(Remember that this is a speed RP, so the posts will be just the minimum, since I'm trying to earn more KS and level this gal up, so yeah.  ^^)







A little Cupid Tricky entered Terrace Park, unable to keep a smile off her face.  All around her were kids an dadults alike, sitting or standing, some walking and observing the scenery, some running around, chasing each other.  "Yay!" she said, looking around for someone to play with.  Deciding though that she just play alone for the time being, she started off for the playground that the park rangers said was a little walk away from the entrance.

Although Cuddles didn't like walking, she'd do it if she had to.  And she certainly wanted to find the play ground, so she started off.  After what seemed like forever, she heard the laughter of other kids, and knew she was close.  Running even faster, she morphed into her cute little human form, her dress waving in the wind.  Her pink hair was pulled back in two little 'pony tales' as she insisted on calling them, swung back and forth.  She finally saw the playground come into view, and grinned.

The gates that surrounded the huge playground seemed to be calling to her to open the gate and come play, which is exactly what she did.  Or, well, she tried to.  But, being a five year old and all, couldn't exactly reach the child safe lock.  "Hey sweetie, let me get that for you." a young mother said kindly, reaching over her to lift the latch up.  A small child who couldn't have been a year older than Cuddles herself was holding the mother's other hand, and waiting impatiently to play.

"Thanks mam." Cuddles said politely, entering the little park.  She looked around, intriqued at the huge play area that lay before her.  There were at least five different slides to go down, and to get to them you'd have to go up, down, left, and right.  There were monkey bars, sand boxes, ball pits, just about everything a five year old could ever want.  She let out an excited giggle, and ran toward the ladder that led up to the first little level of the structure.

This is kinda hard... Cuddles thought to herself, balancing on the little beam that led over to the next part of the play ground.  She was up on the third level, and although she knew that under her was a mattress to land on if she fell, she couldn't help but let a bit of fear creep in to her.  But a bunch of other kids were already up at the top, and they seemed to be having a bunch of fun, which made her want to do it just as much.  Finally, she made her way up a little wall with knobs to hold onto, and found herself looking down upon the other kids who were to scared to try and get up, and the parents of those who already were up.

There were five stories, making the whole place about thirty feet to the tip of the top and final tower.  This was probably the best day of Cuddle's life, being able to say she reached the top.  Or, well, she was going to.  She was perched on the ladder leading up to the second to last level, waiting for a boy in front of her to go up.  Finally he did, and she scampered up herself.  There was a little pretend telescope to her right, and she ran over, and looked through it.

Although it wasn't a real telescope, Cuddles could still see out of it, and her attention was caught by the little girl and her mother who had helped her get the gate open a little while.  It seemed that her little girl was scared of going up, and her mother didn't seem to understand why.  But after a few minutes, the girl nodded her head, and seemed to be okay with going up.  She let the telescope hang down, bored with looking out of it.  There was a bridge on her other side and she crossed over.

Finally she found herself up on the top level.  The view was amazing.  Cuddles could see everything around the playground.  The people looked a lot smaller, and that made her giggle.  If only there was someone that she could share the view with....

Then she remembered the little girl; she certainly would be fun to play with.  Her mom had finally gotten her to start up, so where was she now?  Looking around, Cuddles couldn't seem to spot her anywhere.  It confused her, but she walked over to another bridge that connected to a tower with a long slide.  Maybe she could spot her from a different spot.

The view, of course, hadn't changed much when Cuddles moved, but she was able to spot the girl.  And boy, was she surprised at what she saw.  The poor little thing had her head stuck between some railing bars, and couldn't get out!  Of course, being a tiny little five year old Tricky, Cuddles herself couldn't do much.  But, oddly enough, no one had yet to come and help the little girl.

That was when Cuddles noticed that there was a whole other tower in front of the other girl, blocking her from the view of the adults.  Oh no!  What do I do? she thought to herself.  She wasn't sure whether she should run away, or go get an adult, or try to help the little girl herself.  Finally, she decided.  Luckily, the girl hadn't gotten as far up as she herself had, and it only took a few minutes to get down close to where she was stuck.

"Hey!" Cuddles called out.  Trying again when the little girl gave no response, Cuddles finally gave up.  But then the other girl called out in a tiny, scared voice, "Help me!  I want my mommy!"  "What's your name?" she asked.  "I'm Cesilia, please go get my mommy!"  Cuddles nodded, but wasn't sure if she could do it.  After all, what if they didn't even believe her?

Cuddles pushed the worried thoughts out of her mind.  It was just like in the movies.  She'd be the hero at the end.  The only thing that was missing was the vil-  No, no no no.  She sure wasn't going to jinx herself.  Focusing on the task ahead, she put a determined face on.  The first step was to find the girl's mom.

She decided that getting down as quickly as possible would be to her benefit, but she had to get back up.  Lucky for her, she knew most of the tricks to getting up quickly, so it was only a matter of minutes before she was back up where she first spotted Cesilia.  Taking a deep breath, she calmed herself.  After all, to a five year old girl, such a high slide must have looked extremely scary.  But closing her eyes, she sat down, and pushed off.

Before she knew it, Cuddles found herself sliding down a long, dark tube.  She couldn't really see anything, but tucked her legs and arms in as to speed her descent.  Of course, her hands kept flying down to keep her dress down.  She questioned why she even wore a dress to go play in, but that wasn't the time to think about that.  Soon, she saw a light.
