Adohi fell on the ground with Emerald. The Bleached Shelupe laugh so hard he forgot where they were for a moment. Getting up from the ground he looked around. "Now, it's my turn to chase." He gave Emerald a devious smile before they started their tag. Amina was running around the field, she as Emerald caught her companion. Turning towards Berry. "Are you hungry? I'm not to sure if we can find food around here." She Sniff the air, she wasn't if there was anything to hunt out here.

(You may shoot me if you wish, for taking so long to reply. =D)

Emerald jumped up and bolted out of the way. She smiled. "You have no chance of catching me!" She yelled behind her back. Berry looked at  Amina. It would be nice to get something to eat," She said, smiling.

(Wow. I fail. XD And no problem for the late reply. )

"Is that so?" Adohi howled after he spoke. He was ready for the chase, he felt like a small puppy again. This was a very rare thing.  The Sheilupe wasn't to far behind Emerald. Adohi put most of his weight in the back of his legs, like a spring and jumped towards Emerald. He missed her by a foot or two. Dang, I missed. Jumping at her made him further behind than he was. Looking around to see if he could find a short cut but couldn't find any.

Amina called out to the smaller companions. "Adohi! Emerald! Berry and I are going to look for some food." She wasn't to sure if the two smaller creature heard her. She watched as Adohi try to pounce on Emerald. Watching her companion missing the Serraptor made her laugh out loud. She turned towards Berry. "It's kinda funny watching Adohi chase Emerald around."

Emerald tripped over her own feet and fell face first into the grass. She stood up and looked at the others. She blushed then shook her head and looked at Adohi. "Want to go join them?" She asked. She smiled and realized this was the happiest she had been in quite some time.

Berry laughed. "Yeah. Its nice to see her smile every once and a while," Berry smiled then laughed some more. Emerald was in fact, acting like a complete clutz.

Adohi ran towards their larger companions. "Do you guys know what we are going to be hunting tonight?" He looked around the large desert like area. It looked like nothing could grow out here, it didn't even look like they were any animals. "What could grow out here?" Adohi wasn't really asking a question it was more of thinking out loud. Amina cocked her head at her smaller companion. "I'm not sure, but it doesn't hurt to look around."

Berry turned to Adohi. "That maybe the best question I've heard all day." She hifted on her feet uneasily. "Got any ideas Amina?" She asked. Emerald ran up behind them and stopped to listen. "Probably a god idea to just go look around."

(Sorry for the late reply. My muse died. ^^;)

"I believe Berry and I should take to the air, while the two of you take the ground. It will be easier and quicker for us to try and find some food." Amina stretch out her golden wings. "Does anyone disagree?" Adohi spoke up. "It sounds easier to found food. I don't it would be quicker for Emerald and I, since we can see to far ahead." He looked at everyone. "Yeah it's a good plan."

Berry nodded. "That probably is the best idea. We can in fact cover more land that way." Berry stretched and flapped gently in the wind. Emerald smiled. "Lets have a competition. Who ever can get food first wins," Emerald smiled and her eyes shined in the light. She was prepared to win at anything. No matter what.

Amina stretch out her golden wings. Slowly flapping as she slowly lifted off the ground. "It's a deal. First to find food is the winner and losers would have to prepare the food." Turning towards the others. "Berry and I will take off from here." The Hollowheart looked from Adohi and than Emerald. She hoped that they would be ok. She knows that they can take care of themselves. It was a habit of caring for Adohi far so long, that she hadn't really left his side. Amina was such a mother hen when it came to Adohi. "You guys be safe and call pound us if your in any form of danger." Adohi looked at her with a strange look. "We'll be fine Amina. We can take care of ourselves, try not to worry so much." The Sheilupe try to give a his companion a reassuring smile. It looked more like he was going to kill someone, than being happy. "Ready to go Emerald? We should go before Amina never leaves."

Emerald looked at Adohi mischievously. "Better hurry up or I'll leave you behind." She winked at him then started running to get food. She stopped to wait for her companion. "Hurry up slow poke!" Emerald laughed then ran, slow enough though for Adohi to catch up easily.
Berry smiled. "Off we go then," She said, lifting off the ground with her strong powerful wings. She flapped them and finally got to a considerable height. "Meet us back at the tree when you have the food or we have it. We'll call you back!" Berry yelled, flicking her tail toward the tree. "Don't put your hopes up. We'll be the ones calling for you!" Emerald yelled back.

Amina took off in the sky with Berry. Watching as their smaller companions became smaller. Adohi looked at Emerald. "Glad she took off. Amina wouldn't ever leave, if we didn't kind of push her." He started to walk slowly. "Ready for the hunt?"

Emerald turned to Adohi. "I'm ready to hunt if your not so slow~" She teased. She turned and scanned the horizon. There was barely anything in sight. Emerald turned toward Adohi. "Is there even anything out here?" She asked, sighing.
Berry flew higher and then searched the ground below. "There might not be anything down there. Still want to try?" Berry asked Amina.

Adohi looked at Emerald for a moment before speaking. "Slow? I'll show you who's slow." The Bleached Sheilupe ran ahead of his small companion. "Now, who is the slowest?!" He yelled over is shoulder. The rocky trenches did not help as he ran, it made him unsteady. "We might not find any food." Adohi suddenly stopped, almost hitting a bolder. "Wait what is this?" The Sheilupe saw a small desert plant growing beside the bolder. Looking up at Emerald. "I believe we'll be able to find some food." Pointing at the small plant, he spoke again. "If that plant is here, than there should be animals not to far from here."

The Treasure Hallowheart took a deep breath in. "There is nothing that I could see that indicates any life." Amina looked around the area, so far all she could see was rock and dirt. "The thing I could see us doing is licking the ground. Which would make us dehydrated, which was a stupid thing to even bring up." The Hallowheart spoke as she looked down below her. "Did you find anything?" She turned her head slightly towards Berry. What could really be out here? There wasn't much when they first entered Vast Plains. She never seen any planet life out here, so was there going to be any animals. They need luck on their side and Amina wasn't even sure if that would happen.

Emerald sped after Adohi and then stopped when he pointed out the root. She took in a deep breath of the fresh, cool air. "Smell anything? It smells like something is around here... But It seems off..." Emerald trailed off. She turned her head toward Adohi. "What do you say we do? Go after it and take the worst, or stick on the safe side?" Emeralds eyes didn't flicker with the mischief that flashed with in there depths. They were dark.

Berry turned toward Amina. She sighed. "No I don't see anything...." She looked around and took a sniff. Something seemed off. Odd almost. She looked around. She glimpsed at Amina to see if there was anything she noticed. She quickly shoved those thoughts away, and tried to focus on getting food.

Adohi pause as his looked at Emerald for moment. He lifted his head slightly in the air. The smell invaded in his sense of smell, making him wonder what that odd sent was. The Bleached Shelupe couldn't figure out who or what it was. Adohi looked around the area before turning back to face Emerald. "We should check it ourselves. If there is any trouble we can call upon our companions." He had an unusual note in his voice. Adohi wasn't sure, but he had a strange feeling that something was going to happen to them.

The large Treasure Hallowheart stopped suddenly as the odd sent engulf her senses. What could that smell be? Her large wings keep her afloat as she looked beneath her. "Berry, do you smell that?" She looked at Berry, than back at the ground. "I believe we should meet up with our companions. That odd smell worries me." Amina couldn't see their smaller companions anywhere on the ground. "Do you recall which direction our companions went?" She that their companions can proect themselves, she didn't want them to be blindside by an attack.
