Volta felt bad for her rudeness.  She was just so overwhelmed by Dare's sudden apperance.  "Its okay...Sorry I was rude" she apoligized.  Her eyes widened when she noticed the wound on Shadow's neck, "I don't mean to be rude but that looks like it hurts, are you alright? She didn't mean to pry but what could cause such a fight?  She looked at them curiously, maybe they were companions of some kind... they didn't look like they could be brother and sister.  Maybe they're a couple with issues?, Volta wondered to herself.  She observed the two of them and to Volta it looked like Dare was the leader considering Shawdow stayed back.  Volta stood in among the vast plain and waited for a response...

Shadow trotted up to volta. "Yes, it's fine...." She nickered softly. Dare looked at her with unbelieving eyes. It was still bleeding slightly. Shadow lowered her head to block Dare and Volta's veiw of it. "Its fine." She repeated to Dare.

Volta decided to believe Shadow.  She didn't look like she wanted to push the topic any further.  "If you say so.  I don't mean to be nosy but what happened?"  Volta asked, her curiousity getting the better of her.  She started to jump to conclusions, What if this Dare fellow is a abusive fellow?  She was hoping that wasn't the case, she didn't like being in disturbing situations like that.

Shadow lifted her head. "We were running... The wind was rushing in my face, through my mane and tail, and making me soar like a bird. I was ahead of Dare, and He got jealus." Her eyes gleamed, and she tossed up her head. Dare pawed the ground, and as if by an unspoken message, they were running again, Dare  slightly ahead of Shadow, their bodies stretched out as far as they could be.

Volta cocked her head to the side in curiousity.  These two seemed strange but so relaxed at the same time.  She just couldn't put her paw on it.  Volta stared at the two creatures running along side eachother, should she say something to them?  Should she just walk away?  Volta decided that the best decision would to sit herself down and see if the two would want to chat with her some more.

The two kept running, not even shedding a quick look backwards at volta. volta quickly slid from view, but the two animals kept running. they could of run forever, but shadow stretched her head just a little farther than Dare. He squeeled, and ramed shadow.  a lone nicker rose from the horizon.

Blossom felt hoofbeats in the ground as she was trying to rest. I wonder who's here? She thought as she slowly lifted her body from the ground. "Hello?" She yelled, trying to see how close they were. She flew into the air to get a better look.
