"Mommy's a veggie-tarian. So she can't buy meat. Sometimes she lends me money to buy myself some, though! Mommy's really nice like that!" Flash said. His eyes sparkled with interest as he saw a little mouse (or at least thought he saw one) and chased it before letting the hallucination go. "Miss Babysitter, could you see the mouse? Mommy said if you can't then I have to put some of my medicine in my food."

[Remedy]

"Oh, okay, let's get you some food then~!" she said happily, heading over to the vendor.  She watched as Flash ran after nothing, and when he asked she said, "Oh no, I'm sorry, I didn't see the mouse..." She felt kinda bad, but she pulled out Flashes medicine and put the right amount deep inside his chicken wrap.  "There, you won't even be able to taste the medicine," she said.

"It's okay, miss. The medicine only tastes bad when it's in veggies, but Mommy only buys veggies." Flash took a great big bite of his chicken wrap and chewed it, gobbling it down rather quickly. He was still quite young and really rather childish.

[Remedy]

"Oh, okay.  Well, you sure seemed hungry." Kinuye said with a giggle.  She ordered herself a chicken wrap as well and ate it almost as quickly as Flash had.  Once she had finished, she asked, "Are you thirsty, Flash?  I have some water, or I could buy you a soda."

"I like water. Soda makes me make funny sounds from my throat. Mommy says that's not good and that soda will make me sick, and anyways Ray told me it's bad and makes my medicine work less good. I'm supposed to avoid sugar." Flash smiled.

[Remedy]

"Okay, water it is then!" Kinuye said, making a mental note of that.  No sugar.  She smiled and pulled out a water bottle, then uncapped it and handed it to Flash.  "Here you go, sweetie." she said.

Flash managed to drink it despite having a bit of trouble with holding it. It was really good. Ray always put weird stuff in his water. But he had said that today Flash could go without. That was a good thing! He was awesome!

[Remedy]

Kinuye smiled.  "You're welcome.  Just let me know if you need anything else." she said sweetly.  Then she looked around the park and asked, "So, what would you like to do now?"

"[color=660000]I dunno. Mommy should be back from work pretty soon, so how bout we go to the play park? I want to play on the sillyface climbing turtle! Once mommy read a book and I peaked over her shoulder and it had one of those but she closed it and told me it was too scary for a kid my age. That made me super duper unhappy. Who wants to not read a book about a sillyface climbing turtle?[/color]"
