so yeah. Here they are.



The first one is known as the Monarch Florana and is the most common of the three. The middle is known as the Moss Gruss and is an uncommon find. The final one is called a Riptide Yonyuu and is the rarest of the lot!
These three act in a very similar way to the Christmas Wild pets, in that it is guaranteed there will be a chance to find one every year around Easter, just instead of having a hunt of them, they are found through the Retro Easter Egg Hunt.

=/ I have a question. I just noticed that I got 3KS for posting in the egg records for trading points. Everyone there just posted "X points go to Y" so far, but since the section gives out KS, do we have to RP instead like in the prizes thread? I don't want my trade to be void or anything because I didn't RP, so I thought I should ask...o3o After all, this is why we have to RP key trades in the breeding area as well now.
