Demeter was alone. She was always alone. No amount of power or righteousness could change that. She was wandering through the forest, searching for anyone...anything that would and could help her. She needed to find her way to the protection of the others but for some reason she couldn't sense them. She could feel the woods speaking to her, she could hear the water in the nearby stream singing to her, she could see the wind caressing her but she could not sense the other Incarnations anywhere. "Hello? HELLO? Please....I need your help.", she called into the empty wood.

Demeter was  filled with sorrow and dread when no one responded to her call. Even though she felt safe in the woods, she knew to find the others she'd have to make her way out into a town. She was worried about the danger of the outside and revealing her location. Khimera wanted her, wanted her bad. Her only choice was to leave the woods. But which way....she would head north. And maybe if she was closer to a town someone would be around.

Demeter moved towards the town, hoping to find someone who had seen her allies. She could remember their faces very clearly...but she couldn't remember how they were separated. "Oh wait..."she thought," The light...some kind of light...teleported me here..... I wonder why..." She wasn't about to worry about things she couldn't control. She could see a break in the forest leading out...to somewhere else.

A light figure snaked its way across the skies over the forest. Occasionally it would dip just below the canopy just to return to the skies once more. It's golden snake-like, or dragon-like, form was accompanied with little red bubbles that followed it's every twist and turn. He was enjoying the breeze rushing past him when he heard a faint call for help. He stopped and listened for the call again, but it didn't come. He was nearing the edge of the forest and the edge of a town beyond it. He dipped below the canopy once more and snaked his way around the tree trunks. He could see another large body up ahead now.
"Hello? Was it you whom called for help?"
His voice was somewhat rough but still soft on one's ears. His wisdom found ways into the world through his voice. There were times, though, he couldn't find the right words to help another in need.

The Xing Yun waited in silence for the stranger's response. He himself was on his own mission, but he rarely passed a stranger in need of help. He lay on the cool ground and kept his eyes on the stranger. What was her name? What did she need? Was she in some sort of trouble? The questions flowed through his mind rather quickly and repeatedly, but he remained silent and still on the outside.

[Akida]

He had been waiting for quite a while now, but still he said nothing.

It seemed as though he were waiting for a whole eternity before he spoke again.
"I'm sorry to leave you without my assistance, but I too have things to get done."
He lifted himself into the air gracefully and hovered there for a moment.
"Apologize for leaving this way, but it seems you require no assistance from me currently. Mayhap we shall cross paths again, but this is a rather large world."
With his mind spoken rather clearly, he left to continue his journey.

He flew through the canopy of the forest and headed away from the city he had seen earlier. He figured he should go to another part of Lambastia. Maybe find Akida, or one of the others. His thoughts raced as he fully cleared the canopy of twisting vines, protruding branches, and crowds of leaves.

With his airspace well cleared, and a very good view for miles ahead, the X??ng Y??n sped forward toward some unknown area of Lambastia. The little red baubles around him keeping up rather well. He enjoyed the breeze he recieved as he sped through the skies. As he went his altitude increased until he was level with the puffy clouds in the sky. He saw gray ones ahead and went higher. He dissappeared behind one of the white-grey clouds. Now he knew exactly where he would go next..
