Description Revisions
Several Passive Traits have had their descriptions revised (but their basic meanings have not been changed). In addition, any Trait that referenced another (such as Puppeteer/Weak Mind) have had such references removed.

The thread known as "Kuhnas and Generation Kuhnas" has been renamed to "Kuhnas, Generation Kuhnas, and Lakundras" to reflect the fact that Lakundra stats can now be found there.

Battle Trait Effect Clarifications
Spiked Body's effect does not work if the opponent uses an Elemental Attack (such as Pyro) or Elemental Area Attack (such as Meteor Fall).
Chance Hit is rolled on a d100 (as opposed to using the user's Precision).

Elemental Weaknesses/Resistances/STAB Change
The way that Elemental weaknesses, resistances, and same-type attack bonuses work has changed. Instead of doing double damage or half damage, the change is now + or - 25% of the base number (+25% for attacks that previously would do double damage, - 25% for attacks that previously would do half damage). Please see the first post of the In-Depth Battle Traits Descriptions thread for further information.

New Restricted Trait Request Thread
In an effort to make Restricted Trait requests move along more quickly, I have set up a new Restricted Trait Records and Request thread. Please read it over and determine if there are any errors. If you still had requests pending, please post them in the new thread. I will leave the old thread up for this purpose.
Restricted Traits Edit
Three Traits had been left as Restricted on the Master Trait List when, in fact, they have become unrestricted. I have now fixed this error.
The three Traits were Tough Hide, Veteran Mind, and Veteran Knowledge.

Horrific Moan and Horrific Wail have had their effects changed. Horrific Moan decreases the opponent's accuracy to 40% and Horrific Wail decreases the opponent's accuracy to 40% - 35% - 30% - 25%. In addition, both attacks now have a chance of the effect wearing off, and will automatically wear off after 11 turns.

Blind/Deaf no longer automatically grant Aura Sight/Soundproof. In addition, Dash had been listed as granting Soundproof instead of Deaf, so that has been fixed as well.
