Mira certainly was certainly getting mixed results this tournament. She beat her first opponent, but she had been felled by that pesky blue Fellox again. Hopefully she'd secure yet another victory.

She stretched out her limbs before walking into the arena. The cheers of the audience greeted her, and she beamed at them. Then the Rexxel looked over her opponent. "Another Lucain?" she mused out loud. That would mean she had to watch out for those wingblades again. She focused her energies and conjured a ball of ice in front of her, launching it at her opponent. She hadn't used this move yet in the whole tournament, so it might be a nice change of pace.

(Using Frost.)

[Kylo]

Having already been beaten twice Sedimus was furious and now yet another creature was here to tear him apart. Snarling he raised his hackles and charged at the rexxel not caring if he was polite or not. His ego had been damaged enough already and he did not intend for it to happen again. Gathering electricity he stopped just short of his opponant. In less than a second he discharged direct at the much smaller cat.

Mira saw her attack land, but in the same instant a blast of lightning appeared out of nowhere, jolting her. "Ouch!" she hissed, leaping backwards from the sudden attack. She thought she could smell some singed fur, but she tried not to let it bother her. She hadn't expected her opponent to use such an attack. Growling, she ran at the Lucain with her claws outstretched, ready to rake them down his flank.

(Using Puncture.)

[Kylo]

Smiling with delight at finally making some head way in a battle he prepared himself for the next attack. He watched the cat come at him and calculated the trajectory he would have to take in order to dodge her attack. Springing in what he hoped was the right way he prayed he would make it. Then gathering energy to himself once more he lunged at her. He snapped at the cat and tried to rake his claws down her side.

Drat, well it looked like Mira's attack missed. At the same time, though, she was able to evade the Lucain's own blow. She landed on the ground and turned around to face her opponent again. With a yowl, she sprang at him once more. Hopefully this time her claws would get him.

Sedimus turned around and huffed angrily. His attack had missed and cost him even more of his energy. Growling he lunged at the cat again and snapped at her. Hopefully this time his attack would hit. If it did not then he would surely lose sooner rather than later.

Mira felt her claws sink in, but at the same time, the Lucain's attack threw her off balance and caused her to land roughly on the ground! "Oof!" she exclaimed, getting some breath knocked out of her. She recovered quickly enough though, and she saw that her own attack had been pretty powerful. Perhaps just one more blow would do the trick. Mira yowled and sprang at the Lucain with all her might.

Sedimus panted heavily as the cat hit him dead on. He growled lowly and turned away from her trying not to lose sight of her. This was it and he knew it. He was going to lose yet again and he was furious at himself now for even signing up for the tournament. It seemed Rod was right. He was best left to fighting humans with guns than animals with magic. Taking one last deep breath he charged at the cat giving it his all.
