Spartican.....Meck.....Lust

"What are you doing!?!"A fairly large sized Ancient kuhna cried as he watched one of his companions tumble down a sand dune.
"What's it look like I'm doing!?! I'm training."His companion, which happened to be a temple draculi growled.
"Looks more like your goofing off."A purple Lucain groaned.
"We don't have time to goof off!"The kuhna growled, shaking his head.
"Oh calm down Lust, a little fun never killed anyone!"The Draculi laughed, rolling around in the sand.
"You might not want to waste your energy with play."The lucain said solemnly.
"Oh you're no fun, either of you."The draculi pouted.
"Jazzy sent us here to train and you need to take it seriously."The Lucain responded.
"Besides if you waste all your energy you will not be able to hold up in the afternoon heat."Lust stated.
"Heat smeat!"The draculi laughed, kicking around at the sand.

The Lucain growled. "Spartican stop being so foolish. wilt'no is a desert and deserts get hot...really hot!"
The tone in the Lucains voice startled Spartican. "Jeez you could be a little nicer Meck..." The creature trailed off, a bit embarased.
"Calm down you two." Lust sighed.
"I am being calm!" Spartican spat, suddenly feeling a little angry.
"Now your not." Meck pointed out.
"Oh my gosh!" Lust fell to the ground hiding his head with his paws.
"Whats gotten into him?" Spartican asked cocking his head.
"Ack! You have and Meck too. You guys we need to start training not mocking eachother." The kuhna cried.

Meck and Spartican lowered their heads.
"Sorry." The large Lucain mumbled.
"Yea me to." Spartican said.
"Thank you." Lust nodded. "Now lets start, if we are to survive the approaching war we are going to need to kick our training into double time."
"Ugh...can we not mention the war." Spartican sighed. He wasn't to thrilled about the battle ahead of them. He was more of a passive adventurer not a blood thirsty warrior.
"Don't even start!" Lust said in a harsh tone.
"You should feel honored that we have been given this chance to protect what we believe in." Meck boomed, puffing up his chest.
"Easy for you to! Your strong and great at the whole battle scene." Spartican couldn't help but feel a bit worried.

"Look battle isn't something I enjoy but there are people I love and I need to protect them and what they believe in." The lucain said quietly.
"We all have people we love and want to protect thats why we should except this duty." Lust had a very strange look on his face. Ever since he had become a father his view on life had become different.
Spartican looked at his companions and thought about what they were saying. He himself had Narsis back at home. With out her in the world he would be lost.
"Your right." The kuhna responded. "Even I have someone to protect. I'll do this for Narsis." He said raising his head and beaming.
"And I'll do it for Lemon and our kids!" Lust said with a fire in his voice.
"My family and friends!" Meck boomed.

"Well then, where are we heading?" Spartican said with a new tone in his voice.
"Theres supposed to be a camp about three miles from here. Jazzy's dad owned it before he passed it on to her. She said its still active and we will be able to train there." Meck stated.
"It should only take us about two hours if we go at a quick pace." Lust calculated.
"How quick?" Spartican asked with a smirk on his face.
"Well considering I'm the fastest one here we can judge it by my pace." Meck challenged.
"Oh fastest one huh!?!" Lust challenged.
"Ha I'll leave you all in the dust!" Spartican cried springing from his spot and taking off at a dead run.

From a birds eye view, Wilt'no desert was the same as it always was. The scorching heat rose from the ground creating the illusion that the whole landscape was on fire. By this time of day most creatures had already seeked refuge amongst the few rocks and thorny bushes the desert had to offer. The whole place seemed dead except for the cloud of dust being kicked up across the desolate plain. If one had not known what was happening they may have thought, Lust, Meck and Spartican were running for their lives.

Breathing heavily the large Lucain tried to pace himself yet keep in lead of the others. He was bound and determined to win the silly little race, however Lust was pulling in close. The kuhna had much more endurance than the Lucain due to his higher level. Surprisingly enough Spartican was keeping very close. He was in last though despite his high level. He was the one in the group that possesed the need to explore rather than perservere. Because of this he was often distracted by interesting things slowing him down momentarily.

The group had been running now for a good hour and twenty minutes. They knew that if they pushed it just a little bit more they would be soon arriving at the training grounds. Due to their quick pace they had covered much more land than expected but the heat had begun to take a toll on their bodies. Despite this though they kept running. It was a great way to start training.
Stretching his legs as far as they would go Lust finally pulled ahead, jumping infront of Meck a whole body length. The Lucain growled pushing even harder. Spartican smirked. He had been saving his energy for the right moment when he could pull infront of them both and win. He was just waiting until they caught sight of the training facility.

"Do you see that!" Lust cried from his position in lead.
The other two looked, gasping at the sight of a large shining mass not but 100 feet ahead of them.
"You don't think that..." Meck gasped through each heavy breath he took.
"We made it!" Lust nearly jumped up in the air with excitement. The kuhna was consumed with the wonderous sight that he didn't notice the sneaky Draculi pushing past him into lead.
It was Meck who caught sight first of what was happening.
"Oh no you don't you sneaky little..." He began running faster in order to surpass Spatican.
"What the heck!" Lust cried when her saw Spartican in front of him.
The three began to run faster than than they had the whole race, pushing themselves to the limit.

"I won, I won, I won!" Spartican cried, prancing around.
Meck and Lust simply scowled, disapointed in themselves for being so careless as to let the draculi win.
"What ever, lets just find a way into this place." Lust growled, then turned and looked up at the large towering building in front of them.
"It almost looks like a metallic circus tent." Spartican awed at the gleeming building.
"Yea, one thats a prison." Meck groaned sarcastically, making a rference to the large fence surronding it.
"Well best start circling it. We can't stand out here all day wasting our time." Lust said firmly and began walking around to the other side.

The group of three walked the whole perimeter of the strange building but found no entrance.
"What the heck! How are we supposed to get in!" Spartican whined, kicking at the sand.
"Certainly not by throwing a fit!" Lust growled, swiping at the draculi.
"Hey!" The creature growled, swiping back.
Meck watched as the two started their usual fighting. Shaking his head he decided to circle the building one more time. Slowly walking around the fence he examined every inch making sure they hadn't missed anything. Just as he was about to give up he saw a small white envolope attached to the fence.
"Whats this?"

"How the heck do you expect to last through the war if you can't even handle a simple challenge like this!"
"A simple challenge? This isn't simple!!!"
The two cat like creatures were still at it when Meck came running around the corner.
"Guys! I've found something!" He cried, holding the envelope in his mouth.
The two males stopped their bickering for a second and looked up a bit confused.
"What did you say? It was kind of muffled." Spartican said cocking his eye.
Dropping the envelope to the ground Meck repeated himself.
"I found this attached to the fence." He said nudging at the white slip of paper.

"What does it say?" Lust said, touching it with his paw.
"I don't know, I didn't read it."
"Well what are you waiting for!" Spartican jumped on the letter, holding it between his paws and opening it with his teeth.
Lust and Meck rolled their eyes at the draculis over active nature.
"Well..." Meck asked.
"Hold your horses! I'll read it out loud...erhrm..." Spartican cleared his throat:
My dear pets,
As you may already know there is no apparent entrance to the training facility. Do not worry though, there is a way to get in. Lets see if we can increase those reasoning skills of yours.

"Reasoning skills?" Spartican asked a bit confused.
"Yea that thing you lack in." Lust cracked.
Meck held back a laugh, seeing as it wasn't in his nature and all.
"Haha very funny." Spartican huffed, turning his head and pouting.
"Oh its just a joke Spart, come on lets reason together and find a way in." Lust was laughing now. He felt a little bad but the look on Sparticans face was priceless.
"Yeah, yeah whatever." He growled.
"Can we please be serious for a moment." Meck growled, suddenly not being in the mood to goof off.
The two others turned and looked at him a bit surprised by his sudden change of tone.
"Sorry." The kuhna and draculi said looking a bit ashamed for their own reasons.

"Now Jazzy said that there might not be an apparent way in but we needed to reason in order to find a way." Meck stated, half talking to himself and half trying to get the two others attention. "What do you guys think?"
"Well if theres not an apparent way in then it must be..."
"It must mean we have to climb the fence!" Spartican cut it.
Lusts eye twitched. "Thats dumb! Look at the top of the fence, there is barbed wire!"
Spartican looked up and blushed.
"Oh...your right."
"Now as I was saying it must mean we have to dig under the fence which would make sense because it would give us strength training as well." Lust beamed.
"I don't think thats what Jazzy had in mind." Meck said smirking a bit.
