Mildred crossed her arms over her chest, fuming. "Little girl?!" she repeated, glowering up at the dragon with the full force of her eight foot two inch body, and very nearly having to restrain herself from kicking him. First, he showers her with dust, then he calls her a little girl and...What was that? A fly?! Okay, seriously, she was gonna kick his butt, just as soon as she found out how to do so without severely injuring herself on his scaly hide. She growled, and glared up at him some more.
She opened her mouth to say something, when another freaking dragon thing landed out of nowhere. "What the heck?" she demanded. "Why the heck are there so many of you?!" Frustrated, she turned her irate gaze back to Ender. "Call me a fly again, and I'll make sure your turned into the worlds largest dragon sculpture, got it?" She growled again, but as another creature began running towards them, she nearly jumped out of her skin. This was getting ridiculous.
When the giant tripped and fell, Mildred found herself flat on her butt, holding onto the ground for dear life. "Geeze!" she cried, nearly falling over again as she tried to stand up. And then...She was covered in a cloud of dust. AGAIN! Leaping to her feet, the girl pointed at the felled giant, growling at Ender. "YOU! You did that too! I was just walking along, minding my own business, when you had to fall down like an idiot and cover me, a poor passerby, with dust! You stupid talking rock pile! At least apologize, instead of calling me a bunch of stupid names!"
Now she was really mad. And a mad Gyrophant, covered in dust, was really not a good thing. Mildred wasn't afraid of these dragons, not in the least. It was actually quite comical to see such a small creature practically screaming at such gigantic ones. She turned to glare at the other giant, North, who had just fallen.
"You too! Seriously; running? Are you kidding me? Even I knew something like that would happen! Dear Yepha, am I the only smart one around here?" She asked the lat part mostly to herself, in a voice too soft for any of the others to hear. She turned her glowering gaze back to Ender, flicking to Alabaster, and then to North. But her eyes were trained upon Ender, demanding an answer and an apology.
