"... Are you sure we should be doing this?" said Akira, glancing around him dubiously. The church was empty, which made him feel like an intruder, even if the door hadn't been locked or anything.

And, well, it wasn't as if they were here to pray. Or maybe they were--- he wasn't exactly sure what Yusuke had meant when he'd mentioned 'searching for inspiration' here, but praying for divine intervention was seeking something, wasn't it?

But even so, with Yusuke, it probably wasn't going to be that simple.

Akira wondered whether Yusuke might take umbrage to having his intents questioned, but Yusuke merely smiled. "Our exploration of themes continues. Today we shall focus on anguish! And what could be a more fitting subject than the anguish of Christ upon the cross?"

"R-Right..." Akira did his best to nod and follow along with what Yusuke was saying, but he was pretty lost. He supposed he ought to be glad they weren't going to Mementos again, at least. It had been a real pinch when they'd run into all those Slimes...
