I agree with Freezy in her no "IKEA Erotica," or what not. You know, no describing some such part by some such name being inserted some such part with some such name. I'm pretty sure that we can dance around those very direct words with something a little more... romantic sounding. Besides, that could really show a creative side, having to find a more refined way of certain things or, rather, a way of dancing around it, even if it sounds silly. I, for one, also view "stuff" as a deep part of intimacy, just for the record. xD Some gore actually does bother me more. However, just as I wouldn't want to watch a gore movie where a male's genitals were chopped off, I wouldn't want to watch a moving actually showing the very private acts of sexytimes, you know, "part insertions." Nudity, sure, go for it. You can outright say they took all their clothes off, but I would prefer avoiding very specific descriptions of those lower areas.
Honestly, I'm not sure which I would roleplay in any real explicit detail, sexytimes or gore/violence. I don't, however, agree with the explicit roleplaying of rape scenes, at all. I think I could handle anything else in the world but open sexual manipulation/force. To me, it is both the greatest crime and a terrible fear. I do not want to read it in detail, though I do have at least one character that has actually raped someone. I'm just not going to write about it anything further in his description to say that he, in fact, raped someone. Simple as that, no explicit roleplays needed.
Quite frankly, I believe words that shouldn't be permitted to be used as swears should involve all personal body parts, as is within typical television. They may drop the F-bomb all they want in an M/R rated movie, but that doesn't mean that they can say slang terms for body parts. THAT is when it truly can get offensive.
Also, just tossing this topic out there, but what about scenes, well, perhaps involving drugs and/or the effect of drugs? That is also usually rated under mature. I have a character that was actually once addicted to a hallucinogen. It really isn't openly mentioned as of now and it is also past tense, but if I ever even want to roleplay her recollecting her past, then I would have to no where it would stand.
