The hunt was about to begin, and it looked like Sauron was going to go by himself, which wouldn't be much fun at all. But then he saw a rather lonely looking lucain a little ways off. Maybe he could go over there and cheer the guy up? Egg hunts were always fun, even with complete strangers.
So, Sauron jogged over to the lucain. "Um, hi there," he said happily. "I'm Sauron, and I'm gonna hunt for Easter eggs, but I need a partner. Will you please join me? You seem like you could use some fun." All of his words came out quickly, as he was in a hurry to get started. Everyone else was already finding eggs! He gave the lucain a look that said, 'Pretty please?'

Anthos studied the kuhna for a moment before remembering what Talcen had told him earlier about being more social. "Alright, I'll join you, but don't expect me to smile and skip around like some kind of faerie," he said dryly as he followed the kuhna. "My name is Anthos Kronos by the way. Please just call me Anthos." He stared at the strange look the kuhna was giving him. Was he begging, or what? Anthos shook his head and looked out at the park. "So this is it? We just find eggs right?"

Sauron shook his head up and down. "Yup yup," he said cheerfully. He looked around the park, searching for even the slightest hint of color that did not match it's surroundings. Hmmm... nothing out of the ordinary. Perhaps he had to look closer. "Let's get going," he said. He began to walk away and search other areas, but Anthos wasn't following him yet. "Are you coming?"

[Kylo]

"Yes. I'm coming." Anthos reluctantly followed the kuhna into the park. "So why are we looking for eggs?" Anthos sniffed around and looked about listlessly. "There's one." He pointed over to a tiny little bit of pink that was visable beneigh a bush. He looked around again boredly, but saw nothing.

The sugar kuhna trotted over to where Anthos had pointed and collected the egg. He didn't have anything to put it in, but he could carry one egg. And is he ran out of space to carry them, he was sure Anthos would help. "Um... 'cause it's an Easter tradition," Sauron piped up happily. "Haven't you ever heard of it?" As he talked he searched for other eggs that they could collect. "Plus, there is a reward at the end," he said, this time looking to Anthos with a grin on his face.

[Kylo]

"No. Where I come from there is no 'Easter' as you call. In fact where I come from we don't celebrate much. It's because the majority of our gods are dead." Anthos continued to search about boredly. He was trained to notice things that did not belong. In this case it is brightly colored eggs. He spotted another one and picked it up. "We don't celebrate Christmas either." He knew at this point that Talcen didn't send him here to socialize. No he sent him to find eggs for him, the lazy bum.

"Oh, I see... it must be a boring place, with no holidays," Sauron said with a small frown creasing his face. It was odd that a place wouldn't have any holidays. How can you have nothing to celebrate? Could a place be that bad? Sauron wondered about it, but was soon distracted by Anthos who had another egg. The sugar kuhna gasped and exclaimed, "I love Christmas!! How can you not celebrate Christmas? You get gifts, and give gifts and eat good food. Christmas is amazing!"

[Kylo]

"No it's not too boring. Especially since we're busy rebuilding a city. There is too much work to be done to be bored." He continued to look around for eggs as he grew relaxed around the kuhna. At least he wasn't pestering him like many people do. Anthos thought about the Christmas activities of last year here on Evelon and decided that they were alright. A bit noisy, but alright. He continued to search for eggs until he spotted another bright odject. He went over to it, but found it to be just a piece of paper.

"Oh!" Sauron exclaimed. "That sounds interesting," he added. He looked around some more, searching for eggs. He thought about this lucain, Anthos. He didn't talk too much, but he talked enough to keep up a conversation. That was good. The sugar kuhna looked around for eggs, but he was having trouble. Where were they? Wait, there was one. He bounded over to the bright orange egg and scooped it up. "Found one!" He exclaimed.

[Kylo]

"How many eggs do we need to find? Is there a set number or something?" He looked around near a bush and found a small egg hidden under it. He was curious as to why they had to find eggs and what their purpose was. "Hey do these eggs serve any purpose or are we just finding them to find them?" He searched around and found another egg. This one had a headphone design painted on it along with musical notes.

Sauron tilted his head to the side. "I really don't know," he said. "But I do wonder..." He looked around a little more and found a bright green egg. He bounded over to that one. But then he noticed the egg that Anthos had. It was so neat! He bounded over and peered at it. "That egg is so cool," he said with a grin.

[Kylo]

Anthos looked at the egg closely and didn't know if it was odd or not. He had never hunted for eggs before just now. "So how much longer have we got before it's over?" Anthos went back to searching for eggs and found another one hidden in a tree. He handed the egg with music notes to Sauron as he climbed up the tree to retrieve the egg stuck up there.

"Um," the sugar kuhna said. "I'm not sure, not much, I think, I don't know..." He paced around, searching for eggs. He found another one and scooped it up. "We have to hurry though," he said. He skipped around, picking up eggs as he went. He turned back towards Anthos, "Finding any?"

[Kylo]

"Yes," he mumbled through a mouthful of eggs. He had run out of room to carry them and had to carry some in his jaws. He dropped them down in a heap and went back to find more. Slowly but surely he was finding that he was actually enjoying himself. Maybe coming along wasn't such a bad idea after all.
