Miles the Wanderer
It had been hours since the two of them had snuck out in the dead of night. The guard in the manor were in high alert, no doubt a search party sent out by Nevaya's conniving mother. Miles' wound was still freshly stitched, so he had to be careful not to overdo it. It was already bleeding as is, and if he wasn't careful, he might lose too much blood.
"We should be good for now. So long as we don't get caught, I can start teaching you some of my methods." He knew a bit about the area from the past month or so, so he should be able to figure somewhere they could lay low. "There's a hotel a few blocks that way. We could rest there and begin training in the morning."
