Hiro dragged his bag over to where Jirard was  sketching. After he had dropped his bag, he went up to the wall and began tracing the symbol with his nose. He blinked two times and began tracing the symbol again. Hiro then looked thoughtfully at the symbol and got out his canvas and painting tools. "This symbol is very weird...." Hiro mumbled half to himself. He them went over to Jirard and stared at his coat markings. "It almost looks similar to that one." He said pointing to a symbol on Jirards forearm.

"Oh, it does!" the Gyrraptor remarked in surprise, staring at his forearm. Hurriedly he scribbled some notes next to his sketch. "But what does it mean?" He traced the symbol on his arm with one claw, his brows narrowed in concentration.

After several moments of silence, Jirard snapped upright and began scribbling frantically in his sketch book, muttering under his breath the entire time. "It must have something to do with.... yes.... that would make sense..." As soon as he had finished his feverish scribbles, he began tracing symbols on the cave floor with his claws. He could have kept doing this forever if Kitty had not come to fetch him.

"Jirard, it's time to come home. You are going to get sick if you stay here." He looked up into the girl's feline eyes, his own eyes distant. She gently took his elbow and helped him to his feet. He said nothing, his mind far away, as Kitty led him out of the cave.
