Lie's energy was fading. He wasn't a kit anymore, so he couldn't play for hours on end like they could. With one last splash, he decided to actually look around. He saw that Sun and Lonarch were using the pool to relax, and figured it wasn't such a bad idea. He paddled over to them and took a place next to them. The water over here was warmer and more relaxing. Clever little pool. He let out a contented sigh and allowed himself to relax for a bit, so he could regain energy and play some more. He really should do that more often; he was sure Van would always be more than happy to participate in childish fun.

Ashela saw the others and joined them, relaxing in the water. It felt so good. She wished she had a bathing suit or something lighter with her to change into.

[Rabid]

Lie let out a short, contented purr. This really was quite nice. A little session of water... Something, followed by a nice rest. Yes, quite nice. Unfortunately, he wasn't made to be in water for very long. His fur got uncomfortable, even if the water was as pure and nice as this. With an inaudible growl, he stood and walked out of the pool. He shook his fur to the best of his ability and looked around him. He found a nice-looking rock that seemed to be balanced between being warmed by the sun and cooled by the miracle trees. That's what he'd decided to call them, kind of like pine or oak. They were miracle. He padded over to aforementioned rock and began to sunbathe. What better way to relax and dry off? He really couldn't think of one. Well, maybe sitting in front of - or maybe in - an oven. But he seemed to be one of the only kuhna with that opinion.

Ashelah saw Lie get out of the water and, consequently, decided to sunbathe herself. She took her bag into a little hidden nook and changed, then came back out to lay her wet clothes across a hot rock. She chose a hot rock and climbed on, resting on her stomach.

Sun was perfectly happy to stay where she was, the warm water soothed the aches of her muscles which had been tense from constantly running errands for AnimeTheia and having been sold so often, she was starting to think that she would never have a stable home, but something about her new owner made her feel that she would not be abandoned with another stranger again. She sighed contentedly, she had met some new friends and been having a good day off, her muscles started to tense a little again as she imagined the ruckus that the farm might be in without her help, but she managed to tell herself to forget about it and relax for once (little did she know that the zoo would have grown quite a bit by the time she returned).

Ashela smiled at Sun, Lie, and Lonarch in turn. Sun seemed to be the responsible, sensible one, Lie, so innocent, like a cub. And Lonarch... Oh, Lonarch... They had been together so long. The Hollowheart was silent, but loyal beyond the others of his kind. They would look on him with scorn for trusting her and he would spit them in the eye. Always silent, and yet said more than words could possibly express. Ashela didn't know what she would possibly, in ten thousand years, do without her Lonarch.

[Rabid]

Lie was quite content here, basking in the warmth of Nori Volcano. He was beginning to doze off, when he suddenly stiffened, his fur sticking out in all directions. He let out a growl and shook himself. He glared at the collar around his neck with its adorable muffin tag. It'd probably been hidden in his fur the whole time, he supposed.

I have to stay, He said sadly. The mistress hasn't called me. Hello. He jumped off his rock just as an imperial garudor landed nearby. He loped over to it and turned around to wave before jumping on its back. The beast took off with a great flapping of its wings, stirring up a small cloud of dust where it had once been. Lie made sure not to look back; it'd make him far too sad.

Ashelah stared at the sky. "What was that?" She asked. Everything the little beast had said was the precise opposite of what should make sense.

Sun stretched and stood up shortly after Lie had left, "I need to go too, there's probably a whole list of things for me to do back at the Zoo. It's been fun, I hope we meet again some time" She smiled at Ashela and Lonarch and with a regretful look she made her way out of the secret oasis through the tunnel which was much easier to find on the inside than it was the outside. From there she raced as fast as she could back towards civilisation making a promise to herself to visit the oasis again some day, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Ashelah smiled and waved at them. She decided to stay in the oasis for a while longer.
