First and foremost, I would like to thank everybody who has taken the time to donate to this particular cause. I also thank everyone who tried to do their part, whether by spreading the word, giving a Hug on GiveForward, or by simply trying their best to support the cause in their own way. I think this is proof that Evelon is pretty hardcore despite being such a small community. If we calculated every custom bought, according to Thunder, Evelon has probably donated around $800! For a small internet community that isn't primarily made of older members with access to paychecks and/or money, I think this is a pretty hefty sum! You guys are amazing. <3
In order to thank you further and to also commemorate this event, we have a very special pet to release for you!
I am very happy to introduce the Grondalith!
This wonderful new species was designed by Baal especially for Sean's fundraiser! The inspiration comes from multiple symbols in relation to Italy!
How do you get one?
If you donated the bare minimum of FIVE (5) DOLLARS, you are eligible to a Grondalith!
Simply PM a screenshot to Shrewdberry in order to claim your Grondalith. Please do NOT message Draiz and Kodai. It might get confusing if people order from one Mod and then someone else from another. Let's keep it simple, please PM only me~
But wait! There's more. Some people have donated a lot of money, and we do appreciate it a lot!
For those of you who have donated FIFTY (50) DOLLARS or MORE are eligible to receive this Turquoise Grondalith! In short, if you donated $50 to Sean's fundraiser, you will get both a Grondalith and a Turquoise Grondalith! Once again, please PM Shrewdberry to claim your Grondalith.
Remember to include your proof screenshots to claim your pets. I may not know how much you donated exactly, especially since I've deleted the PMs since then, and especially since not everyone ordered every single custom from me personally.
However, please keep in mind that if some of you bought from Draiz or myself or anyone else, no, you are not eligible to a Grondalith. The species released tonight is solely for those who have actually donated their own money to the fundraiser.
But fear not! The Grondalith is an official species, and as such, you can order customs of them through the monthly raffles, and you will probably end up seeing them as holiday pets as well! They are certainly not restrained only to this fundraiser; only the Grondalith and Turquoise Grondalith are exclusive to the donors.
A final word is that currently, the fundraiser is technically still accepting money. They have reached their goal of $20,000.00, but the Give Now button is still up. I will say it loud and clear:
Do NOT donate after this post in order to get a Grondalith.
That was not the purpose of the event and if the date of your donation is dated after this post (September 17th), I will still not give you the pet you were after. The family has reached their goal and there is no need for anyone to donate any longer. I am trusting you guys to be honest and to not try to squeeze in a last-minute donation just to get the exclusive species.
