Veloc lay on the beach, still a could be. The familiar rise and fall of his chest was absent. Water lapped over him, threatening to pull him back into the waters. But he remained put. Thus was the curse of being human, even abilities such as his. Being a serraptor wasn't great either. He wasn't quite dead, but he wouldn't wake up on his own.

Gymsei finally got herself together again.  But after few seconds of thinking, she finally realized that Veloc hadn't even stirred.  Something was wrong here.  He had been doing a lot, and perhaps it tired him out, but he should have been fine.  It seemed that he must have been in some type of a coma.  "Sleet, you know best about this type of stuff, what the heck are we supposed to do?" Gymsei said.  "I don't know, since it's not really a regular coma if you can understand that..." Checking him over, Sleet could still feel his pulse, and if you looked very closely, he was very shallowly breathing, but it was quite faint.

[Firetra]

Icewing slowly got up. What had it been an hour? a month? he hadn't needed to use that much power before. His head was spinning from so much power loss. So he went a bit further in the water for himself to hydrate (special Hydrokhuna X Tundragoon mix powers) after a few seconds he was refreshed and ready to go.  he then turned his head a good 90 degreese. and there he saw Veloc with Sleet and Gymsei around him. He realy didn't look so good. He finnaly came over to assest whats wrong.

[Draco]

((One, sorry for being gone, and two, he wasn't in a coma. Think, he just about drowned. Water in lungs. Guess I'll have to change the "won't wake up on his own" thing.))

Veloc's eyes shot open as he hacked violently. Water erupted from his mouth as he sat up. "What're you looking at?" Veloc asked them wearily. Then he remembered that he'd just about drowned. "Oh, right. I really should learn to swim. Now, what do you say we get going, while I finish telling you why we don't want to fight a Sca'har?"

((Something he forgot to mention is that they are impervious to the magic and elements. Pretty big deal, since it means you have to fight hand-to-hand.))

Icewing jumped as Veloc finnaly came through. Water was on the side of his mouth. It just looked liked he swallowed some water. Sure lets get going before Kyune comes and gets us. He got to his Humman form and stood up.

"Well, when you put it that way, yeah, I'd like to go ahead and get out of here.  Especially since Kyune is probably  pretty peeved at the time, since he hasn't  been able to do anything to us, and it's getting close to the end of his cycle." Gymsei stated.  She was getting tired, but she really wanted to meet those Sca'har.  "So wait, is there something that you haven't told us about them?  Because you make them sound so dangerous, but you also haven't said what they can do.  So?"

[Draco]

"Ah, thanks for reminding me. They are incredibly skilled in armed and unarmed combat, but are about as magically inclined as an apple. Which is to say, not as all. But, this is balanced out by the fact that they cannot be harmed by magic or the elements,not event indirectly. If you do, it will be sent back at you ten-fold." Veloc said, starting to walk away from the small beach.

[Firetra]

Well great thanks for telling me that i fell sooo much beter. He said sarcasticly and went off after veloc. Oh and Veloc! How many more days are there before Kyune actualy is his normal self?

Running and catching up to Veloc in a few seconds, she whispered, "We'll get to the Shrine, and we'll get him back, I swear on my life.  But we can't do that with you being so indifferent and blunt all the time.  We have to try and do something!"  With that, she turned and hopped onto Sleet's back.  "Hey!" he mumbled, but went on without to much protest.

[Draco]

Veloc smirked. "I like being indifferent and blunt. Makes me look cool. Also helps in getting people to follow you straight into a Sca'har hive." He said with a laugh, keeping pace with Sleet. "As for when he's gonna turn back, it's only been four nights. Two more to go! You know, I wonder if us being in a Sca'har tribe would make him unable to use magic.... That would be awesome. Could wait it out there and take him to Basantha after he turns back. Of course, they might try and kill us after they find our association with Kyune." A bit of worthy actually managed to break through the stone wall of his voice and show.
He bent down, still walking, and thrust his hand into the sand, standing back up a second later with a large scarab in his hand. He sliced it in two ad offered the other half to Gymsei. "They taste better tha they look," He said, and popped his half in his mouth. "Crunchy."

[Firetra]

Bleh! Thats gross! He then made some ice in midair and popped it into his mouth. Ahhh! Sweet cold ice! Ahhhh!but it more came out like this Ahghg! Swvit Coolde Wice! Ahghg! When he swallowe the ice he said anyone want some ice? It feels realy go out in this heat, Oh and by the way what will we do when they find out that we are Kyunes freinds after he returns to normal? Are we just going to grab him and run?

Taking the scarab, Gymsei popped it in her mouth, ignoring the stares from Sleet and Icewing.  "Don't knock it till ya' try it." she said playfully.  "And sure, some ice would be nice."  Digging a nice sized whole, she said to Icewing, "Can you put a really thick layer of ice in here?  It's should melt, so make it fast, and then put a really thin layer.  That should give us a bit of water to simply drink out of." Sleet on the other hand simply copied that technique the Kodile used, and gave himself a nice cool off.

[Firetra]

Sure! He made it fast so the bottom layer wouldn't melt. and soon enough they had some water.You guys have a sip im just going to put some more ice in my mouth.

Bending down, Gymsei literally plunged her whole head into the water.  "Now that's refreshing."  But once again thinking about Kyune, she said aloud, "We need to get moving though, now probably.  We don't have any time to waste, especially if we want to get to the Sca'har in time."  Sleet was already up on his feet when she mentioned this, and agreed with her.  "So let's get moving then."

[Draco]

Veloc drank some of the water an stood back up, walking off in the sand. He looked at Sleet and Icewing. "You guys should probably change into your human forms, so your wings don't melt, being made of ice and all." He suggested. He remained in his human form because his serraptor form could quite possible die here.
