[[Dang, that was a lot to read!  xD  And nice choice of enemies.  xP  I feel a fight coming on.  >;3]]

"This is natural?!", Kuay softly blurted out, unable to comprehend this odd anomaly.  Gerik could relate; this didn't scream natural to him at all.  But, then again, they didn't really go looking for ancient civilizations and what have you.  And though it was all terrifyingly new to Kuay, she couldn't help but feel terribly interested in the whole thing.

Carefully, the feline inched towards the dropoff and peaked over the edge.  Istantly, her fascination was replaced with fear and she quickly skittered away from the death trap.  It was then she noticed the unstable looking stone bridge.  Surely that wasn't the only way they could take... was it?  She gulped nervously.  "W-we aren't going to cross t-that bridge, are we?!", she whined, fearing the worst.

While Kuay was in her own little worryful world, Gerik had been silently following along with Ovir's and Chester's conversation about the grills and cameras.  He looked up at the grill high above, thinking.  He was a Garudor, a strong flier; his species was known for being good mounts.  But, the sheer height paired with his uneasiness with a rider, he wasn't so sure he could be so helpful in reaching it.  One wrong move, and whoever was on his back could fall to their death below...  Pushing the thought to the side, he let his eyes trail after Chester as he went to disable a camera.

Meanwhile, Kuay listened to Layla.  "Room of life?"  she repeated.  But before anything else could be said, a viscious hissing sound made them freeze.  Kuay let out a screech as the commotion played out above with Chester and this new threat.  She dove behind Gerik, in turn making the large bird let out a surprised squawk and throw up his wings, sending a strong gust out and kicking up more leaves and dust.  He jumped up, as if ready to attack with his talons, but turned at the sight of a second intruder which he soon found to be a Turkezilla.

Kuay puffed up defensively as the second mutant turkey crept closer.  "AHH!  GET AWAY!", she spat and hissed at the thing, still ducking behind the ruffled Garudor.  Gerik let out a hiss type growl of his own defensively.  He glanced back in a frantic fashion at the other monsterous bird and turned slightly in an attempt to keep both in his sights.  He didn't like this at all...  They outnumbered the beasts, but these Turkezilla's were huge!  "Back off!", he warned the nearest Turkezilla, lowering his head and glaring dangerously at the thing.  Although Gerik was usually a very laid back and softspoken guy, he was not one to be messed with... and those talons certainly sent the signal.

(hehe yeah, I was in a writing rush XD)

The Turkezilla infront of the bigger party of group still inched closer to them. Those beast truely where not
known for their huge intellect, but rather or their size and strenght. Thus, the fact that it was clearly outnumbered did not faze it at all. All that mattered to the beast was that there where 3 tasty treads infront of it, and how he could take them out.

It seized up the group through its beady, red-ish eyes. It was a little intiminated by Gerik, simply because he was the biggest of the group. It formed something that could be viewed as a plan, wouldnt it be so incredibly simple and Stupid. Trying to take out the cat creature becuase it looked most fragile, and possibly eat part of it,
then rejoin with his partner and attack the other, bigger ones. however, it first had to get past the two other ones...

It seemed to hesitate, before suddently lunging foreward, its arm wings flailing wildly, as if it tried to either
take to the air, or imitate them further. Ovir, who stood next to Gerik, snarled and made a jump forward, trying to block the beasts way and bite it. the thing however was surprisingly agile for its size and mass,
and all he could close his maw arround where some foul tasting tail feathers. the Turkezilla hissed angrily,
trying its best in ignoring Ovir for now, who tried to tug the beast back. The old feathers however seemed to be not all too stable... Aggrovated, the Bird-reptile thing jumped further towards Gerik, its beak maw wide agape, obviously trying to impress him while trying to figure out where to bite him best.

Chester meanwhile tried his best to a) stay out of reach of the other Turkezilla, who was catching up worringly fast, and b) to lure the thing away from the rest of the group and keep its attention fixed to him.
he knew, if he tried to get back to the group, they wouldnt stand a big chance to fight both of these thigs at once...if he could keep 'his' Turkeyzilla busy untill the finished the other one off, they could take his hunter out without much trouble, hopefully. Untill that however, he would have to stay alive.

The Turkezilla after Chester sneered happily. Yeah, he would get that tasty snack pretty soon, he could tell that the fox thing was getting tired already. Its head shot foreward, and closed arround one hind paw of Chester, who was just in mid air, taking a leap above a biger gabe between two branches. Luckily for him,
the thing was missing most of its front teeth. bad for him was the fact that he got tugged backwards in mid air.

Just in that Moment, Layla, who followed the two of them unoticed, Jumped at the Back of the Turkezilla,
hissing furiously. The thing let go of Chester's paw, stumbeled foreward and slipped of the edge of the branch infront of it. The trio pummeled through several levels of leaves and vegitation, but the jungle wall broke their fall, leaving them hagning on different hights. Chester crashed into a brach a few feet above the other two, growling under his breath. Layla gut tangeled up in some liana shortly under him and to his right, and the Turkezilla landet in some leave covered branches, obviously flustered by their short fall. After looking up however, he noticed that the two snacks where dangeling just above his reach...It drooled, but was too paralized to move yet.

When their threats fell on deaf ears, Kuay became filled with more fear.  It didn't even seemed phased by the large Gerik?!  She clenched her teeth together worriedly.  He was the biggest in the group, and possibly even the strongest, though she had no idea what the other three were capable of.  She eyed Ovir hopefully... he looked pretty strong in his own right.  But if not even Gerik could put fear into it, then what?!  And on top of it all, Chester was injured...  The odds were not looking good...  Kuay swallowed hard and backed away from Gerik, giving the mighty Garudor enough room to move.  She was almost certain a battle was to ensue...  "Oh no...."

When it suddenly lunged at them, Gerik jumped into the air instantly; his fight or flight instinct took hold and up into the air he went with a power flap.  He watched nervously as Ovir went in for an attack.  Luckily, the Tomb Imeut had managed to get a mouth full, effectively slowing the beast, which allowed the temporaily stunned Kuay to get out of it's path.  Gerik quickly greeted the Turkezilla with an attack of his own and slashed away at the huge bird's eyes with his powerful taloned feet.  He was hoping to blind the creature at the very least, slow it down to give them a slight advantage.

Kuay watched in horrified suspense at the fight unfolding in front of her.  She wanted to help them desperately, but what could a scrawny Slynx do to such a huge creature?!  She jerked back as the Turkezilla let out an angry hiss at it's attackers.  Just then, Layla's hiss, accompanied with a loud thrashing, made the frightened feline twist around to witness Chester, Layla, and the second Turkezilla crashing through the branches.  She let out a gasp and dashed towards the scene without a second thought.  "Guys!", she cried out, scaling a nearby tree easily with her feline prowess.

The Turkezilla first hissed in anger when it got slowed down, the screeched in pain. Geriks attack scored,
blinding one eye permanently. The predator jerked back, now trying to get away from the sharp talons of Gerik, and ducked, still snapping its jaws at the feet of Gerik. Ovir let go of its tail, and sunk his canine teeth into one arm of the thing, tearing viciously. Growling, the Turkezilla tried to get rid of Ovir, now slowly panicking. its little bird brain registered the attackers where pretty strong, stronger then it thought, and there where two of them. Plus it couldnt see on one eye, which was scaring it even further. Howling, it lashed out at Ovir with its free arm, scraping his nose and maw, managed to tear free and stumble away a few steps, panting. Blood oozed from its destroyed eye and its left arm, and it retreated even further, now on the stone bridge again. The will to survive was however not stronger then its hunger and will to kill something. A low, preditory growl emerged from its throat. Now it was not simply hungry, it was pissed. Stalking foreward and raising its feathers, it waited for the others to make a move first, hoping that it could get the chance to hurt one of them badly. that way it could deal with them seperately...

Layla blinked irritated. She was not hurt by the fall, but a little dizzy and had no sense of orientation for a short few moments. Just then she realized that she was tangeled up pretty badly, and instantly tried to bite through the liana, throwing a worried look down at the Predatory bird under her. The Beast ducked slightly,
seeming ready to jump. hastily, she tried to detangle herself further, not shure of just how high that thing might would be able to jump. Chester got up on his feet shakily, and looked at the scene unfold with terror.
Just then, he noticed Kuay climbing closer to them on the other side. Layla noticed the movement close to them too, and began to swing, in the hope to get towards Kuay and eventually be able to get to her, and that the Liana where old enough to give in if she just swung and struggeled enough. The bird creature hissed viciously. The movement above it made it harder for it to decide wheter it would be able to get to snatch Layla or not. Just then, its mean eyes fell unto Kuay. the Slynx was at about the same level as Layla, climbing towards them. If it would be able to jump up at the branch she was on, it had a realitively good chance to snatch her up.

The Turkezilla jumped, missed Kuay with its jaws but clung to the branch with its wing claws, pulling the branch several feet lower. "Ah! Kuay!" Layla screamed, unable to get to her, all tho the liana slowly loosened arround her.  Chester puffed his fur up, hesitated one more second and jumped over to Kuay over several branches, past her, and lunged at the head of the bird. It squawked in surprise and pain, and shook its head
violently to get the Fenling off , who was viciously clawing and biting at its face and neck. It slowly threatened to slip, claw marks appearing on the branch...

The bird's counter snapping mananged to knick one of Gerik's feet, which made him back off slightly.  Luckily, Ovir was quick to the call and had went in for another attack.  Though, it managed to stave him off and retreat.  When it seemed hesistant to attack again, Gerik glanced over at Ovir and eyed the scratch marks.

"Are ... are you okay?", he huffed, a bit out of breath.  He threw a worried glance back to the Turkezilla.  At least they had done some damage.  One of it's eyes were bleeding, meaning one of his attacks had done some good.  Plus, Ovir had done some damage of his own to it's arm.

Kuay climbed out onto an out-reaching branch towards Layla and as she began to swing, she reached out a paw in an attempt to grab hold and pull her to safety.  "Just a little ... more ...", Kuay grunted, grabbing frantically for her every time she swung close.

Kuay shrieked in surprise as the branch she was on began to shake violently then drop drastically.  She had to stop reaching for Layla and cling fast to the branch, or else she would had fallen off.  She looked down to see the monsterous bird flailing wildly and knawing away at the branch.  She let out a loud "AH!" in terror.  But then, in the blink of an eye, she saw a flash of black and red as Chester zipped past her and threw himself at it.  She gasped in surprise and managed to stand a bit shakily on the shaking branch.  "CHESTER!"

She noticed the Turkezilla slowly slipping off the branch and she let out another gasp.  "C-chester!  Leave it!", she screeched, fearing that both would fall to their deaths.  She had hoped her warning reached him in time as the branch started making loud cracking noises ...

Ovir nodded his head, looking back at Gerik hesitantly. "yes, its just a scratch... is your foot okay?" he asked,
trying to catch his breath back. He eyed the Turkezilla, who obviously was waiting for something. He did not like the look in its eyes...
And then he made a fatal mistake. The screaming and ruckus from the jungle wall made him turn his head in worry for a spilt second, just when the Turkezilla dashed foreward.  He managed to dodge its jaws, but it tackeled him, sending him slithering all over the platform. His hind legs slipped over the edge, but he managed to get a good grip with his paws on the platform, slowly pulling himself up again.
The Turkezilla ignored him for now, given that he, at least for a short time, was no threat to it. the beats
turned arround, jumped and flung itself at Gerik in a high jump, arms outstretched to keep balance,
Clawed feet and neck stretching forward. "Gerik!" Ovir shouted, trying his best to pull himself up faster.

Chester's ears snapped up when he heard Kuay, and even more worringly, the loud cracking sound.
He bit down one more time, before jumping of its head and tried to scutter away from the monstrosity of a bird. The Turkezilla was so much in a furry that it did not even notice that it was in serious trouble. Snarling viciously, it tried to lung foreward, bending the branch even more under much kracking. Before it fell back,
it managed to peck Chester, giving him a hard punch to his ribs and almost throwing him of the branch. The Fenling yelped, but backed of further, watching the Turkezilla finally loosing its grasp on the branch and tumbeling down, screeching in terror and anger. Bereft of the weight of the Turkezilla, the branch bounced up again, causing the two of them to cling to it for dear life once more.

Layla meanwhile managed to detangle herself, now trying to get towards them without getting tangeled up
again. She forced herself to be carefull, all tho her panic almost got the better of her. Coming closer towards them, she still heard the loud cracking of the branch. It wouldnt stay much longer, before snapping and falling of. "You have to get away from there! To your left!" she screamed, thinking that the two of them might oversaw the other, thicker branch a little higher and thicker then theirs, in all the panic.

Chester looked up, his eyes widening slightly. ...whew, that would be quite the jump...but they had no real choice, had they? He bent his body, ready to jump of, and pounced towards the branch, hoping that he and Kuay would reach it...

"Yeah, just a knick though ... nothing serious.", he cooed softly, glad that Ovir's wounds didn't seem severe.  The screaming from the others also distracted the Garudor but it seemed the Turkezilla found Ovir to be more appetizing for it went for him.  He watched in horror as the beast sent the Tomb Imeut flying over the edge of the platform.

"Ovi-!", but in a flash, Gerik found himself face to face with the monster.  He scrambled to fall back out of it's reach, but the creature had caught hold of his leg and sent them both sprawling to the platform below in a mess of feathers.  Gerik let out a terrified sqwak as he hit the ground, but it quickly changed to an angry hiss as he battled to keep out of the Turkezilla's teeth.  He starting kicking wildly at it with his free leg, and snapped at the creature's face when it tried to go in for a bite.  He was in an awkward position, partly pinned to the floor.  It was all he could do just to keep it away from his throat.

Meanwhile, in the second brawl, Kuay was having her own troubles, mainly just trying to keep from falling from her perch.  Her claws dug deeply into the surprisingly sturdy branch as she let out many small screeches at the wobbling branch that threatened to throw her off with every move.  She managed to choke out a frantic "Chester!" as he was struck.  She moved to help him, but as she did the Turkezilla finally slid off their branch and fell, and she was stunned by the sudden recoil of the branch.

She watched with wide eyes as the bird fell, then quickly looked over at Layla as she started screaming at them about something.  At first, her words meant nothing as her mind was scrambled with fear.  She snapped her head over to look at Chester in the confusion.  He was looking up? ... So she did the same, and then she realized what Layla was saying.  "Oh!"  She stood shakily, hoping the cracking branch would hold for just a little bit longer.  She was quick to follow Chester with her own leap of faith.  For an instant, she closed her eyes and reached out with her paws as far as she could, claws at the ready to grab onto anything that they happened to brush against.  She hoped for once today, lady luck would be kind to them.

The Turkezilla, having pinned Gerik down, imidiatly clawed and snapped at him, while trying to dodge some of his clawing attacks. It was almost certain to win this one. having its opponent pinned to the ground, it tried to do as much damage as somehow possible. A sharp pain close to its stomach reminded that Geriks Claws where pretty sharp tho. Snarling, it tried to lunge for his throat, intending to finally finish that annoying one of.It howled loudly when Geriks beak closed arround its upper head, scraching wildly at his horned beak and head to get free, while trying to kick him with its own chubby, but sharp clawed feet, squirming in pain.

Ovir after some tries managed to get a good grip on the edge of the platform with his find paws, and slowly pushed himself back up, panic written into his face. He finally made it back onto the Platform, and dashed towards the two batteling ones. He was even more afraid that he couldnt really see how badly or if Gerik was hurt while he ran towards them, since they where tangeld up in a flurry of feathers and dust.

Chester brushed the branch with his paws, and for a horrible split second though that he would slip off it,
before he got grip arround it properly. He pulled himself up, his beaten body nearly screaming at him to finally getting some rest, and slumped on the branch like a rag doll, letting his four legs dangle limply off both sides of the branch. When the branch wobbeled slightly, he knew that Kuay must have landet on it too.
Half dead of exhaustion, he only lifted his head slightly to look at her. "that was...a little too close for my taste" he said "you okay?"

Layla jumped at a nearby branch, happy to see that both of them made it, her heart still hammering in her chest. She carefully made her way towards them, mewing slightly "everything alright?"

[ Sorry for the wait - friend drama kept me busy.  Dx; ]

One good snap from Gerik and it hit home!  His beak clamped hard down on the Turkezilla's own, momentarily keeping Gerik out of it's hungry mouth.  He did his best to hold on to this advantage, but it was far from easy, what with the thing thrashing about like it was.  Not to mention, he was still pinned beneath the behemeth, trapped by it's bulk of a body that was thrown over him.

Luckily, in it's flailing at the forced muzzling, it released his other leg, allowing him to seize the chance to kick the beast further back as he struggled to get out from under it's heavy body.  It continued clawing at him though and he fought back with his powerful wings, flapping up dust and feathers all around them in the fray.  He was also extremely worried about the fate of Ovir.  He hadn't gotten a chance to get up and help the guy; for all he knew, he was still dangling over the edge, clinging on for dear life!

At least there was a lucky break for Kuay in the circumstance as she also managed to reach the branch.  Her claws dug into the bark instantly as she hit her mark, and she scrambled up onto the branch with Chester.  Mouth agape, she was panting wildly, her heart pounding hard in her chest.  That was far too close for her liking as well, and the fear showed in her eyes as she looked over at the tired Chester.  "Uh ... y-yeah ... I think so ...", she huffed, raising her own head tiredly.  "But I should be asking you that.  You took a nasty hit!", she choked out in worry.

She carefully slinked over to the Fenling, inspecting the area he'd gotten hit in with frantic eyes.  But she was no doctor at all, and in her panic stricken mode, she couldn't say for sure just how severe he'd been hurt.  Her attention quickly turned to Layla as she approached them.  "Layla!  T-thank goodness you're okay as well!  B-but I think Chester's hurt!", she mewed worriedly.

The Turkezilla now was desperate, squirming and pulling madly to get out f Geriks beak. It did not really notice that his oponend managed to get up slowly, it was more focused to...get as close to doge wing attacks as you can get when being hold back on your jaw.It viciously lashed out with it front claws and, to its surprise,
managed to rip itself free just when Ovir showed up next to them.

Instead of attacking tho, it scrambeled back, screeching in a high pitched tone at them. The bite down on its beak was more then just a muzzle to it, given that the beak of a Turkezilla was strong, jes, but nothing to compare with the beak of a Garudor. its Beak was splintered and cracked, and the skin around it tattered.
Its Jaw also looked a little deformed, as if it was broken or something. Stumbling, it got even more distance between them, glaring at them with its one functional eye, howling and screaming in pain, even thrashing arround and throwing up bits of roots and moss. It crashed to the ground, scratched over the platform and stood up again, with no orientation at all. Ovir slowly approached it, teeth bared and fur raised, hissing at it.
He was well aware that it still was dangerous, but maybe, if scared enough,it would flee eventually.

happy to hear that Kuay was alright, he smirked slightly. "I'll be okay. In the worst case its a broken rib or two, nothing too dramatic." He would have loved to stand up to prove her that it looked worse then it really was to calm her down, but he simply was to groggy to even think about moving right now. Layla carefully
inspected him. The first thing that calmed her down was that his older wound did not bleed again, at least not much, which was her first priority. She smiled a little sad smile "Not really your day, Is it?" "I have no idea what you are talking about" he said, mild amusement in his voice. Layla looked over at Kuay, just very happy to see that she was okay. Scared and tired, but okay. She poked, very carefully, with her snout against his ribs and listened to his breathing closely. Chester whimpered, clenching his teeth, but tried to keep calm. "I dont know if they really are broken, could very well be, but your lungs are okay" she said "As long as you dont run around much and make no frantic movements, everything should be fine..." Her attention then was directed towards Gerik and Ovir, and the other turkezilla, and she tensed up imensely. She almost forgot in all the trouble that there still was a second one of those beasts...

Gerik let out a surprised cry as the Turkezilla managed to escape his grip on it.  Stunned for a moment, Gerik lay there trying to collect himself and catch his breath from the struggle.  He quickly got to his feet as Ovir came to his aid, though it appeared the Turkezilla had given up for the moment.  The Garudor was surprised to see the thing thrashing wildly and screeching at them loudly, but daring not come back for more.  At this, he let his guard down a bit and slowly glanced over at Ovir who seemed to be trying to intimidate the injured Turkezilla.

"You ... you alright?", he huffed quietly, turning his gaze back onto the monsterous bird in front of them.  Well, it was clear that he hadn't fallen to his death, at least.  That was good, right?  But, then again, not all injuries could be seen.  He hoped he was well ... another injured person would be bad.

"Broken rib!?  That IS serious!  Very much so!", the frantic feline exclaimed.  She watched worriedly as Chester got a once over from Layla, and winced when he whimpered.  She could tell he was hurt, and it made her frustrated that he wouldn't admit it.  Perhaps it was a guy thing ... as she'd seen the same thing with Gerik and others.  Kuay manuevered her way carefully over onto a close hanging branch, trying to keep clear footing with her shaky legs.  Looking down then around, her ears fell.  First of all, they had to get out of this tree.  And that would be no easy feat with the injured Chester.  Unlike Layla, she wasn't too worried for the others .. right now anyways.  But maybe that was because she hadn't recalled the second threat.  Her mind was too focused on getting to solid ground...

"We've got to get to the ground...  It'll be much safer...", she mewed as her eyes redirected downward.  Then she looked at Chester worriedly.  It would be sketchy to try to help someone as hurt as he was on solid ground, much less up in a tree!

Ovir panted slightly, throwing a concerned glance towards Gerik. "I'm okay...that was pretty close tho...
you alright too?" He couldnt detect any Injuries on him on the first glance, but he still was sceptic. He turned his head towards the more pressing matters, eying up the Turkezilla. The Bird creature still was hissing at them  angrily, but it sounded more...painfilled and desperate. It backed off further, now on the thin bridge again. with a last angry glance towards them, it finally turned its back, and ran over the bridge, jumped into the next room and was not to be seen again. Ovir snorted satisfied. He snapped into an alarmed mode again quickly tho. He saw that the others got out of their fight, but he couldt really tell if anything bad happened from where they stood. And there was another pressing matter wich he almost forgot. They hacked the cameras, yes, but  Allison might get suspicious about now, why nothing happened on the monitors...He could imagine that they  got ready to check on them about right now...or maybe they had a little more time. better not to press their luck too far tho...

Chester looked down at the ground below them, a defeated look creeping on his features. There was no way he could make it down on his own, not without most likely killing himself...And Layla looked concerned as well. "Well if it really is broken, we should not carry you down... and I dont...know..." Her eyes trailed off
towards the liana. "hey...what about a lift? we could lie you onto 2 liana in the position you are now,
and then rope you down...I think that's the only way where we dont move you in your position too much..."

The last time he heard of the others was yesterday, when they told him that they where at the hotel and would begin the expedition in the morning...since then, all efforts to get contact to them ended in nothing. It seemed like they where swallowed by the desert. After his last try to contact them via radio, he
booked a flight to the Wilt'No Desert. And now he was standing on a landing platform of a helicopter, ready to take to the air with a rescue team. Gosh, this would cost...a lot of money...But if he took that drastic manners,  something really had to worry him. They normaly never where out of contact for so long, and now he, who was the most laid back in the whole group, got scared...deeply scared. A young woman with deep blue hair snuck up besides him, clenching an old fashioned laptop. "Hey" she said softly, her voice hesitant. "we're going to find them...everything will be alright, you will see..." Hey looked at her sympathic, smiling slightly. "of course we will..." but his eyes still looked fearfull. The Helicopter pilot shouted something at them over the starting rotors. "Okay, lets get going"

[[ Ohh new characters~  oDo  And no, not fail!  D:  Mine's fail.  xD; ]]

Waiting until after the Turkezilla had retreated into the other room, Gerik huffed out a sigh of relief and let his wings droop.  It had been a long while since he had found himself in such a tussle and now his body ached as the adrenaline wore off and revealed the soreness underneath.  He threw a tired glance over to Ovir and nodded.  "Yeah, just a little sore.", he cooed tiredly. As he thought back to the previous conversation they were having before the Turkezillas had appeared, he couldn't help but chuckle.  How ironic that they had nearly met their death in this room that seemed to be called the 'room of life'.

Gerik then turned to look where he had last seen the others.  He wasn't too surprised to find out that they hadn't stayed put, but now he was beginning to worry.  He faintly recalled seeing a second Turkezilla before he and Ovir had squared off with the other one.  Now there was no sign of it or the others.  He had hoped they'd managed to drive it off safely, but he wasn't certain if they had.

Raising his wings to take to the air, he winced a bit at the stinging pain.  That Turkezilla had gotten him good.  Though it wasn't visible, underneath all his ruffled and damaged feathers, there were bruises and scratches all over from the scuffle.  How he wished he had been born with a tougher hide, but alas he wasn't.  Fighting through the pain, he managed to get into the air and stay steady well.  From up here, he could see the room better and he began to search for any movement.  "I wonder where they've disappeared to...", he wondered out loud.

Back in the tree, Kuay was as much of a wreck as ever, though she liked Layla's plan.  It seemed the safest way to get Chester down out of the tree.  However, Kuay couldn't help but worry.  What if the liana broke?  Or happened to squeeze him and cause more bad than good?  Oh what she'd give for worry free mind.  She looked to Layla expectantly.  "Um, I can go find some good ones for you if you want.  S-so you don't have to leave Chester.", she offered with a nervous tone, "Just tell me what I should look for and I'll try to find it."  Hopefully, if granted the task, it would take her mind of her worries for a moment and she could be of some help to them.
