First up to the door were Iahmes and his little boy, toddling happily in his little suit, looking quite dapper. Kinaed couldn't help but grin at them. With a bit of recovery time and a few good meals the pale vampire was certainly looking better. He didn't fully grasp the man's situation but he had been there to help pick up the pieces, feed him well and care for him and the boy.
"Twick-or-tweat!" Phyrrus happily clamored over to the larger man, giggling as he was picked up and put into his lap. "Look! I am a mobster!" He flailed his arms a little to show off his suit, straightening the little tie around his neck afterwards.
Kinaed couldn't help but laugh softly. "I see! What a good boy you are, I'm sure you'll be recognized everywhere tonight. What sort of treat would you like?"
Phyrrus pondered for a moment, looking at all of the cellophane-wrapped treats before picking up one of the popcorn balls. "I like popcorn!"
"Good choice buddy. Now go get some more treats with your daddy." He set him down, smiling and nodding to Iahmes. "Don't be out too late. Remember, tricks-and-treats end when it gets dark out."
"Thanks Kinaed." Iahmes took his son's hand, settling the popcorn ball carefully into his bag before heading off to the next house.
