Simple enough! I'm looking to make some extra KS, especially with Christmas and the buying of presents upon us. I'm looking for some fun, easygoing RPs with a Christmas or wintery theme. Nothing with crazy long posts--just fun little bursts of holiday cheer! Plus, I want to use some characters I haven't gotten to yet, as you do! I'm looking mostly for one-on-one RPs, though I'm willing to do multiples at once.

Some characters I want to use:


Coleo: A bug-obsessed Paragon who sometimes seems weird, especially in his arthropod obsession, but he's driven by a powerful love of living things and the environment. He's quite charitable, and would do well in a "let's spread Christmas cheer!" type of RP.


Ghassa: She doesn't have much of a character yet, but I really want to hammer it out. I have a vague idea that she's very upstanding yet cheerful. I'm up for anything with her.


Gin: An arrogant, power-hungry dragon who once followed a young leader of a clan. However, he realized that said tyrant was ruthlessly willing to harm innocents, which Gin himself did not like. He regrets his actions, but he's still kind of pompous. He'd be good in a "Bah humbug!" RP or one about showing a Scrooge how to enjoy Christmas. XD


Kasey: By day, she runs a small boutique shop. However, she has a nose for mysteries and is often an accidental detective. I'd love to put her in a "Christmas mystery" RP, such as finding out who stole a store's Christmas jewelry, or perhaps one being flooded with counterfeits.

And if you aren't inspired by any of my guys, throw your guys at me and let's figure some things out!

I think Kinaed would have some fun with Coleo, or anyone else for that matter! I can see him going through the slums, handing out baskets full of goodies he's baked up for the occasion. Or even going to an orphanage to whip up dinner. He's a chef, so really it could be anything.

I think I have the perfect duo to go with Casey:

They're detectives! Eunice (the larvie) is a slightly scattered psychic detective, she's cheerful and well-meaning but tends to be pretty distant. Rupert (the evren) is her partner and the one who puts all of the evidence with her theories. He's practical, but kind of pessimistic. He's really enthusiastic about being a detective, though.

I could definitely see them getting involved in some sort of Christmas mystery? Maybe a set of robberies where Christmas-related items are being stolen? (I'm suddenly reminded of the Grinch, ahah).

Cita: Oooh, sounds fun! How about a "Christmas at the Zoo" kind of event? Coleo works at a zoo where he controls the bug exhibit. Maybe your chef fella could be catering and offering goodies?

Mousen: Ha, I love it! I can already see the RP title: "How the Perp Stole Christmas." Maybe a bunch of shops are having their decorations burgled, and these guys have to get to the bottom of it?

Sounds good! We can always discuss the plot further through messages if you like? Also, where would you like to start it? Eunice and Rupert can be anywhere really.

Any of the "city" RP areas would be good for me. Anywhere you might expect to find a street lined with cozy little shops. And I don't know if I want to talk plot TOO deeply--I kind of want to just see where these go since they're laid back. Although we could develop some plot if you like!@

That sounds great! Kinaed loves the kids too. Perhaps he made all sorts of bug-themed goodies without bugs in them! I have this mental picture of dragonfly-shaped lollies!

I can start us off if you like. ^^ Where do you think this zoo would be?

Your Coleo reminded me a bit of Cordeilia:

She's obsessed with birds. Everything is somehow about birds. Her thing is that she's perfectly nice and all, but she's really inexpressive and always speaks in a monotone so people think she's kinda weird or creepy.

You said he works at a zoo? I can see her going around the zoo comparing other animals to birds (also staring at the birds), and that being a good way for them to meet.


This is Mimsy! She's cheerful, expressive, somewhat childish, and is always trying to make people happy. I immediately thought of her annoying trying to cheer up Gin when I read his description. (She's also a magic user who fights monsters to protect people, but that doesn't have to come up at all.)

I think I only want Coleo in one RP right now, Silver, but I am interested in Mimsy! I think she and Gin would be fun in that way happy-go-luckies and grumpuses are together, but I have another suggestion to go with her:


Rosie and Mimsy look a lot alike, and I could see them potentially having a really fun "IDENTICAL STRANGERS OMG!" RP going on. Rosie's also cheerful, so I could see her being just tickled by it.

But it's up to you. RPing Gin with her would also be fine!

We can just jump right in then~ So some thief is targeting small businesses and stealing all of their Christmas decorations? So, the Christmas trees they've put up and their window displays etc. And it's up to our group of strange little detectives to say the day, yeah? Just so I'm clear. Heheh.

Is Aldrect okay? And shall I start or would you like to?

Aldrect is fine, and yeah, that plot sounds great!

I can start, if only so I can do some obsessive scene-setting, because even if this a chill RP, dang it, I want the sets to look nice!
