Three kuhnas walked across the Plain. The cake ran ahead and looked around. "Hey, there are some trees! We can meet there!" she called to the others. The hydrokuhna smiled. "Yeah, but we can't stay anywhere if you keep running ahead Flay!" she shouted back. Meanwhile the arkuhna at her side ran to the trees. "and we won't get anywhere if you don't hurry up, Tick!" he teased her. She purred and ran up. "I'm here now, but I worry if Flay can stick around long enough until the others come." she said to him. He smiled as Flay ran up to bat Tick on the ear. Then she ran forward and climbed a tree. She sat up there and scanned the plains for the other kuhnas that were comming. Tick turned to the other kuhna. "Well Paint? You think she'll be okay?" she said, smiling. Paint looked up. "Oh, she'll be fine..." he said, trailing off.

{Isis, Traverse}


"Trav.. I.. I think we're lost." Came a soft voice, from the Preluhna. "Really, I told you we shouldn't have came."
"Aww, don't be like that Isey." Traverse said, "We need to get out more often. Especially you. You NEVER go out."
This was true, Isis would rather stay at home, and try and create something fun there. Though the two Kuhna's walking towards the trees were not mates, they were good friends. Infact, all of them were close and loved each other like a family. Well.. with the exception of one, but he didn't count.
"I wonder if we'll see Larka. Or Kacia, or even-"
"Naw, I'd imagine they're in the Desert by now." Traverse inturupted. He didn't want to hear of Gaara. To put it flatly, Traverse didn't like that Kuhna. Not alot of them did; what a mean nasty little thing he was.
The female sighed gently, "Oh well. I wanted to see Larka."
Traverse shrugged, "You will later." He pointed a paw, "Look over there though, more Kuhna's!" He grinned. "See? Now lets go see if we can get you to open up abit." He said as he ran to the two others, though one was in a tree that he didn't know about.
"Traverse!" She yelled, watching him run off.

"I don't like it here..." Tirue muttered, gazing around at the rough, rocky and (although he hated to say it) rather plainish area around them. Being as bright and as artistic as he was he rather disliked being in a place of so little colour, "Why are we here again?" Werta strode ahead, looking confident and in control.
"Because..." Her voice was rather snappier than usual, mainly because she was annoyed that the other Kuhnas hadn't been as easy to find as she had hoped, "I said so! Now get moving!" Tirue drooped behind her in silence, knowing that she meant business, "Besides, we need to get you away from that Bursh," She spat the name like it was poison, "Heaven knows you've spent more than enough time moping around her."
"But I like her..." Werta ignored his comment and continued walking until she spotted something.
"There, I told you!" she yelled triumphantly and pointed with one paw towards the set of trees. Tirue went to run but was stopped by a determined paw, "True sophisticated Kuhnas never run." She fluffed herself up and began walking gracefully towards the trees. Tirue paused for a moment, wondering whether to copy her or not.
"Stuff that!" He laughed, pushing past a shocked Werta and beginning the race for the trees

Tick stepped forward and was about to call out in greeting, but instead yelped for Flay had jumped out of the branch and landed on her. "Hi!" she yelled out to the newcomers. Paint sighed and went over to Tick as she laid on the ground. "I stand corrected." he said, smiling. She looked up at him. "We will never be able to control her." she said. Paint looked up. Poor thing...such a sad life she led. Now guess who had to take care of her? Yep, them. He helped Tick up and together, they sat and waited for the other kuhnas. Meanwhile, Flay went crazy and raced around the other kuhnas. Shouting "Hi", "Hey", and just plain shouting the whole time.

Traverse and Isis were unaware of the new commers that weren't far off. But they did see a new face plop from the tree, and it almost startled them. Aside from that, she seemed quite hyper, unlike the Cake Kuhna they had back home. It was amazing, to say the least, expecially to Traverse. Being the smarts and nerd in the lot of the Kuhna's, he found it amazing anyway.
Not Isis. She didn't even notice. But as they approched, she stayed a good foot from Traverse, as her friend approched the Paint, Hydro and Cake Kuhna. "Hello there." He said happily. "My name is Traverse, or you may call me Trav." He looked over to Isis, who was nervously watching in silence. She was shy when she first meet new faces, but warmed up after a while.
"And that's Isis," He said after a moment of realizing that she wasn't going to say it. "And who might you all be?" He asked smiling, looking back to them.

Tirue arrived near the others a few minutes later, panting slightly. He wasn't used to running and had never been that good at it. Smiling bashfully he introduced himself, feeling kind of idiotic.
"Er, hi. I'm Tirue," He smiled, examining the group surrounding him. He could see several different breeds, including a hyperactive Cake and a rather shyish Preluhna. He continued smiling quietly to himself until he remembered the Hydrokuhna trailing behind him. Glancing back he saw she was just about to catch him up.
"That's Werta. She's a little..." He struggled to find the right word, "Difficult. Just try to keep on the good side of her..."
Werta approached the group huffily, clearly a little sore at being left behind. She sniffed and sat down, curling her tail around her protectively. She studied the other Kuhnas quietly with a mixed expression on her face, making it impossible to tell whether or not she liked the look of them

Tick smiled as the other kuhnas introduced themselves, or introduced others. Then she inclined her head and spoke. "Hi...my name is Aquatica, this is my mate Paintbrush and the hyper one is Flavour. You can call us by Tick, Paint, and FLAY!" she yelled at the end, for Flay had jumped in front of Isis. Ignoring Tick, she giggled. "Yep I'm Flay, and you're Isis! You're also shy too aren't you?" she said. Not giving Isis a chance to answer, she stepped back, about to bounce away to another kuhna. Quickly, Paint shifted forward and grabbed Flay's tail just as she jumped. She yelped, and landed with a thud. Ears flat and eyes narrowed, she laid there and watched the others. "That's better." Tick said and looked around. "Sorry about that. Isn't there supposed to be another group comming?" she said.

Traverse and Isis nodded as the other Kuhnas as they introduced themselves. Both quickly realized that Flay, the hyper one, was quite a handfull. She had jumped infront of Isis, causing the shy girl to blush, and shy back abit. Travers just laughed at her reaction, and looked to the Kuhna's. "Well, it's really nice to meet you all." He bowed gently, and then looked over to Tick. "Oh, I had heard another group was comming."
Isis didn't seem to want any more than there already was!
"But I don't think there comming," He said. "They should have been here by now.." He sighed.

"Maybe they got lost or something?" Tirue suggested, feeling slightly worried in case they were lost.
"More like they couldn't be bothered!" Snorted Werta, being brutally honest as usual, "I'm Werta in case Tirue didn't tell you."
"Don't worry I did," Mumbled Tirue meekly. He had always been scared of Werta, never knowing whether she'd get cross with him or not. He grinned as he noticed the Cake Kuhna bouncing around and decided to address Paint, even if it was purely because they shared a colouring, "So do you like painting or is it just a myth that all Arkuhnas enjoy it? I've always wanted to meet another one so I could ask them that." He blushed, hoping he didn't sound like an idiot. Werta rolled her eyes before smiling and speaking brightly
"So what are we going to do out here? Just talking or what?"

OOC: Amber's comming, she just needs to pull her kuhna out of a different roleplay.

Tick smiled. She was sure that her owner would get the others here. Looking at Werta, Tick smiled again. "We can do anything, after all, I don't think Flay could stay still that long." she said. Paint nodded as he let go of Flay's tail. Irritated, she sat up, her ears back. Paint stood and walked over to stand next to his mate. "So what do you think we should do?" he asked, keeping an eye on the hyper cake kuhna.

Traverse and Isis watched as they talked with each other. Isis, natrally, stayed close and behind Traverse, who was watching and listening to the others. He really never played, if that's what they were going to do. He was the non- physical type. So talking or going for a hike maybe, seemed to be the two that made more sence to him. Isis, on the other hand was just too shy to do much. He was beginning to wonder if it was a mistake that she'd come. He looked up, and blinked to the others, "Well, let's wait a few to see if the others come," He said, "and then we'll decide what to do from there." He looked to Isis, trying to insist he stop being so shy.. how was she ever going to get a mate in the future with her shy attitude? He sighed gently.

{xP Pulling Isis and Traverse out.}

Isis sighed abit, again. She was so unnamused with this whole thing. Why couldn't he have brought someone else?
She looked over to Trav, frowning. "Can we go?"
"Why?" He frowned, "We just got here."
She shrugged, "Well.. personally, I have something I need to do." She said gently. Traverse shrugged, and looked over to the others. "Excuse us, we'll have to go." He said gently, "Come on then, Isis." He said, trotting away with her, out of the Plains.

Tick watched as the two left, and sighed. This isn't going as great as Jaden said it would... she thought. Then she turned with a smile to the other two. "We can still do something. Any suggestions?" she asked.

Flay jumped up as the two left. She wanted to get to know other kuhnas but she wasn't getting much of a chance. She ran over to the tree and climbed up it before Paint could grab her. She sat up in the leaves, watching the others below.

(OOC: Sorry for the huge wait, I was waiting to see if AmberGlaze was going to post)

Tirue drooped with disappointment as he watched the other two leave. He'd been hoping to get to know them better, especially the shy female who seemed so much like himself. Still, he was told to always look on the bright side of life and he intended to live up to that. After all, there were still two other kuhnas and possibly more to come. He thought for a moment
"How about we start by saying a little about ourselves and what we like?" He knew it was a little lame but he was determined to stay positive. Werta rolled her eyes but said nothing.
"Alright then, I'll start," She addressed the others, speaking clearly as if she was used to this type of thing, "I'm bright, bouncy, beautiful..."
"Vain." Whispered Tirue, just loud enough for Werta to hear. She threw him a dirty look before continuing
"I like swimming of course, and anything where I'm in charge." She finished proudly

Paint listened as Werta finished and managed to stiffle a giggle, though the sound of laughing came from the leaves above his head. He glared up at Flay, then spoke. "I like to watch and help Jaden, our owner, draw. I'm neither hyper nor lazy...I think...and I like to be happy, if I can." he said with a smile. Flay dropped out of the tree and bounced forward. "I am bubbly, love sugar, and I'm really really hyper. I also have fun with my friend, doing...uh...'noisy events' shall we say?" she giggled, glancing at Tick and Paint. Tick listened to the others' descriptions, then realized she was next. "Uh...others say I am a good leader, I am kind but stern..." she trailed off, glaring at Flay, "I do like to have fun though, and don't like to do boring things." she said, turning back to the other two. Then she perked her ears, realizing that Tirue didn't describe himself. Flay noticed too and bounced over to him. She prodded him in the side, smiling. "What about you?"
