Just as he predicted he landed a hit, and a powerful one at that. With a smirk he bounced back a few feet and watched his opponents carefully, looking for the next opening. Spotting one, he grinned and rushed forward at Klein, preparing to take out the now weakest of the two. He swung wide with souba at the man's chest. "Night, knight!"

Karon got a solid hit on his target and was incredibly satisfied. His ally, too, had gotten a good hit in, and it seemed that Klein would fall soon. He saw Kadaj spring at Klein again and decided that he'd let his partner take care of the knight while he went after Mei once more. He narrowed his eyes and leaped at the woman, hoping he'd be able to hit her this time. His blade was ready to puncture her wings.

With those double landed hits against her teammate, Mei was well aware that things weren't looking too good for Klein which, in turn, meant them same thing for her. In reality, her current talent wasn't in offensive maneuvers. Instead, she had trained defensively, to dodge attacks and go unhindered in battle for long periods of time. She wanted to help her partner, to attempt to interfere with the silver haired man's attack, but her other opponent was already on her. As Karon lunged for her, she jumped backward, flipping her staff so that the pointed blade was facing him directly, prepared to jab it right into him if he got too close.

Klein landed and staggered, struggling to gain back his breath. Both opponents had landed solid strikes on him, one making his side ache and the other leaving a dent in his breastplate that was making inhaling difficult. Still, he had a bit of fight left in him; maybe it wasn't enough to take one of them with him, but he was going to give it an honest try.

He would have gone after Karon again, just to try to compound the damage he had been able to do and return that blow he had received, but Kadaj was already after him again and making odd, snarky comment. Best leave the man with something to remember him for then. He drew back, his weapon lighting silver, and launched forward to meet the other combatant and hopefully do a good bit of damage.

(It was brought to my attention that I messed up on arterial strike. =|; My bad~ xD; Anyways, I'm going to leave it as is in hopes of helping you guys wrap up the battle in time anyways. I'll remember that that's an AP attack for the rest of the battle though)

Oh yeah a direct hit! Kadaj cackled in delight as his attack not only landed, but also knocked the knight out. Of course no one had gotten his clever pun, but oh well, he didn't need those freaks' approval. With a flash of his sword the man turned to his next victim-err-opponent.  He grinned viciously and lunged at Mei slashing souba directly at her. "You ready!? I sure hope so."

Karon's blade tore through the woman's wings, and he landed some distance behind her. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Klein fall after his team mate got a good blow on the knight. "Hmph," he snorted to himself. The fight was going quicker than he expected. Now all they had to do was take out Mei. He wheeled around and sprung at her. Hopefully the two attacks would make it difficult for her to dodge.

As the blade punctured her wings, Mei suppressed a scream, and they flickered and faded away, leaving her grounded. A Respawn Fairy's most fragile part of their body was their wings and even though hers were summoned, that didn't make them any less a part of her. Now left on her heels and to her own devices, sensing that her partner had been eliminated, she didn't have a choice. Two on one wasn't something that she liked, yet she couldn't use her powers like her mother would have, they weren't a real threat. Though she knew she would be defeated with the numbers against her, she spun around and lunged for Kadaj.
