Frederick found his umbrella after ordering several staff members to help the search. Much searching through cuboards. Alot of questioning the butler was another thing. It was eventually found on the hook at the back of his door. In plain site.

Thankfully there was no such search for his rain coat. It was hung up by the long-suffering umbrella. It was green in colour. Much too big for Frederick. Comically the sleeves hing past his knees.

This was why he never went out in the rain. His mother had bought it for him. He didn't want to upset her. As such he kept wearing the vile thing.

After making his way down the many flights of steps Frederick sighed. How stupid he felt. How stupid he looked. Never the less it could only go up from here. He hoped.

He opened the door and stepped out into the rain. It drizzled down. Wetish and slightly cold. There wasn't much of a wind blowing. It was just wet.

t wasn't enough to even begin to be a storm. Yet here he was. Looking stupid in his rain coat. Wonderful. It really was.

It didn't take him another five minutes to decide that he really didn't need the raincoat. He struggled woth the ancient zip. A moment later he pushed it through the letter box. He was being too lazy to actually unlock the door. Frederick smiled to himself.

The rain splashed down unevenly. He made his way down the imaculate drive. Not a leaf was out of place. Even in whether such as this. The place was almost too neat. The rain did little to unsettle the cleaness of the place.

He walked a few steps down the street before he stopped and looked around. He didn't want to miss Emeline if she too were out in the rain. Infact had he not been so meticulious in his searching, he probably would miss her somewhere. That was part of the ironic way in which things worked.

Meanwhile Emeline wandered the streets. Her gaze wanderin over the puddle-littered streets. In her head she went over her apology. She really should apologise. She hated it when they fought.
