Hikre padded into Terrace Park, her eyes already scanning for her brothers. They had planned to meet here five minutes earlier, but Hikre had gotten held up when she found a poor kuhna kit who had been separated from her mother. Of course, Hikre had stopped to help the poor thing. Now, here she was, late. However, there was no sign of her brothers. She sighed. Why was she the only dependable one in her family?

[Kitsumi]

Shealini smiled as he thought of the female kuhna he had just left. She was gorgeous, from her nose to her tail. She was especially good once the darkness of night came...
His thoughts were cut off as he saw his sister, tapping her foot impatiently, waiting for him. He rolled his eyes. Hikre was such a perfectionist. He would never be able to come close to her. Which is why he'd chosen to be the black sheep of the family. He walked up to her.
"Hey, sis, where's Enu?"

[Kitsumi]

Sheyenu, the youngest of the trio of kuhna siblings, poked his head out from his hiding place, which happened to be a rather large tree. "H-here I a-am." he stammered. "I g-got her e-early so I d-decided to wait for y-you h-here." He grinned. "You're b-both late."

[Kitsumi]

Hikre smiled back at her younger brother. "Yes, I'm sorry, Enu." She said. "I was helping out a young kuhna kit. What were you doing, Shea, hmm?" she teased. "No doubt spending your time with one of your many lady friends. Am I right?"

[Kitsumi]

Shea grinned evilly, faking a surprised gasp. "Why, what would make you think that, darling sister?" He chuckled. "Yeah, I was with Fei." He licked his lips slowly, knowing it would bother Hikre. And just as he had expected, her face took on a disgusted look. That's right, little sister. he thought. I'm not perfect like you. Thank goodness for that!

[Kitsumi]

Sheyenu shivered slightly at his brother's lewd gesture. When had Shea become like that? He used to be a good little kuhna, just like the rest of them. They were all alike, all unseperable. But now, Hikre was becoming a great kuhna, helping out the unfortunate creatures of Evelon. And Shea was...well, stirring up more trouble for Hikre to fix.
And Poor little Sheyenu was left in the background. He didn't really know who he was without his siblings. One was good, and one was bad, which made him...nothing? He shook his head, trying to clear his thoughts.

[Kitsumi]

Hikre groaned. Shea could be so...so crude sometimes. She looked over at Enu, and noticed that he was shaking his head. "You ok, buddy?" she asked. She wondered if he was as effected by Shea's gesture as she was. No, it was probably something else entirely, knowing Enu. And she knew Enu well. She knew both of her brothers, in fact. The three of them were pretty close, and almost always could tell what the others were thinking. Well, that's how it had used to be, at least.

Shea grinned at his sister's reaction. Upsetting her was so easy. He almost hissed as she called Sheyenu "buddy" though. Didn't she realize that this only made things worse for him? He was already treated like some sort of mentally ill kid by all of the other kuhnas. He didn't deserve it from his sister.
"What's up, Enu?" Shea asked.

[Kitsumi]

Sheyenu shuddered at the word "Buddy". Why did everyone treat him differently? Was he right? Was he just a nuisance? He really had no place in their family...Hikre was the good one, Shea was the bad one. He was just...there.

But then he saw Shealini's stern expression, and knew that Shea knew what Sheyenu was feeling. He offered Shea a small smile, and shrugged. "Nothin...just t-thinking." He said.

[Kitsumi]

Hikre shrugged. "Oh. Ok then. Hey are you guys hungry?" She pointed towards their left. "I saw a hot dog stand over there. We could get some lunch. How bout it?"

[Kitsumi]

Shea nodded. "Sure, sounds good. The ladies always cause me to work up an appetite." He winked. Laughing at Hikre's disgusted face, he headed towards the hot dog stand. "I'll get one for all of us. Lunch is on me for once."

[Kitsumi]

Enu laughed at his brother's remark. Sure, it was lewd and disrespectful, but it was still pretty funny. Hikre, on the other hand, didn't seem amused. In fact, she was seething. Mutturing something under her breathe about "bane to the female race" Hikre turned to Enu. He knew that she wanted him to say something, but he just stayed silent.

[Kitsumi]

Hikre sighed. When was her brother going to open up? They had the perfect opportunity to talk right now, but he stayed silent. Trying to avoid being rude, she spoke instead. "So, little brother, what have you been up to?" she asked. "Do you have a job yet?"

[Kitsumi]

Shey walked up to the hot dog stand, changing into his human form as he did so. He noticed that the girl behind the counter was quite attractive. Making sure he looked ok, he walked up and winked at her. Scanning the name tag on her chest, he said, "Hey there, Stacy. Can I get three hot dogs?" He grinned in a friendly way.

[Kitsumi]

Enu shrugged. "N-no I d-didn't get the j-job." He stuttered. "I c-clean house for m-mother alot." He looked down at his paws. Then, sick of the stuttering and stammering, he changed into his human form. For some reason this form always made him more confident. He stretched, saying quietly, "That's better."
