Kahan

A small figuar moved about the brush. It was Kahan a venom sahound. Kahan sighed. She was so bored, and on top of that she had gotten lost for several hours in the woods. Only recently had she found out where she was. Dark clouds blocked the sun given the surroundings a gloomy out look, "I hope it dosent rain." Kahan muttered obviously unconcerned about the clouds. Kahan becan to walk more. She came to a small brook no wider than her two front paws. she bent down and drank, the water was cold and crisp just like the air. Her ears twitched, thunder rumbled in the distances. Kahan look up and sighed. It was definitly going to rain. "Oh well" she muttered "Good thing I dont mind getting wet.". Kahan then procced onward into farther into the forest

[Ninya]

-Several hours later-
"Ugh if I know it was going to rain so much I wouldn't have left". Kahan's irritated bark was muffled by a clash of thunder. She was drenched and worst of all it was dark. Now she would have to find a place to wait out the strom befor she could return to her exibit, or home as she called it. As much as one she wanted. Her trainer was okay she gussed however kahan's main concern was shelter. Lightning lit the sky briefly. During that time se sam a small cave. "Perfect" she said and ran into the shelter. It was empty and dry, but also small. "Who cares" she said to herself "I can wait the strom out here and then go home". The last thing kahan remebered was a flash of lightning befor she curled up and went to sleep.

Featherfur (Feth)

A pair of eyes followed the sahound as she moved out of the rain. The owner of the eyes blinked and looked straight up at the sky. It didn't mind the rain at all, it's almost as if it wasn't there. The creature looked back at the sahound. There was a bolt of lightning just before the sahound fell asleep. The bright light revealed a bleached taigra, standing in the bushes. It was standing up straight, its stance showing its confidence. The taigra looked up at the sky again. It knew that the rain would let up soon because it was pouring. The taigra moved to the side, causing a rustling noise. She wasn't going to call out there. No one understood why, but she rarely spoke, and when she did, it was brief.

Kahn woke suddenly. She thought she had heard something. Or was it just the rain playing with her head. Either way she couldn't seem to fall back asleep. She felt almost as if being watched. Probably my imagination she thought to her self. She sighed was the rain ever going to stop or was she going to have to wait some more. A loud crash of thunder answed her question. Aggitatied she streched befor going to the mouth of the small cave to what the rain. "Im soo bored" she mumbled to herself. She had a bad habbit of talking to herself, but no one seemed to notice. Suddenly kahan's stomache rummbled. She hadn't eating in a while. There just a short walk away was an apple tree or some fruit she thought. Racing out of the rain for a brief moment she picked a couple and went back to the cave. She ate one of the tree and saved the other two. " Who nos how long i'll be here" She mumbled befor slowly drifting off again

The taigra watched as the sahound ran out to get food, then ran back. Seeing that she hadn't gotten much, the taigra turned to some trees and grabbed some fruit. She walked to the cave and dropped the food down to where the other two were. Figuring that the drenched sahound would be cold, she walked out and gathered up some branches hidden out of the rain. She walked back and placed them in the cave, more towards the opening, so the cave would not fill with smoke, but far enough from the rain that they couldn't get wet. Using two of the sticks, she started a fire, placing wet stones around it to keep it from spreading.

Kahan awoke to a very strange surprise. Someone had not only brought her more food but had made a fire near the entrance to the cave. "I wonder who did it." kahan said clearly talking to herself. It was dark except for the fire in the cave. She wished she knew who did so she could thank them. She glanced around. It was still raining but had let up concerdably and the thunder had stoped. The strom would be over soon she was sure of it. She sat up and washed her face and ears. How long had she been asleep. She sighed she was truly gratefull to whoever buit the fire for her.

-The nest morning-
Sunlight shone down through the remaining clouds. With the sky all clear and the storm passed kahan could return home. She stretched and made sure the fire was out. She still hadn't a clue who had done this for her but she was grateful. She waltz out of the cave nd took of twoards home. Hopefully if she was lucky she'd make it befor dark.

The taigra, who had slept nearby, followed the sahound, not caring if she brushed against stuff, but remained concealed. She kept up while keeping an eye out for food or water nearby. Obviously the sahound was heading home. For reasons unknown, the taigra would stay with her until they left the forest.

Kahan had set a slow pace. She saw no reason to rush after all with the storm gone it was quite nice. She however kept looking over her shoulder. She had a feeling she was being followed, then again slinky one of her close friends back home had accussed her of having an overactive imagination. "Thats probably it" she siad to herself. If she was paying attention she would have notice the small fallen log right befor the hill insted she tripped over it and rolled all the way daown the hill. For a few minautes everything was spinning then it stop. Getting to her feet she shook all the dust from her pelt and walked on muttering angrily to herslef about how she should pay attention.

The taigra perked her ears as the sahound tripped over the log. She smiled as the sahound landed at the bottom, and walked away angrily. She ran forward and jumped over the log, landing on the other side and threading through the trees, keeping up with the sahound. She loved doing things like this. Jaden did too, as did others at home.

Blackspark sat on a brench several meters above the ground. he shook his feathers and stared gloomily into the forest.
"damnit, I HATE rain" he snarled, causing the Slynx, who layed
on a rock under the brench, to chuckle slightly. "aw come on Spark"
he sayd "its not all that bad. And besides, it stopped raining if you didnt noticed" Blackspark gave him an angry look. "jeah great...you dont have to fly with wet feathers" he murmeled. Damian grinned even more, and jumped of his rock. "lets go back home...allthough i really like this forest,its beautiful"
"jeah..briliant" said Blackspark. Suddently, both heard a strange noise.
Alarmed, Blackspark flew up and Damian growled, while sthe fur on his neck rised. scince nothing happened, The Slynx decided to find out where those noises came from. Followed by a pretty nerveous Blackspark, he
finally found out where that sound came from. A female Sahound
rolled down a hill,stood up and muttered around. Damian had to grin at this sight, and descidet to talk to that girl. She did not seem to be to dangerous or something, so he went out of the bush he was hding behind and aproached her with a gentle smirk. "hey there! you okay?" he called
her. Blackspark meanwhile landet on a top of a tree and shook his head.

Kahan whirled around to see who spoke. In doing so she nearly fell over. "Umm ya" she muttered still agitated that she tripped to begin with. Her ears twitched again she heard something turning slightly she saw it was aleaf. it was then she noticed the wind had picked up a little. To the slynx she said. "So who are you?"

The taigra stopped and crouched in the bushes as two new pets came up to the sahound. She watched cautiously as the slynx spoke to the sahound, then stood, staying hidden. She didn't stop being cautious though. She weaved inbetween the trees and went closer to the new pets. She once again didn't care if she brushed against things, which she did multiple times.

"I am  Damian" Answered the Slynx, lowering his head slightly.
"can I ask you your name?". Damian also noticed that the wind hadpicked up, but he didnt care, as long as it wasnt getting a storm everything was okay.

Blackspark watched Damian and Kahana talking, when he suddently saw something pretty light in between the trees. he now focused on this new thing, but was not shure if it was something to be alarmed about or not.
The Magistrey rose up without any noise, and flew neaer to the unknown
Creature.

"Im Kahan" she repplied. The wind cause some leaves near by to whirl. Out of the corrner of her eye she saw a magistrey fly over between two trees. She had never see one up close. Now that she had he made her nervous they where huge to her and had some fersome looking talons. She glanced over at him nervouly. Since the magistrey didnt look like it was going to attack she turned back to damian. However the magistrey stilll made her nervous if it attacked she knew she wouldnt stand a chance, she wasn't a good fighter. She was best at tracking and steath. That is when she paid attention. Instead of tripping over logs and falling down hills she thought angrily and shook her head as a leaf landed on it.
