"Of course you may. Please, sit. Can I get you something to eat?"
She asked, ever the polite host. Quantum perked up. This looked like Beduin Tou-san, whom he talked to about many things.
"Yess, yess, please sit!" His eyes shone as Sky whistled in agreement.

Baron 2.0/Lili 2.0

Lili cheerfully waved to the newcomer. "Hey, it's nice to meet another person! I'm Liliuokalani but you can call me Lili. My brother, Baron Friedrich von Steuben is sitting over there...but you can call him Baron. Right, Baron?"

"..." Silence from the shadows. Baron scooted further into the darkness. Lili sighed.

"I'm sorry, but he's not really...a social person, you know? By the way, what's your name?"

Demeter was impressed with the kindness of the pets and laid her tired limbs on the grass. "Just some water if you please. Thank you." the Tou-san smiled sweetly at the perky blue Matches, the elegant Cavallion, and the interesting purple Fenling. "My name is Demeter. I have been wandering in the forest alone for the last few weeks. I was seperated from my kin...somehow...I can't remember. I have not had company for quite some time...may I ask what are your names?"

"Forgive me, how rude!" Abbie said as she hastily poured bottled water into a shallow bowl. "This is Quantum." She said pointing to the Jewel Fenling. "That's Skysong." A gesture was made to the branch above. "And that greedy filly is Teal Dream." Tea simply munched on her apple. "And, I'm Aberdeen, of course. Call me Abbie. You got seperated from your family? That's terrible! Could we help?" She asked, genuinly concerned.

"Well I'm not sure where they are... but I hope if I just find some people to be with while I wait. They are probably looking for me right now. Can you tell me where I am? The last place I was...was very from here...."  Demeter seemed nervous. She didn't want to reveal to much information about her origin. Valor had always warned her about telling strangers about the Incarnus Project. Without Valor around Demeter was quite nervous about the decisions she was making. Valor always knew what was best.

"Of course, sweetie. We're in Lambasta, Terrace Park to be exact." Abbie sensed her hesitancy and knew not to push. Nervous critters never gave more information, if you continued asking they would just get more nervous, so Abie let it alone.

Quantum sensed sadness in his new friend. The tiny Fenling ran up to the big creature and gave her a hug. Then he scampered up herlithe body until he reached the base of her neck and gently scratched behind her ears. It was Beduin Tou-san's favorite place.

Abbie stiffened a bit. She knew this was a ritual with her own Tou-san, but this stranger might feel uncomfortable with it. She tried to explain.

"It's just his way of showing empathy and trying to make you feel better."

"What a fine friend! Thank you Quantum! Don't worry I'll be fine. I know that my kin are far away now but they know that I love them and that we will be together again. So what can you tell me about...what was this place called... Lambasta?"  Demeter beamed with curiosity and joy. She would find the other Incarnations someday, but till then she was happy to make new friends.

Skysong thought out loud. It is very big! There are many cities, as well as forests and plains and volcanoes and deserts. There are many different parts of Lambastia. But we just like to stay at the Park. There is also another country, Barraka. My friends Lady Tualia and Sweetest Love are there right now! Sky did love to talk. And Teal says there is a lot of grass here. Teal whickered in agreement with this.

"Where is this other country? And why are you're friends there instead of here? I'm a little confused. I heard something of about..a war...? What can you tell me about what you were talking about before I got here?" Demeter was scared. Her babbling was a sure sign. The talk of war earlier had made her worry more that a little. If there was a war going on Valor would be worried that she might be caught in the crossfire. Valor would stop at nothing to find her. She hoped that Valor knew that for the time being she was safe. But her vanishing in the first place was not positive evidence. He most likely believed her to be in grave danger. And although she was lonely and alone  without Logic, Justice, Glory and the rest she was relatively okay.

Baron 2.1/Lili 2.1

Baron suddenly stood up and muttered something under his breath. Lili curiously looked at him. "What is it, Baron?"

"I forgot to tell you something." Baron leaned down and whispered something in his sister's ear. Lili was almost knocked over.

"What?! You can't be leaving now!"

"I have to." Baron snapped back. He gave a nod to the others and muttered good-bye before storming off into the distance. Lili looked rather downcast.

"Thanks for the food." Lili tried to smile at the others. She failed. "I have to go now." Without another word she ran off in the opposite direction...

Demeter knew she couldn't stay. She had to keep moving. She had to find the others. Valor was the leader, and he wouldn't stop till he found her. She wanted to help stop Khimera. It was her only option.
"I'm sorry...I've stayed too long...I must be going."
Without another word she lept into the air following her heart, hoping it would lead her to her brothers and sisters.

Plushie

A Plush Rattegan by the name of Plushie lay down in the grass. She was napping. It was a long day without food and she really needed some. As Plushie awoke she wanted to smell food, but nothing.  Plushie decided to walk farther in search of food. She stopped. She had to fall asleep soon. She hadn't  
slept for days. So she lied down in the grass and closed her eyes. "Maybe after a rest I will find food." She said to herself as she was falling asleep. She was dreaming of food, food everywhere!
