My Cabrales Leumoo was never recorded but I definitely received one and have never traded it. I still have the original PM if necessary.
My Shinzaroo is also missing although I have never traded it. I have the PM from this as well.

The Mossy Snowball does not appear to be in the records at all.

A Capillus Matches came to me from Thunder some time ago, and was never recorded.
A Grondalith came to me from Citanul some time ago (relevant posts start here), and also wasn't recorded. However, it seems to have been traded to Thunder already.

The Dusk Jirbii I found in a hunt was never recorded
The Thought and Memory Corbines I claimed here were also never recorded (I can't find any evidence anywhere that I'd traded them away either)
