Rahmundde hopped into the area, almost twitching from all the excitement. She was finally allowed to fight, finally allowed to have some fun, but even with this Harutte had been such a killjoy.
'No Chaos form', he had said. 'It was too dangerous and humans and other pets were afraid of them', he said. Harutte had even taken the liberty of putting their adopted human names, Munday and Hart on the sheet. But that was only to stop the humans speaking their names. Terrible things happened when they did that, apparently. That was such a downer, but she still had this Sabbit disguise and she could still cause some trouble with it.

She bounced on the balls of her paws excitedly, quickly weighing up her opponent. They were slower than her, that was great. Still, Taosig's were like tanks when it came to endurance. It was all about not getting hit, she supposed.
With this all in mind, she lunged forward aiming to dart underneath the Wood Taosig and headbutt him in the chest.

Basically as soon as they entered the arena, Khorshed and Egbert were already under attack. Well, at least from one of their opponents, who was basically their size. The Lusikross was a different matter. For now, Khorshed's main problem was that the Sabbit was aiming for his brother. Of course, Khorshed had run the idea of the tournament by Egbert a lot, but he had no idea how Egbert, given the brain damage and trauma he was suffering from, would react in a real fight. Then again, putting Egbert into a non-lethal fight had been the idea from the beginning, so maybe it was good that the probably weaker opponent was aiming for his brother so that Khorshed could deal with the - literally - larger threat. "Egbert, I will take on that Lusikross. Do deal with the Sabbit. Remember, we are not here to kill and neither does anyone want to kill you or me." Egbert gave a grunt as reply and Khorshed hoped it meant that his brother had understood. Well, he had to place his trust in his brother for now since he had to stop the Lusikross from attacking Egbert at all costs and tried to do so by charging at the much larger creature head-on, hoping to hit or at least gain its attention that way. Egbert, on the other hand, watched his brother run off for a second and then, with an angry squeal, went to charge at the Sabbit basically like one would expect a wild boar to do.

Harutte followed Rahmundde in, though the huge size of his Chaos form was enough to decrease his speed, compared to the smaller foes he was fighting against.
"Munday, they're both heavy weights, you know how we deal with those." Harutte said to her, referencing the other Chaos they had fought up until this point. Dwellers were tough pickings for the pair and some days, they had to fight off other Chaos, just to keep their territory safe. They were used to dealing with anything from agile raptor Chaos to the strange bulky half-breeds. The plan was to pull down the weakest one as soon as possible, so that if one of them fell, they would not have to deal with two foes. Still, while they focused on one, Haru did not want the other one causing any trouble.

The Chaos tilted his head forward, examining his foes when Rahmundde suddenly was up and running. Cursing furiously about the little amount of time he had to react, Harutte loped forward several paces, before skidding to a stop and lighting up every golden mark on his body. He then opened his maw and roared. The marks on his body flashed once, bright and blinding before disappearing.

Khorshed had had no real idea what was supposed to happen when the Lusikross suddenly roared like that, but he quickly discovered that it was more of an attack to his mind than his body. Well, luckily, he had recieved training against this during his apprenticeship. The Lusikross was probably not familiar with Taosigs being knights. Khorshed even managed to land a blow, but of course, it wasn't enough to defeat the giant creature in front of him, especially not with a hard body like that.

However, suddenly he saw Egbert joining him and looked around. The Sabbit was defeated and Egbert looked clearly satisfied with his performance. "Brother, you already won! Magnificient! Now let us take down our remaining opponent together!" Khorshed was very proud - despite Egbert's disabilities, his brother had just managed to win his first battle and also obviously stayed rather mentally well through it all. In fact, Egbert seemed very willing to help him out even more. "You might become a knight one day still if you continue like that!" Khorshed added and then charged at the Lusikross once more, quickly followed by Egbert.

Haru growled as his partner went down, and he was left with the two Taosig's to deal with. He  flicked his eyes across to Munday; she hadn't even been able to land a hit before she went down. They clearly were fighting with people trained a lot more than they had been trained. Harutte snorted and shook his head, noting that they both were just using basic charging attacks. If only Munday had thought to use her special powers first.
Nonetheless, he wasn't backing down without a fight.

He waited, his many eyes picking out a target, and bided his time for an attack. If he could get them close enough, and then pounce on one, hopefully the other would run right past him, due to it's momentum.
