Three pets wandered through the forest. One, a sun learf, was carrying another, a honeydew. The other, a blackberry slikey, was trying to keep it entertained so it would stay on the learf's back. "Aze! Aze!" the Honeydew giggled. It could talk now, but still liked to call the others by the name that he used to call them. The name he was calling now was Hazel. "Yes Choco?" asked the slikey, Hazel. Chocoberry frowned. "NO!" he yelled, and he jumped off of the learf's back. Hazel grabbed him before he could run off. "What now Sun? He won't get back on, you know that. The learf, Sunflower, sighed. "Let's rest here for a while." she said. She stopped and looked around. They were still in the middle of the path. So some other pets ought to be comming by soon...right?

Even though they were supposed to be resting, Sun and Hazel got far from it. Choco was a handful. "Now Choco, you don't want to get hurt, do you?" Hazel said in an attempt to calm him down. "I NOT GET HURT!" he screeched, and struggled more. Sun quickly cut in. "She didn't mean you will get hurt. If you don't listen to us Choco, you WILL get lost." she said. Choco screamed at her. "I GET LOST, I COME BACK!" he screamed. Sun rolled her eyes as Hazel sighed. "Choco, lost means that you go so far away, you don't know HOW to get back." Sun said. Choco instantly stopped and sat back, on the verge of tears. "No come back?" he whimpered. Hazel relaxed her grip and nodded. "Yes Choco. So start listening to us. At least until we get out of the forest, okaysies?" she said to him. Choco looked up at her suspiciously and thought about it.

Then Choco smiled and nodded. "Okaysies. I'll listen!" he giggled. Sun and Hazel sighed with relief. Sun looked down the path. Why wasn't anybody here? It was beginning to creep her out. Then Choco stood and walked to the other side of the path, not noticing a hole in the ground there. With a screech, he fell into the hole, for it was just big enough for him to fit. Hazel jumped up. "Choco!" she shouted as she and Sun ran over. Choco lifted himself out of the hole, crying. Sun and Hazel did all they could to calm him, but couldn't. Then Sun thought of something Jaden always sang to him and she struggled to remember the words. Then, remembering, she began to sing softly, Hazel joining in. "Chocolate berryy...not to worryy...I sing this sonng todaayy..." they began. The two sounded beautiful when singing together. Their voices rang through the trees, echoing through the vast forest.

A void hollowheart, Amethyst, flew above, watching her friend below.  Ice Crystal, a purine pentacorn, knew Amethyst was watching, looking for  trouble.  "You're not going to find an trouble or anyone," she murmured.  "Even though I'm not down there doesn't mean I can't here you!" Amethyst yelled.They continued along the path through the woods, not expecting any other travelers.

They had thought they had heard 3 creatures talking amongst themselves, but the two friends didn't see anyone, beginning to think that they had imagined the voices.  They came to a clearing, and see the other creatures.  "Hey, My name is Crystal. What's yours?" Ice Crystal inquires.  Amethyst roars a hello from above, then lands with a ground shaking THUD.

Sun and Hazel stopped singing as a hollowheart landed. Choco screeched at the sight of it and hid behind Sun. Hazel stepped forward and inclined her head in greeting. "Hello. My name is Hazel." she said. Sun nodded and spoke. "And mine is Sunflower, but please call me Sun. This little one is Chocoberry." she said, gesturing to Choco. Choco jumped in front of her and yelled at the newcomers. "It's Choco! And you don't scare me!" he screamed, mosly to the hollowheart. Sun and Hazel sighed. Choco always did that, especially to any pet that can be rather...intimidating...or just big.

"It's okay," Ice Crystal laughed, the ways of the young always amused her.  "What did I do?"Amethyst thought spoke to Crystal.  Amethyst had no idea how frightening she had looked when she had landed, and was puzzled why the honeydew was making such a fuss. She was only landing, and she had said hi (okay it sounded like a roar, but she was only trying to be friendly).

Choco cocked his head and looked warily at the creature standing in front of it. Then he ran over to the penticorn. "Cwistal? Wat Cwystal?" he asked, for he didn't realize that that was her name. Hazel stepped towards him and explained that that was her name and that she was a penticorn. "I know pentacornies! We live wid one!" he shouted and Sun rolled her eyes, amused. They were used to it...especially Sun, for she took care of him when Jaden could not. Then the two older pets tried to steer him towards Amethyst, but he would not go. They knew that he had never met a hollowheart, for none lived with them. Only two big and rough pets did. Both lived in the cave, one, the turkezilla, was chained up and the battleheart had to guard it. To sum it up, Choco doesn't often see big pets, and gets very wary.

Crystal giggled, she loved the little ones.  They were so much fun.  Her owner, Froma, had even bought a kit in an auction for Berry, a kuhna, to take care of.  The kit had grown up.  She is now a beautiful Reiz kuhna.  "Amethyst won't hurt you Choco, she's a nice hollowheart," Crystal said, trying to comfort the young honeydew.

Choco looked up at Amethyst suspiciously. Then he walked over to her and poked/prodded her with his paw. Then he looked up at her and began to giggle. He started poking her more, giggling each time. Sun and Hazel glanced at each other nervously. He was starting to get hyper and they could tell. Hazel turned to Crystal. "So, what are you doing out here?" she asked her. Meanwhile, Sun sat down behind Choco, ready to grab him if he got too hyper. You can never be too careful with a young one.

"Well," Crystal started,"Everyone else was having their own adventures, so Amethyst and I thought thought we could find adventures of our own out here." She smiled at the thoughts of the others adventures.  Berry and Poseidon had both found new kuhna friends, Trina had gone to a bakery with Froma, and Belle and Baby were at home.

OOC: Oh so sorry! I never noticed that you posted, then forgot about this thread...

Hazel smiled. "Adventure? I've always loved the sound of adventure! Unfortunately, I have few friends who have been on any...so I rarely hear any stories." she smiled. Then there was a crash behind her, and she wheeled around. She noticed Choco had run over to a tree and had attempted to climb it...but it was old and rotten, so before Sun could get him, the tree snapped and fell. Choco just sat there on the fallen tree, stunned. Then he looked up at Sun who had run over to him. "Twee fell? Why twee fawl? Twees don't fawl!" he said, confused. Sun just smiled. He seemed alright. "Some trees fall Choco, so be careful." she said to him, picking him up off the tree. When she put him down, he ran to the hollowheart. "You shee that? It was fun! Didn't it wook fun? Huh Amatest? Do you wike to do dat? I wike to do dat!" he called up. Hazel laughed. "Choco! Let her talk!" she called to him and he smiled, giggling.

Amethyst smiled(as best a hollowheart can smile), giggled and looked at the little creature. "I like trees,"She thought spoke,"I don't knock too many trees down though."

A sleek, black and violet-hued equine creature stepped gingerly through the trees, indifferent white eyes flickering on and off like an ignited candle wick. Draconic features, as well, adorned the female Penticorn's large body. The tail of a dragon, along with sharp fangs visible in her mouth. She seemed to carry some emptiness. Something she lacked, but it was hard to place exactly what. Five slender, pointed horns glinted under the shadows of the trees, head held low, eyes half-lidded. One would have automatically attributed the emotion of sadness to this tall mare. But she contained no emotion. Void creatures have no emotion, as many know well already. She paused in her short voyage, lifting her head to look off through the trees. A glimpse of golden. That was a Learf, yes, and there were others. She snorted. Abyssal lowered her head again, white eyes looking hauntingly up at the small path ahead of her. She trotted forward, but stopped a couple yards away from the group and lifted her head. Abyssal's expression was unreadable, as a Void pet's should be, and remained utterly emotionless. She didn't even blink.

Sun heard a sound and turned. Then she saw the head of a void penticorn appear. She turned. "Hello!" she called out, smiling. Hazel turned and looked to see who Sun was calling to. She saw the penticorn and murmured. "It seems like there's someone else here." She wasn't bad with void creatures, like Amethyst, but for some reason, some gave her the creeps. Like this one. She shook aside the feeling and called out. "Hi!"
Choco looked up at Amethyst in awe. "You no knock down twees?" he asked, then turned as he heard voices. He saw the penticorn, then whimpered, hiding behind Amethyst. The sight of the penticorn reminded him of the one they lived with, who hated people being happy, and got upset with him often.
