Question! Given all the new traits and elemental, erm... trait-things, will there ever be a chance for us to "reassign" battle traits to pets? There are a lot of pets I gave battle traits a long time ago that now feel like they'd be better served by having other traits, especially elemental ones. But they're stuck with their old traits, pretty much.

I'm so cool (too bad I'm a loser).
I'm so smart (too bad I can't get anything figured out)!
I'm so brave (too bad I'm a baby).
I'm so fly
That's probably why it feels just like I'm falling for the first time!

I'm so green (it's really amazing).
I'm so clean (too bad I can't get all the dirt off of me)!
I'm so sane (It's driving me crazy)!
It's so strange
I can't believe I'm falling for the first time!

No, Traits can't be 'reassigned'. However, when more Traits come out, you will probably have the chance to give your pets more. ;3

Er...I asked this question in the Traits forum, but didn't get an answer. I noticed that some traits now are restricted, but they won't before. I gave some of those traits to my pets-what do I do now?

Okay I'm sure the awsome Crazy Stat Lady is sick of answering questions, but I have one more. Say I gave one of my pets traits before the elements were released and now said traits are under two different elements. Example, I gave my venom cuniflare spit poisen and life drain. Do thoughs traits neccessarily have to be counted as an element even though I assigned them before the elements?
How can you see into my eyes like open doors,
Leading you down into my core where I've become so numb,
Without a soul my spirit's sleeping somewhere cold,
Until you find it there and lead it back home...

If a Trait wasn't restricted before and now it is, you don't have to ask permission for it. And if you assigned your pet a different elemental Trait before you learned its element, you don't have to take away the Trait.

I have a question about the I, II, and III traits. This was asked in the traits forum, but as far as I know it didn't get answered.

Are any of the I, II, or III traits restricted? They don't have any * or ** after them.

Only The Will's Connection is restricted, because ONLY pets of a certain color are allowed to have it. All the rest of the elemental moves are free, but "elemental attack" moves can only be used once per battle now in order to keep them free. Otherwise, they'd get overused and everyone would element-spam. XD

Alright, I admit I'm a bit confused. I heard something about extra traits? Like to do with elements? And I'm just wondering, is it still three personal and two battle for each pet, with elemental counting as battle, or is there something new?

It's now four Passive and three Battle Traits per pet, with elemental Traits being counted as Battle Traits.

Okay, under the same idea as kitsune's, am I allowed to give my pet elemental traits that aren't from it's element? I have a plant using pet, but plant-y traits are in both Acid and Earth...

I answered Max before, but yes, you can pick Traits that aren't of your pet's element for your pet.

1. Yes, if you didn't use up all of your Trait slots during the old limit, you can give your pet one extra Passive and Battle Trait.

2. Elemental Battle Traits are simply Battle Traits with an element attached to them. Your pet does not automatically gain all Traits of its element; you need to pick, and it does take up a Battle Trait slot.

3. Yes, that's how the Trait works.

3. Go Ethereal says your pet can then only be hit by Spectral Strike. That's not fair, since if the opposing pet does not have Spectral Strike, they can't hit the ethereal pet at all! Is this just strange wording, or is it really like that?

That's why you should see your opponent's stats before the battle...
