Roxi smiled.  "If you want light, I can do that.  But as for heat, yes, I think Firefur hould probably do that..."  Roxi closed her eyes, allowing herself to be surrounded in darkness.  Her favorite quote flaed through her head, as it awlways did when she let it get dark.  'Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer.'  Then, she felt her powers well up inside of her, before setting them free.  She opened her eyes, and light appeared.  Unspoken words moved upon her lips, and the sky lit up.  Then, she fell down.  

After shaking herslef off, Roxi stood back up.  Chuckling, she mumble, "It seems I was weaker than I thought..."  Roxi's mind went back to something Ocean Fang had said earlier.  Why had Ferainal come?  IT was very unusual...  "Hey guys, you know Ferainal.  What if he had been sent here?  Someone doesn't like us, I feel it.  They want us dead.  I know they do.  But...who?  Who'd want to kill us?"

Ocean Fang had her cold and trembleing hands wrapped around Coracanth, who was amost asleep as he stood.

"I don't know Roxi," Ocean sighed. " But I don't expect anyone here to be shocked that a great evil had it in on us. I'm sure we've all captured and slayen our fair share of monsters and demons. Perhaps It's just all coming back to us. Really, I beleve that it's important to relax for now, but at the same time, keep our eyes open to everything. The last thing we need to do is waste time, sanity, and energy worring about our own shadows behind our backs."

Roxi thought about what Ocean Fang had said.  Yes, it made sence, but to relax, they'd be off guard.  Was that wise?  Roxi shrugged it off.  They had earned a break.  Roxi wandered over to a tree and sat under it, using it as a back rest.  She lay back, feeling very happy.  It was light outside, but not to warm.  She prefered the cold.  It was so weird.

Firefur was really tired after fighting that huge beast, but she looked arround to gather some woods. When she had enough, she lit a fire, and sat close to it. Her tail was ying on the ground in the light of the fire. '' Here's the fire. Anybody that wants to come near it is free to do so.'' She said calmly looking at the other peace keepers.


Fireskull was coming toward her, and she sat at her side.

Kairi got up quietly, Razor following loyally. Ilali was a bit reluctant, because she was so comfortable, but when Kairi left, she had nothing to lean on. She she followed too. She would have been less hesitant if she wasn't so tired or so cold. They all snuggled together, Kairi leaning comfortably on Razor and Ilali leaning on Kairi. She sighed, letting the heat of the fire soothe her cold skin. She was used to the wind, but she wasn't good with cold. Her cousins were always joking that she must've been born on the South Wind. Most airbenders were born when the coldest wind blew over. Razor would've left, but now he was just making excuses. The fire was warm, he was in the presance of his young master, he was so comfortable. He didn't want to stay up in the sky until Kairi had another crisis. He wanted to stay on Earth, to be with her. She was a very kind master. Amazingly, Razor had found a baby dragon, abandoned. When he brought to Kairi, she immeadiatley noticed that it had the symbol of her cousins, the storm benders: a bright blue snowflake. Her cousins also had the mark, Marie on her ankle, Rena behind her ear. They were happy to accept the dragon, naming her Snowy.
He would like to live with Snowy. He thought of her as his daughter, and every chance he had he would check up on her.

Kairi spoke up. "Hmm... do any of us have any enemies that we defeated, but didn't kill? Anyone seeking vengance?" she asked. She didn't have any, because she had barely been using her powers.

Coracanth nuged ocean gentaly, then set himself next to the fire. Ocean Fang and free song fallowed.
" Well," Ocean said " I don't  think there was anyone at all I let loose easily. My pets back home get to angered with me if I do somethiiing like that."




( Umm, do you guys just wanna end thiis thread now, then make a second half later? I feel like everyone is getting a liittle annoyed with this.)

Kairi sighed. Well, that crossed Ocean off the list. "Anyone else?" she asked. Razor looked at each keeper, wondering what was going on in their heads. Meanwhile, Ilali had fallen asleep.

Firefur looked at Kairi. ''I don't really have any enemies, so I'll say that it can't be me.''

Fireskull said nothing, but she nodded. She didn't know anyone that could want to harm them.

Firefur waited a moment bfore she got up, and made a sign to Fireskull to do so too. '' Sorry, but we'll be leaving.'' As she finnished talking she nodded to Fireskull and they leaves the plains slowly.
