Nightwind (Night), Dawnbreeze (Dawn), Roma

Two figures pushed through the trees, walking ever farther off the path. Both were felloxes, one glacial and one bleached. The glacial was obviously older, her walk casual and calm. When she spoke, she had a cool, crisp voice and at the moment, seemed rather annoyed. Her companion was struggling to keep herself from running too far ahead, her eyes bright as she bounced among the ferns. Her own voice was warm and bright, betraying a sense of innocence and happiness.
"Dawn, why in Evelon did you drag me out here?" The glacial was replied with a bubble of laughter. Before she could comment, however, a small shape fluttered out of the tree and landed on her head. She heard a little chirp and sighed.
"Get off my head, Roma. Go bug Dawn," she said grumpily as she shook the florana off. With its own little giggle, the butterfly-like creature glided to Dawn's back.
"She's so cranky today isn't she, Roma? Silly sister o' mine, why art thou so upset? No harm is meant to you this day, fair lady-"
"You need to stop reading Shakespeare." Cutting Dawn off, the glacial glared at her sister. It was true, Dawn had been reading alot of Shakepeare lately, something that didn't seem like her. Night was beginning to wonder if she was doing it for the lines. Talking like that was one of the ways Dawn bugged her. Shoving the thought aside, she spent the time brooding on where she was being taken.

Lovett

not too far away a little deer stood on a clearing. It lost its mother and now searched
for her desperately. A suddent shadow darkened the scy above, and befor it had a chance to look up,
with  a rushing of feathers, it got pinned to the ground. Lovett killed the animal fast and painless,
and waited for a few minutes, sitting on her prey and letting the sun shine on her back.
She suddently heard voices and turned her head into that direction,
glaring through golden eyes. She could have sworn that she saw something white
in between the trees... "Hello? who is there?" she asked with a loud voice.

No response. Lovett hesitated some more seconds, then took off, leaving
her prey on the ground. She would take it with her later, right now she was
just curious if there really where people in the woods, or if her fantasy was playing a prank
on her. she landed with a soft 'whooosh' on a tree, where she had a much better overwiew.
she looked out for that white something she saw before.

Hearing a voice, the threesome stopped. Turning, Dawn eyed their surroundings, curiousity glinting within their pink-ness. She looked up as a rustling shook the tree in front of her, and she whispered something softly into Roma's ear. Nodding, the florana took off, using her species' natural talent to blend in as she fluttered towards the tree, hidden from view against the flowers below her. Meanwhile Dawn winked at her sister, and slapped a tail over Night's mouth before the fellox could groan. Stealthily, she looked around for some white flowers. Finding them, she hid herself amidst the bush they grew on, only adding a few more bleached patches to the already-spotted plant. Looking up again, she saw the bird, a garudor, looking around no doubt for them. With her trained eye, she also saw Roma blended in with the leaves behind it. Glancing back at Night, she twitched her tail and winced as her sister sighed, only to roll her eyes when Night sat down. Her sister was so stubborn. Another signal, this time to her companion, and she watched the garudor intently. As soon as the forest fell still, eerily quiet, with the exception of the birds, who could not smell Roma's danger-scent, the florana jumped onto the garudor's back.
"Hi!" she shrieked happily, as Dawn collapsed into a fit of laughter below. With a growl from Night, the bleached quickly reduced herself to giggles.

She was almost certain that she really was just thinking
that she saw something before, but suddently something small
jumped onto her back, catching her totally off guard, and causing her to
nearly fall of the branch. "Whoa!"
was everything she could say, while flapping her wings to regain
balance. She turned her head arround quickly, only to spot a
Florana sitting on her Back. It was no threat, and although she still was shocked,
she had to smile. "well hello there little one" she said softly, then turning her attention
to the laughing fellox below her. "and hello there too".
she was a little angry on herself that she let her guard down before, but couldnt denie
that it was a funny prank.

After the boughts of giggling ceased, Dawn stood and looked up at the garudor with a smile on her face.
"Hi, I'm Dawnbreeze, but just call me Dawn! My companion on your back is Roma. We don't normally prank people, but I've been kind of cooped up and bored lately, so. How thou fairest today, lady?" She grinned and looked back at her sister, who had cooly walked over and was now standing behind Dawn glaring at her. Then she looked up and inclined her head respectively.
"I am Nightwind, Night for short. I'm also Dawn's older sister, who has no idea why she's out here in the first place." With these words she glared at her sister. Roma, with a chirp, launched off the garudor's back and fluttered in front of her.
"What's your name?" she trilled, her voice light but easy to hear over the resumed noises of the forest and the now arguing sisters below them.

"Hello Dawn, Night and Roma" Lovett greeted back.
"oh that's just okay with me, neede that little shock to get awake properly anyway...been pretty tired. although I do prefere coffee" she said grinning to Dawn. Looking at night she
gave her the ' I-know-little-sisters-are-a-pain-sometimes' look, wich only big sisters
seemed to understand. "oh and my name is Lovett"

Dawn grinned up at Lovett as she introduced herself. Pausing to let Roma land on her back, she turned and dashed into the bushes, though not before questioning the look that Lovett exchanged with Night. Oh well, she didn't really care anyway.
"Come on now! Not much farther, my friends!" Dawn called as she bounced along, Roma expertly clinging to her back with her wings, making it seem like the fellox had a small pair of wings.

Night caught the look from Lovett and smirked knowingly. Then she rolled her eyes at her sister's antics and turned to follow. Pausing, she looked up at the garudor.
"You're free to come if you wish, Lovett." Her voice was fairly monotone as she spoke, yet there was a trace of begging in there. It seems she doesn't want to be stuck out here alone with her sister.

Lovett shifted her weight slightly, thinking about the offer.
She would have to return home at some point, since she was
gone for quite some time now. But for now she decidet to follow them.
She was curious what Dawn was so exited about, and didnt want poor
Night to be alone with her sister
"Why not?" she said, lifting from the branch.
She was a very good flyer, so following them in the air and in between
the trees wasnt really a challange for her.

(Ah, I'm sorry! I meant to respond but I forgot, and it got shoved down my post list ...)

After a few minutes, Dawn darted into a small clearing and giggled. She turned to Night, who had just walked out from the trees and grinned.
"Remember this Night? Huh? I found it the other day! I don't remember much, but I do remember this, for sure!" she laughed in delight and bounced around. Night surveyed the clearing. The clearing was bordered by bushes like a barrier, with the exception of where they entered. In the heart of the clearing stood three trees and a massive rock held up by another rock to make a sort of cave. One tree formed the back to this cave.
Also in the clearing was a tree-stump with several marks left on it by teeth and claws, and two pits, one with decaying bones, and the other with water. Night closed her eyes after looking and stiffened unhappily. Dawn, not expecting this reaction, froze and slunk up, whimpering something.

(I'm sorry too, had a little chaos arround me...and my post is short...)

Lovett flew over them and looked over the clearing. It was nothing special
to her, it just looked slightly abadonded, like no one was here for quite some
time. she flew in a short circle, and landed on the tree-stump. She listened
to Dawn. //so they where here before? does this place mean something special?//
She saw that night looked sad, and she tilted her head slightly. "Are you okay?"
she asked carefully, not wanting to upset her even more.

(ah...sorry again >.< I have to take out Dawn, but the others can stay )

Night looked up at Lovett.
"Yes...I'm fine. Just...a memory is all." Despite her assurances however, Night still appeared to be upset somewhat. Then she walked forward and picked up the familiar scent, however very faint, around the shelter. She stiffened even more and then with a shudder, relaxed, her head drooping as she took in the scent.
Suddenly, Dawn perked up and looked at something that looked like a bat fluttering in a tree nearby. Shaking Roma off her head, she called out to Night.
"I have to go Night! Let's go!" with a giggle, she bounced off after the bat. Night looked up and sighed.
"You go on, Dawn! I'm not needed!" she called after her sister, then turned to Roma.
"Aren't you going?" The florana shook her head in response, shaking her whole body with the motion as she fluttered in the air. Coming down, she landed on Night's back and watched Dawn leave.
