Realizing that Fire was just as embarrased, Thalia got up and walked over to Alarice.  "Something called for Zuel.  He didn't want to leave, but it was an emergency.  I'm so sorry, but he said that he would miss you.  And to make sure I said good bye for him."  It was a bit awkward, but she knew that she was going to have to face it sooner or later.  Zuel had even left the Hut for good.  Trying to avoid as much awkwardness as she could, Thalia used her lightfeet to scale a tree a few feet away.  There were some pears on it, along with a bird or two.  She couldn't really decide which to want more, so, picking five or six or the pears, she headed down the tree.  "Here you are.  Hope you're ok with these."

((Wow, this is such a short post compared to yours, sorry.))

Alarice frowned.  For good?  That was going to cause a serious Void in her feelings for a while.  She had really liked Zeul.  Taking one of the pears that Thalia offered, she sat down and looked at Fire and said, "You'd better eat up.  We've still got some hunting to do today." She seemed to be in a much lighter mood, now that she knew what had happened, (or mostly what happened), but a little bit of that gloomy grey cloud still hung over her.

Fire, on the other hand, was feeling very mixed at the moment.  You could tell because of the fact that he was a gooey white blob trying to morph so many times at once.
"Be careful," Alarice warned, "you might hurt yourself."
When Fire finally calmed himself down enough to barely stay in Kuhna form (with the exception of the flames on his tail constantly roaring then dying down low), he took a pear as well and began eating.  His eyes wandered to the tree Thalia had just climbed.  He looked at the birds, just out of curiousity, and at first his heart jumped, thinking they were Mr. Wilsons- but that was quickly extinguished when they took flight and revealed themselves to be only Matches.
He sighed, waiting for Thalia or Alarice to say something.
It was going to be very hard for him to stay with the two girls without another guy there to keep him from being torn apart.  Now that Zeul was gone, he didn't know if it would be right to take Alarice back up tied with Thalia again and try to hit on her, or if that would be just wrong.

"So, what now?"  Thalia asked as the four finally got up.  Looking around, she began to wonder what she should do.  It was getting pretty boring, but these two were her best friends.  And maybe even more, with Fire, of course.  If she left, she'd never get a chance to find out if Fire even thought of her as anything.  "Hey, so would you two mind if I see if one of my friends can come here.  I've been wondering if my bud can get out of the hut, but Arya says that I have be with her since she's so young.  Her name's Hal."  Since Hal and Thalia had been together as the two grew up, they had worked out a signal.  All she had to do was whistle a high note and Hal would come.  No matter how far, she would try.  But of course the others had to agree before she could.

Alarice smiled.  "Sure, why not?" She said.  she was still somewhat upset about Zeul, and she really didn't want too many people there, but Fire seemed to be all for it, and Alarice was only trying to be polite.  She skipped off a few yards away and left Thalia and Fire to themselves, then she morphed into a Rollaby and started rolling in circles.
You see, when someone you like basically dumpes you, you tend to go through something called 'SADNESS'.  It's a phase of moods that you really have to look out for in a mood shifter, even if they had had years of practice.  The phases of this would go in this order:

S. adness
A. nger
D. epression
N. ervousness
E. nvy
S. adness

And she was moving to number two.  The reason Alarice had morphed into a Rollaby was to try to contro herself, but eventually the circles got faster and more furious.  Pretty soon she was a Battleheart, but she looked at both Thalia and Fire looking at her with a bit of fear, and a bit of a flashback came through her head.  She had almost forgotten... Ami...
A strong feeling struck her heart, and she was soon a Penticorn.  With the way things were going, it was about to slow down, and it would take forever.

Fire knew these phases very well, and this knowledge helped him avoid it- most of the time.  He cast a look at Thalia and whispered, "You might want to stand back a little more... just to be safe.  She's... upset..."
He felt very bad for Alarice, but he knew not to approach her during this.
"So this... Hal.  Is she a kuhna?"
He was trying to make small talk so they could slip the topic off of Alarice's... condition.  She stopped morphing, but she was stuck on number three; Depression, as a Penticorn.

"Yeah, but a bit of a rarer species.  Not like the Flutters or Tonji's, but she's a Candy Corn.  A pretty young girl actually, but she's maturing much faster than the other girls her age.  But don't even think about it, she's not even ten yet."  Thalia was saying that last part for more than one reason, mainly because she didn't plan on losing Fire.  Suddenly she began to get a bit sick.  She hadn't felt this way since one of Arya's most dangerous melt downs, which wasn't good.  The trait of her's, known as Life Sense, was allowing her too see Alarice's true feelings, and they were intense at the time, almost overwhelming.  Falling back, Thalia hit the ground, over done by the feelings that she saw.

Fire grinned and nodded.  To him it was funny for Thalia to be so defensive.
When she fainted, he immeadiately sprang to help her to her feet.  "Hey, are you okay?  Lotsa blackouts today, huh?" He was really hoping that Thalia would be okay.
Meanwhile, Alarice seemed to have calmed down enough to go back to her normal human form.  It was something that Fire hadn't seen her be able to do in a long time in the middle of one of her 'moments'.  She seemed surprisingly collected as she walked over and helped Fire with Thalia, though her mouth was set in a firm line and she didn't say a word.  Though a few worry lines appeared on her forhead, and she looked around.  Maybe she hadn't stopped... Maybe she was nervous now.

(-shot- I totally realized that she doesn't even have a Penticorn Form. XP )

"Hey, sorry.  I suppose that I should have mentioned that I have a special trait.  It's known as Life Sense, and gets pretty serious if someone around me starts getting emotional, because I can see what they're feeling inside and out.  But anyway, Hal should be able to track us, so how about we walk around and see if we can find anything while we're waiting?"  Thalia was sure that it would be a good experience for Hal to get out more, and perhaps she could work her little sister like charm on Alarice.  Hal really had a way to make people happy, and that seemed like it might be best for Alarice too.

Meanwhile, back at the hut, Hal woke with a start.  "The whistle.  It's Thalia!  She's trying to get me!" she thought to herself.  Getting up, she grabbed her pumpkin jar and set of with a run, towards where the sound came from. But little did she know that it was going to be a bit harder to get away unnoticed.  For Converse had been waiting outside her door asleep just as she went out. "Oh my gosh.  Now I'm really gonna have a workout.  Ugh..."

((Wow, sorry, but I just thought that I might add my Wilson too, since that might be interesting if they're hunting one.  Hehe.  ;) ))

Alarice mumbled and looked around.  She was managing herself pretty well, but she still seemed unsure.  Fire was a bit worried about her, since these actions were straying a bit from the normal meltdown.  He was sure that she’d be fine if this Hal girl came.  Maybe that’s just what she needed.  Young children always seemed to lighten Alarice's mood.  Mostly toddlers and such, like Timothy back at the Valley.
"Yah, let's continue with the hunt while we're waiting," Fire said, then added to Thalia in a mumble, "It might take her mind off of... you know... until Hal comes."
So Fire pulled alarice on, encouraging her to partake in the event instead of stand there looking around.  Hopefully she wouldn't go overboard again.  That would be bad.

((It's fine if you add the Wilson.  XD That would be very interesting.  xP  I had a bit of an RPblock here.  Sawry.  ))

Hal had been running for about an hour when she caught scent of Thalia and two others.  Soon, she could see them, and with one last burst of speed, she topled into Thalia, knocking them both to the ground.  "Hey Thalia!" she giggled.  Getting up, she went over to Alarice and looked at her.  "Hal, it isn't polite to stare at people."  Thalia said to her, but Hal just looked a few more seconds, and then on some impulse hugged Alarice very tightly, as if they were siblings.  Backing away, Hal went to Thalia and hugged her to, saying, "Please don't let him get me.  He's really mad, and grumpy too."  "Who's he?" Thalia asked her, but before anyone was able to say something as an explanation, an animal came rushing up.  It was tiny, but was shouting at the top of its lungs, "Hal, don't you dare think that you aren't in trouble!  I swear that I lost weight, and I can't afford that right now.  Get over here this instance!"  It really just sounded like a lot of squeeking though.  "Calm down Converse.  I asked Hal to come."  Turning to her friends, she saw that they were both getting ready to leap onto the Mr.Wilson to make sure it couldn't get away.  "Hey, guys, he isn't wild, he's with me you know."

Alarice felt a little uncomfortable with Hal just staring at her, but when she hugge her, her bad mood completely lifted.  "You must be Hal!  It's very nice to meet you!" She said in a sweet voice.

When the Mr. Wilson came into view, Alarice And Fire both prepared to pounce.  They felt embarrassed when Thalia explained that he wasn't wild.
"Er... Sorry... We're on this hunt... Thought you were... Sorry..."
Yah... Oops... Thought you were... Yah... What she said."
They stuttered togather akwardly, Fire finishing off the last bit.

With that cleared up, Alarice turned bak to Hal.  "So Hal, how old are you?" she asked sweetly.  She was very excited to meet a new child, since children always seemed to be so intertaining.  They came up with creative ideas and fun games, and weren't yet ruined by the stresses of life and work, so Alarice was very eager to strike up some sort of conversation.

"I'm almost nine."  Hal said in a bit of a childish voice.  She really liked the girl she was talking too.  She seemed almost like a mom.  "So, Thalia, might I ask why you had Hal come here without anyone knowing?"  Converse asked in an annoyed voice.  He couldn't have been more annoyed with her, but of course, Thalia had a thing about her that stopped you from staying mad at her.  "Look, Con, I'm sorry, I just thought that it might be nice to bring her out for once.  I mean, you should just hear Arya complain about how she Hal never gets out.  So just calm down.  I will look after her, you know that.  After all," Thalia said, pulling him aside, "I have to practice for my new one too you know."  Thalia didn't know how to break it to Fire that she had been pulled into a breeding.  She loved him and couldn't let him think something bad about her because of that.  But if he really did love her, he would be ok with everything.  Walking back over, she found Hal waiting for her.  "Hal, go play with Alarice.  She really love to play, go ahead."  Thalia urged.  "Ok, yay!"  Hal rna over and tugged at her.  "Let's play!"

Alarice was delighted when Hal spoke.  Her voice was cute and young.  She almost squealed of excitement like a nine year old herself when Thalia suggested that the two play togather.  They went off running about in kuhna forms playing some mix of hide and go seek and tag.

Fire watched them and shook his head, laughing.  "Alarice and kids.  It's almost like she's a child herself!  Anyway, it's nice to meet you, Converse.  That is your name, right?" he asked the Mr. Wilson.  He had heard Thalia call him that, but they hadn't really been introduced yet.  "Thalia, are you okay?" she looked a bit nervous herself, and he hoped it wasn't his fault.  He walked over to her and placed his arm around her shoulders.  "You ok?" he asked again.

"Look, Fire, I need to talk with you.  I did something a little while ago, and I don't know what to do now.  I'm scared.  And you will hate me if I tell you."  Thalia said.  She gently took his arms off her shoulders and walked over and up a tree.  Sitting on one of the highest branches, she began to let out the tears she had been holding in since she had met Fire.  What would he do if he know she had bred with someone?  She cried until she suddenly heard something from under her.  Looking down, Thalia say Converse covered in water, and realized that was her fault.  "Oh, Converse, I'm sorry!  I didn't know you were there."  Looking to Fire, she made the introductions between them.  "Pleased to meet you." Converse said.

Man, she sure can cry hard... Fire thought.  "Look, Thalia, it's okay... You don't have to tell me if you don't want to... it's okay!  Really!" he said aloud.
Thalia's head looked up at him, but her eyes seemed out of focus a little.  She smiled and seemed so much happier.  How was it possible for her to take such a lighted mood all of a sudden?
"Aww, shit." Fire said before slapping his hand onto his forehead.  Speach-Mood controling.  He spoke with a little too much emotion there.  When his mood went down, Thalia seemed to go right back to sadness.  He hoped he didn't hurt her somehow by accidently doing that.  This time, he spoke naturally, and didn't try to pursuade her into a mood.  "Thalia," he said, reaching up and taking her hand, "I won't judge.  What is it that you need to tell me?"

Alarice, though, noticed when Thalia started sobbing and the mood change and all.  She got curious, so she gently pushed herself into a connection with Thalia's mind.  "Oh my god.  OH MY GOD!" She skidded to a stop and almost hit a tree.  Before Thalia could say anything, Alarice whirled around, ran, jumped, and tackled Thalia to the ground.  "Nonononononononono!  Not yet.  Noooooooooooo.   Ohmygosh.  Thalia.  Really.  Think over what you're about to say for a second." She didn't know how Fire would take it either, but in her mind it might be some guy version of her 'S.A.D.N.E.S.S'.
"Just... Not yet.  I mean, later, but not nooooooooooooooow."
She got of of Thalia and steped back.
"Sorry.  Just don't scare me like that.  I'm going to go back to play with Hal.  Just... Be careful..."
She slowly went back to playing with Hal, now wishing that she hadn't caused such a scene.  It was probably just some skill of hers.

Fire raised an eyebrow when all this occured, but Alarice must have known what Thalia was going to say.  And if Alarice went through all that, then it must be pretty big.  After helping Thalia up, he said, "Sooooooo...?"

Thalia knew what could happen if she told him this, but she would be there for him too.  "Fire.  I have a kid of my own.  This was before I knew that you even loved me, and before I loved you, and I'm so sorry.  I didn't mean to hurt you, and if you hate me, I don't blame you."  Thalia went straight back up the tree, even higher up than last time.  She could see out of the top, and instead of going back down, she simply lay on the branches, trying to hold back the tears.  "Thal, come on, it's ok."  Converse wasn't one for being sweet, but if she kept this up, it might trigger her own mood swing, which could get quite weird.  Because she tended to blurt things out that were't meant to be said when that happened.

"Alarice, what's wrong?"  Hal asked, clueless.  She had seen Alarice run off, but didn't know why.  But when she came back, she didn't seem as happy as before.  Trying to just help, Hal went up and hugged her tightly.
