"That is weird... I guess coming to Evelon affected everyone differently?" she suggested, tilting her head. "Maybe, since he already had a foxy form, the magic or whatever it was that brought him to Evelon gave him a Fellox-y form to match? And you said that your family already looked like Felloxes in the first place, didn't you? I still think that's a little strange, but then, maybe your creator goddess has... a window into Evelon or something, and she saw the Felloxes here and liked them so much she decided to make some of her own?" It was all so strange to consider. "I wonder how many worlds there are out there in the first place... And yes! This is a lot of fun! Even if we do get dirty."

Cat looked a little surprised that Rosy had offered to use her powers again. "Well, actually, I was thinking we could just poke a stick or long piece of grass in there and see if anything happens... Maybe we should try that first, since you said you shouldn't really be using your powers in the first place. But if the first plan fails, we could fall back to that..." She began to look around the area for a stick or twig (since those would be much better for poking about than a blade of grass), hoping she would be able to find one.

[Shieba]

"That's possible, too. I guess it's maybe different for each world as well." Rosy glanced at her two tails. She had never wondered why she had two and not only one. Well, more space for ribbons that way. "And yes, I think it's very possible that the Creator simply stole Felloxes. They are definitely Felloxes over there, too. I mean, I haven't been over there, but my sister has and she hasn't said anything about looking different when she came here for the first time. And I bet there are a lot of worlds. I've met quite a few people from different ones already." Rosy laughed. "Getting dirty is kinda a given with these events, it seems. But yes, it's great fun!"

"Haha, true." Rosy hoped her father would never know that she indeed offered her powers so freely. "That's a good idea. Dad would really get mad at me. I figure it wouldn't hurt all that much to do it again since I already broke the rule, but yeah." She started looking around for a twig as well. "We need a sturdy twig, though. It must be big enough to be able to get eggs out, but without being too big for the crack..."

[Kodai]

"It wouldn't surprise me, if things were different for different worlds. That's why they're different, after all!" Cat laughed. "I guess it isn't weird that some species are the same, though. I mean, there seem to be demons all over the place, when you think about it. Although I guess that's not really a species, as there are different types... but it's the same idea, right?"

She kept looking for a decent stick. "Well, my thought was just to see if there's anything in the hole, and if there wasn't, then it would probably be okay to put my hand in, but if we can use the stick to get the eggs out, then that'd be good, too. I'm not really having much luck, though... There's just too many rocks here." Hmm, what to do. She could easily just take one of the long blades of grass and use that, but then she'd definitely end up having to stick her hand in the crevasse...

[Shieba]

"Yeah, there are certainly a lot of demons around..." Rosy sighed. "It's a bit scary. There seem to be far more demons than beings of light." She grimaced. "Actually, I'm a dark creature as well, though not a demon. But since my Dad is the Grim Reaper, I'm of dark element as well. My aunt is the opposite, though. It's weird."

Rosy paused. "Uh, is that really smart? Imagine there's a snake in there and you poke it with a stick. Wouldn't it get mad and try to bite you in defense then? That's pretty scary. Though I'm not sure if there are snakes around here. It's Terrace Park, after all. Maybe a blade of grass is smarter for a start. You could try that first and if nothing jumps out to attack, poking around with a stick could be the second step?"

[Kodai]

"Hm, you're right... We have a few demon or part-demon residents, but no angels or anything like that! How strange... I wonder what that says about the state of the world..." Cat looked sadly thoughtful then, holding her head in a hand. "Then again, they're not all from Evelon. But if Evelon is attracting demons from other worlds in the first place..." Suddenly she blinked at Rosy. "Oh? Just because you're the Grim Reaper's daughter automatically makes you dark? I mean, obviously your personality isn't evil, but... I never really understood why people automatically associate death with darkness."

Rosy had a point, but at least if Cat had a stick she would be able to defend herself with it. Then again, a snake might not mind a blade of grass so much... and this was a park, so there really shouldn't be any snakes here to begin with. "All right, I'll do that," she nodded, and plucked a long piece of grass from the ground. Cautiously she poked it into the crevasse, but nothing happened. After giving a few more pokes with the same result, Cat looked over at Rosy. "Well, it doesn't seem like there's any spiders or snakes in there..."

[Shieba]

"Yes, it's weird. And it can't be good for this world. At the Chateau, we have the same number of dark and light beings, but I have no idea why it is different elsewhere." Rosy laughed. "Yes, my powers are dark. It's like that because of the balance, not because death means darkness. My aunt - and the goddess she's the companion to - are responsible for the rebirth of children who died before being born, for that are the only mortals who do get reborn in the world my Dad comes from. They need great healing abilities for that, and therefore are of light alignment. To keep balance, my Dad and the Grim Reaper god had their powers associated with darkness."

Rosy watched closely, willing to defend Cat if something attacked, and was very glad when nothing happened. "Well, that's a relief! Okay, now for a stick to get potential eggs out..." Rosy continued to look around once she was sure that Cat was safe. Finally, she spotted something hidden in the grass. "Here! I'm not sure if it's long enough, but it looks sturdy enough!"

"Well, at least your area is evened out," Cat remarked, and then listened as Rosy explained. "Oh, so that's why you're like that. That makes more sense. Hm, your father's world is pretty balanced, isn't it? Is there any sort of strife in that world? Although I suppose anything like that would be countered by all the good things people do. I wonder if Evelon has any way of balancing things like that..." She was thoughtful for a moment, but then remembered why they were here. "Oh! Let me see!" The girl went over to where Rosy had found a stick and picked it up, looking it over. "Hmm, it might be a little short, but if there really isn't anything in there, then I don't need to worry so much. Okay! I'll give it a try!" Carrying the stick back to the rock, Cat poked around inside the crevasse. "Hm, it definitely feels like there are eggs back there, but getting them out is going to be tricky..."

[Shieba]

"There's so much strife it's not even funny." Rosy laughed. "The white and the black gods are bashing their heads in endlessly. They were created to do so, to keep balance. The black gods want to destroy the world to return to chaos, which is perfection. The white gods want to safe the world, but with only them, there would only be stagnation and the world would decay. So it's the gory battle that keeps the world alive. Horrible, really. I hope Evelon has a better way to do things."

"I see...well, I still could destroy the upper half of the rock, but..." Rosy looked around for more helpful things. "There's probably plenty of corners the eggs get stuck at if we just use the stick to push them forward. Do you have any idea besides me using my powers? Because I actually don't right now." Even if they would have more tools, Rosy couldn't really think of anything that could get the eggs out efficiently.

[Kodai]

"Hmm, well, that's only in the gods' realm, isn't it? I mean, surely they're not fighting on the lands your people – I mean, your humans or whatever species you have like that – live on? I can understand the gods fighting amongst themselves in the place that they live, but if they're warring all over the mortal plane, then... that must be a very depressing world, indeed!" The girl tilted her head again. "I don't know how Evelon does it... But then, I'm not related to the gods, so I wouldn't know about that sort of thing."

Cat sighed, withdrawing the stick from the crevasse and tapping it against her leg absentmindedly. "Well... I mean, since there really doesn't seem to be anything in there, I could try reaching in really quickly and grabbing them. If I can't do that, then... well, we could either use your power or go somewhere else... I don't want you getting into any trouble, and if you use your power again, maybe your father will notice. Parents seem to have that sort of ability, to know when their children are doing something they shouldn't..."

[Shieba]

"Nope, they fight on the normal, material plane. We're actually having four different worlds and in the world where my Dad is Grim Reaper, the white god weakened the dark god enough that there is peace right now, but Dad told me in the other worlds, there is a lot of death and all of that. Well, in one world, the gods are actually fighting by selling technology and stuff and the dark god hopes the humans destroy themselves with it. It's all weird." Rosy really loved Evelon and had little interest to see that other world her father was from. It seemed all so chaotic and bad. "I like it here. I think I'd like to meet the gods one day, but I want to remain living here."

Rosy grimaced under her mask. "Dad has felt dark auras miles away before, so I wouldn't be surprised if he already knows from the one time I already did it. But yeah, it would be better if there's some other way." She looked at the crack. "Are you sure your hand is small enough? What if there are eggs in there, you grab them and then get stuck? Or get stuck even without grabbing eggs?"

[Kodai]

"Wow, they really do that? That's awful! A lot of humans must die... And... four worlds?" That was difficult for even Cat to comprehend. "Does your dad work for all four? I can't even imagine how much work that would be for him... It all just seems to be very confusing... Do the humans even know there are four worlds? A lot of people living on Evelon don't even know that there are other planes..." Cat nodded at Rosy's last statement. "It would be interesting to meet the gods. Although, in your case, I don't know if I'd want to meet the one that wants to destroy everything..."

She regarded the size of the crack in the rock. "Hmm, I think I can get my hand in and out without much trouble, though you're right that I might get stuck once I grab one... I could try to quickly roll them out, perhaps? The crack is fairly level, so that might work..." Without waiting, Cat decided to give it a try. "Here I go!" Quickly she stuck her hand in the crevasse and passed her hand over the top of an egg, rolling it forward a little. She swiftly repeated the action until she had managed to get it out. "It worked!"

[Shieba]

"Yeah, four! There's like a huge Sea of Chaos in which the Creator is and She made the four worlds. But Dad does just work for one of them. The worlds are supposed to be pretty different from each other. In my Dad's world, the humans know about the other worlds, but I know that in the world with all the technology, the people don't even know about their own two gods fighting there! And well, since I already know the Felloxes who are companions to the gods, the gods are probably exactly the same. But it would still be interesting. I certainly avoid the two Felloxes who like to kill people so much..." Rosy shuddered. There were too many crazy people at the Chateau as well. She wondered if she could ever truly invite Cat there without having to fear for her safety.

Rosy was a bit startled when Cat just tried all of sudden. It could still be dangerous, after all! But the girl managed just fine and Rosy watched the pretty egg roll out. "Awesome! Are there more in there? So far, we have always found at least two eggs every time! Be careful not to injure your hand on sharp rocks. If your hands are sensitive, that is. I don't really know that, but I always hurt my paws rather easily." It was really a pity there was just a single human living at the Chateau. Rosy knew so little about humans and human forms.

"Ohh, so they're separate, but still related in a way. That's actually very interesting. So does that mean that there are four sets of gods that are all the same yet they're still different people? I wonder what would happen if they all met?" Certainly nothing good, at least in the case of the dark and light gods. "Oh, are there people who like to kill at your place, too? Are they related to your dark gods? I can understand not wanting to be around them. Such people aren't good company."

Cat bent over and tried peering into the crack, but she couldn't see very well. "I think there's at least one more. I'll get that one out, too, and then we can start looking somewhere else. It's not really hurting my hand, but I'll be careful." With that, she repeated the process she had done with the first egg, managing to roll out another one. "There! All right, let's go. We've spent a lot of time here, so we should try looking somewhere else." Putting the two new eggs with the other two in her apron pocket, Cat got back up on Rosy's back.

[Shieba]

"Yes, we have four sets of gods. They're the direct children of the Creator. The white and dark god who fight each other actually resemble each other quite a bit, since they have to be of completely equal strength, but other than that, they're all very different. The Creator has them all meet sometimes, though. Family meetings and such. Dad says the Creator is a total mother hen..." She chuckled. It still seemed odd to her. "The white gods are all nice, though - well, their Felloxes are. The Felloxes of the dark gods...not so much. They indeed like to kill and torture a lot. I'm actually a bit scared to invite you over because of that..."

"Alright!" Rosy waited until Cat had succeeded and climbed back onto her back. She walked quickly, trying to make up a bit for the lost time. It didn't take her all that long to reach a few lonely trees in the middle of the high grass. She glanced upwards. "Uuuh...I see eggs sitting between the branches up there. I actually remembered the bunny saying something about hiding eggs in tree branches. How the heck did the little guy get up there? What do you say? Shall we try our luck or continue on?" Rosy couldn't climb trees and she doubted Cat could, with her dress. "Maybe we could throw something to get them down and then hope to catch them?"

[Kodai]

"Oh, they really do all get together? That must be so confusing! Although I guess, since they all know about each other, it isn't confusing for them. But those reunions must be very noisy and unpleasant for everyone, if the gods are always fighting. I wonder why your Creator thinks it's a good idea for them all to get together?" It seemed weird to her to put two sides of people who fought against each other in one place. "Oh, you shouldn't worry about that so much – Gar would be around in the forest somewhere, so if something did happen, he'd be able to know about it. And they'd be crazy to try to mess with Gar in his Garagnir form! He's absolutely huge!"

Cat looked up at the eggs stuck up in the tree. "Huh, I didn't think rabbits could climb very well, either... I could try, but it would be hard, and I might break the eggs in my apron if I tried..." Too bad Rosy couldn't fly with her wings, or this would be easy. "We could try throwing something, or shaking the tree, but we'd have to be careful and make sure we caught them. Hmm..." She hopped off the Fellox's back. "Maybe, if you tried shaking it, and I stood underneath with my dress held out, it would work?"
