Sekkai was walking in the plains, Rushfeather had told him to come. He was here to meet with Berry. The kits were older than the last time they had met, and he wanted to show Berry how much their kits were cute. He also wanted to see the other three kits that had gone with her.

Hinotama, the spangled Kuhna, was really happy to be here. She was followed by her brother, Fir.

Fir was also really happy to be there. It would be the first time he would meet with his other brothers and sister.

Berry walked across the plains, her spectrekuhna daughter, Shiver, walking beside her. Behind, two of her sons, a spectrekuhna, Kaguroi, and a spangled kuhna, Inferno, were laughing. Berry sighed, she loved her mate and their kits, but she wished that Kaguroi could be a little less...playful. Yet, he reminded her of Sekkai when she had first met him. Suddenly, Shiver squealed happily. She bounced back to her brothers. "There they are!" she called. Berry smiled as her kits ran up beside her. "Sekkai!" she called, her eyes on the two young kuhnas near him. What would they be like?

Sekkai looked at Berry when he heard her voice. They were finnaly there. He walked up to her, and he sat at her side. He licked her cheek. ''Hello.'' He said.

Hinotama stopped, and watched the three kuhna that were coming toward her and her brother. She knew who they were because Sekkai had told them all about today's meeting.

Fir couldn't wait until the other arrives. He bounded up too them, and he greeted them with a small nod.

Berry purred and licked Sekkai back. She twisted one tail with his, then used the other to gesture to their kits. "Here's Shiver, Inferno, and Kaguroi all grown up!" she said. Then she turned and looked at the other two. Fir and Hinotama. How could she forget them? She looked up into her mate's eyes happily. They were together once again.

When Fir bounded up, Kaguroi crouched playfully, ready to pounce. He froze as his twin sister glared at him. Inferno, however, was looking beyond Fir to Hinotama, HIS twin sister. Shiver ignored her two brothers and walked up to Fir and sat, smiling. "Hi! You must be Fir and Hinotama, right?" she said. Kaguroi stood and watched Shiver. Then he looked over at his mother and the kuhna with her. Was this father? He walked over to them. "Father? Mama tells me that I remind her of you!" he said, just giving his mother a sideways glance.

Sekkai was happy to be with her again. He was purring too. Their kits were big now, and they were beatiful. ''There's Fir, and Hinotama.'' He said pointing at each of them as he were sauing their names. ''Fir is probably as energetic as I was.'' He added. It was obvious to see just because of how he reacted.

Fir had stopped just in front of them. He didn't really knew what he could do or say so, he was just looking at them.

Hinotama couldn't halp a sigh at seeing Fir act like that. He just couldn't do anything correctly one time? She walked up to the four of them, and sat beside Fir. ''Hello.'' She said. ''I'm Hinotama, This is Fir.'' She was thinking that the best thing that they could would be to tell who's who. The last time the five of them were together, they were soo young that it's impossible for them to remember.

Berry smiled as Kaguroi piped up. "So Fir is like me?" he asked. Berry smiled. She didn't answer because she knew that Kaguroi always wanted to meet the father that he was so much alike.

Inferno's head bobbed. "I know who you are because Mama told me that the other spangled was named   Hinotama, and that our brother was named Fir...at least I knew..." he said, trailing off. Shiver rolled her eyes. "I'm sure you know that he's named Inferno...but in case you can't tell me and my twin, Kaguroi apart, just look for the one playing. Oh...that's NOT me." she said. Shiver DID play, just not so much. She was a natural leader. Kind and caring, with the exception of her two brothers that lived with her, she was very smart. That sort of caused her sarcasm and sharp tongue.

Sekkai was looking at Kaguroi. ''The two of you are the most energetic ones.'' Sekkai replied to Kaguroi.

Fir was listening, or was trying to listen. He had the genes of his father. He bounded up to Kaguroi. ''Do you want to play?'' he asked.

Hinotama looked at Fir as he bounded away. ''Don't mind him.'' She said. ''He's always like that...''

Berry purred as Fir ran up to Kaguroi. It looked like the kits were happy with one another. She looked up at Sekkai and rested her head on him, watching their kits.

Kaguroi turned to face Fir and crouched playfully. "Sure. What do you want to do?" he asked. Normally he wouldn't ask but their mother was always reminding him to be polite...er.

Shiver nodded, Inferno sitting behind her. "I'm used to it. Kaguroi, according to Mama, is just like our father." she said. Inferno watched Kaguroi, hoping that he would leave him alone. Being his brother and the weakest of the group made Kaguroi want play with him, and sometimes it drove him nuts. Hopefully Fir would be enough so he could have a break.

Sekkai was happy to be with Berry again. It wasn't that long because he had to take care of the kits, but it was still long enough.

Fir was always so happy when he was playing that he didn't cared wich game. ''I don't know'' He said. ''Do you have a game you want to play?''


Hinotama had waited for a long time just to be able to talk with her other brothers and sister, and she wanted to talk with them. ''How is it to live with our mother?'' She asked.

Kaguroi was about to reply to Fir when he heard Hinotama's question. He stood and made a face. "She's bossy." he said. Berry perked her ears. "To you maybe." she said, amusement showing in her face. Shiver giggled. Kaguroi was always getting himself into trouble. Mama never really punished him but didn't protest if the other kuhnas that live with them wanted to. After all, he bugged them more than his family. Inferno piped up. "Mama's really nice!" he called. Being the youngest and smallest, their mother always respected him and made sure he got plently of attention. Shiver nodded. "Yeah she is. What about our Father?" she asked Hinotama.

Sekkai knew that Berry was a good mother so, it made him laugh to hear Kaguroi.

Fir was waiting for Kaguroi's answer so, he didn't really listened what the others were saying.

Hinotama kind of knew that they were going to ask that question, and she knew what to answer. ''He's a bit too much protective but, it's really nice with him.''

Shiver nodded. Somehow she knew he would be like that. She looked at Inferno. "What ARE you doing!?" she yelped, for Inferno had crouched down and hissed. Her head turned and saw Kaguroi charging at them. She yelped and jumped out of the way, pulling Inferno with her. Kaguroi wheeled around. "Hey Fir! How about tag? You're it!" he yelled, not giving Fir a chance to reply. Berry sighed. Typical Kaguroi. No matter what she told him, it seemed to go in one ear and out of the other. She looked up at Sekkai. "Where did he get that from?" she said, teasing him.

Hinotama jumped out of the way too. She was used to it. Fir was always like that.

Fir Hurried after Kaguroi. ''I'm going to catch you in no time.'' He yowled after Kaguroi. He ran past Hinotama, and the others without even looking at them or say sorry.

Sekkai looked at Berry. ''I don't know.'' He said. ''Should I?''

Kaguroi smiled and ran away from Fir. He glanced back over his shoulder and called out. "I don't think so!" he shouted.

Shiver sighed and looked at Hinotama. "Brothers." she sighed, shaking her head.

Berry giggled. "I mean the playfulness...so, yes. You should know." she said, smiling. She licked him, purring.

Fir was running after Kaguroi. He wasn't sure if he was faster than him or not, but it seemed that he was runing at the same speed.


Hinotama sighed too, it was a little bit hard to live with a brother as energetic as Fir, and Kaguroi.


Sekkai was looking at Berry, he knew that his small joke would be easy to guess with what he was going to say. ''Playfulness? I didn't knew...''
