Eventually, after a considerable amount of trekking and delays, she finally arrived at her destination. At least, that was what she concluded, seeing as the voice was no longer insisting she go this way and that. "Well, what now?" she asked the voice, taking a look around her. The last light was some ways back, and there wasn't another one that she could see. Her guide had led her deep into the recesses of the basement, and the spaces between lights became progressively wider as she went along, unfortunately.

Even in the dark, there was something strange about the area. As the boxes thinned out, more and more of the wall was revealed. The place she stood at now was almost completely devoid of storage containers, and as she traced her hand along the wall she was surprised to feel cloth. Secret passage, the voice chimed, much clearer now, which she took to be a sign of proximity. It did allude to being trapped earlier, if she recalled correctly...

Kitzu laughed aloud at its comment, shaking her head. "Well, it figures; I got exactly what I bargained for after all," she muttered, though she wasn't sure how she felt about it now. She couldn't see the picture, but she also couldn't imagine Siv or Rhodes or even the fussy Kenric putting something like this here. The universal sentiment would likely have been that decorations were wasted on such a place. Sure enough, when she pushed against the center of the tapestry, it resisted very little. Some of it went as far as to tear away in a rather disconcerting manner.
