Mira struck, but the Diosol collided into her and sent her tumbling onto the ground. Today just wasn't her day, wasn't it? She wasn't sure she'd win, unless Lady Luck was on her side. But she wasn't ready to give up yet. She sprang up and charged at the rabbit, trying to tackle her foe.

That cat was bigger than her. Heavier too. It was very uncomfortable when she hit her. But at least she wasn’t a fox. Tennessee shuddered; yeah, being a cat was much better. Grumbling to herself, she unsheathed her claws and fluttered her wings. Time to leap back into the fray!

Mira hit, but she had the feeling her attack wasn't very effective since the rabbit bowled her right over again. Who knew a rabbit could have such a powerful tackle? She hissed as she picked herself up from the ground. She was getting really tired, and it seemed like her foe still had a ways to go. She would try to get at least one more hit in. Mira yowled and sprang at the Diosol once more.

Tennessee could see her opponent was nearly exhausted. She herself found that she had a lot more energy than in previous matches. She was surprising herself with her ability to stand up to the cat. Her wings fluttered frantically behind her as she watched her opponent pick herself up and launch herself at her again with a mighty yowl. Tennessee bared her little teeth and claws, and zoomed forward to meet her.

Mira hissed when she didn't hit. She thought she felt the Diosol bump into her, but it was such a slight hit that she couldn't tell. Still, she was exhausted at this point. After landing, she turned around and quickly lashed out in the direction of the rabbit. Maybe this would be her last move, but she'd try to make it a good one.

Man. That cat was stubborn. The last hit had been only a glancing blow, and hadn’t done much damage. But she could tell her opponent was already past the point of exhaustion and was giving in. one more hit…and maybe she’d win. Tennessee zoomed forward, speeding towards her opponent for a head butt.

Wow. Somehow Mira and her opponent both whizzed past each other. Mira landed on her feet, although a little unevenly because she was so tired. She turned around and jumped at her foe again. If her luck kept up, maybe she could actualy win. But she didn't really count on it.

She'd...missed? And so had her opponent. Tennessee nearly face planted in the dust. her wings kept her afloat, however, and she turned to face her opponent. The cat was really on her last legs. One more hit...that was all she needed. Tennesee bared her teeth and claws and shot forward once more.

To Mira's amazement, she felt her claws meet the Diosol's fur without the Diosol doing any damage to her. Had the deities suddenly turned to her side? She was incredulous that she was still on her feet. Still, the rabbit showed no signs of tiring, and she wasn't sure if her luck would stay with her for so long. Taking a deep breath, Mira lashed out with her claws.

Geeze. Missed again? What did she have to do to take this cat out? How much luck could it really have? Tennessee snorted; she was the one with the rabbit's foot, so why was she still missing? Baring her little teeth and claws, she lunged at Mira again, intent on finally finishing things.
