FireSun blinked. "Who are you?" she asked, pushing Spark away. Looking aroun, she gasped. "Where did you take me? Mother, father, help me!" she screamed. Uh oh. It was her disease. Memory loss had been well, a side affect.

Noris was still rather oblivious to the antics of the other Shinzos, unable to see them all in the failing light.  He did notice Dripp flying hurriedly towards him, though. and he clumsily stepped off the edge of the ledge into the air.  His wings supported him well enough, considering the trauma his body had just gone through.  He had no difficulty flying whatsoever.  "What's going on?" he asked as he neared the leader.  "What's wrong?"

"FireSun's fallen. I came to get you just in case you couldn't fly..." he stopped for a second, circling the small Shinzo's head. "but apparently your trauma didn't affect them. I'm glad, I don't know if I could've carried you, or anything else." he said. "I barely have enough strength to be flying. Well, c'mon then, let's go see FireSun." he said, managing to see where Spark and the others were located. "This way." he flew down towards them, smiling as his love came into sight. "Spark..." he said in a gentle tone, as if any louder would wreck her pretty features. She looked up and her gaze softened and sparkled. "Dripp..." she said, and flew up to meet him. They came together in a tight embrace, heads against eachother lovingly. "Is FireSun okay?" Dripp finally asked after their silence. Spark nodded, then shook her head. "Yes... and no. She has amnesia. She doesn't remember me, and I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't remember any of us. She's calling for her parents."

FireSun  popped up. "Who are you people? Like a band of kidnappers?" Her eyes turned to fire, and she flew up. "You better take me to my parents! Or else I'll fry you all to a fine crisp!" Looking at them, she spotted Dripp. "Brother!" she yelled. She swooped down to him and hugged him tightly. "Who are these people? Where are the Four Sisters? And where's mum and pop?"

Flame flew off the ledge and hovered, listening to the others. Pinpointing where they were by sound, she flew towards them. Hearing FireSun's words, she slowed down and came up to hover beside Noris and Dripp. "FireSun?" she whispered quietly, trying to find out if FireSun had some inner sense of Flame being her friend. She had heard of people with amnesia being aware of others, just from an "inner sense".

FireSun spun around. "A gang of robberers! Dripp, come on! We have to get out of here!" Pulling Dripp's hand, FireSun braced herself for flight. When she noticed he wasn't budging, she glared. "What's your deal, D? Don't you wanna get out of here...or at least fight?"

"Whoa whoa whoa!" he said, grabbing FireSun and tugging her lightly to the ground. "FireSun, they're our FRIENDS. And I'm not your brother. I'M NOT YOUR BROTHER." he said firmly, grasping her shoulders. "C'mon, you have to remember us!" Spark said, coming up behind Dripp and lightly touching his shoulder. "I'm in love with Dripp, remember? And Noris and Flame are your friends, just like we are!" she said, looking at everyone. "We're not sure who your parents are, FireSun, but you have to remember us, you HAVE too!" she shouted, tears coming again. She wiped them away. It was too depressing to see a perfectly good Shinzo have amnesia like this.

Tears filled FireSun's eyes. "What...do..you...mean...not...my...brother?" she asked. Suddenly, her eyes filled with rage. She turned to the others. "What have you done to him?" she asked Spark. Tears stained her paws. "What have you done to him!" she shrieked. She prepared herself to attack Spark...

Seeing FireSun's reaction, Flame shook her head. Instantly, she dove forward and tackled FireSun. She pinned her down. "NO!" she yelled, tears in her eyes. She held FireSun down hard enough that she couldn't get away, but wouldn't get hurt. "FireSun, please. Just listen. Please. What kind of robbers or kidnappers would beg you to just listen?" she asked. "Plus, what could we possibly rob you of?" she asked, knowing that amnesia or no amnesia, common sense would still be there.

FireSun blinked. "Well, you are kidnappers! And probably some freakish government scientists! Because why else would Dripp and I end up in this terrible place? Hmm?" she said. Then she used her hind legs to kick off Flame. "And let us go!" she flew over to Dripp and pulled on his arm. "Come on, brother! We can escape!"

Instead of letting her drag him away, he grabbed her by the paw and pulled her in close. "FireSun. You have a bad disease that is making you like this." he shook her, maybe a bit harder than expected. "Listen!" he shouted. "Stop this! Stop it now! Apologize to these Shinzos. They are YOUR FRIENDS." he said firmly, shaking her again.

Spark's eyes widened as FireSun was about to attack her. She almost screamed when still nothing was coming back to the female Shinzo. But she didn't talk, FireSun didn't seem to like her in this state. She sighed as she listened to Dripp talk some sense into her.

FireSun blinked, and looked at Spark. Gradually her memory started to come back. "Hmm..." she said, woozily. Looking at Spark, she cried out. "Spark! It's you! You've been kidnapped too!" She flew and tackled her old friend. "The three of us should take down the other two." she whispered. "We can outnumber AND outmatch them."

Noris blinked at the scene unfolding before his eyes.  FireSun's fuss wasn't helping his headache any, but he didn't dare complain.  He was a grown-up now, after all.  He'd handle this situation maturely.

"FireSun," he called in a slightly German accent.  Why German?  He had no idea, nor did he care.  Perhaps he was still delirious from that little bonk on the head?  No matter.  "FireSun," he said again.  "We are your friends.  I am your friend.  Remember me?  I am Noris.  We lived at the same pen for a while.  I am your friend."  He cleared his throat before continuing.  The lack of [[ ...crud.  What is this word I'm looking for. -flails-  The thingy without apostrophes. -stupid- XP ]] sounded mature, no?  "I am Noris, your friend, and these are my friends," he said, gesturing to the other Shinzos.  "We are all friends."

Flame lifted her head and winced as FireSun remembered Spark. Why didn't she remember her? Though it was really good that Spark was no longer an enemy, why was it her and not Flame, or Noris, who met FireSun first? She sighed, then cocked her head at Noris as he spoke, all the while supressing a giggle. "Yes...I will not fight you FireSun, and I hope I don't need to. I'll just have to trust you to try and remember. Remember when Noris got hurt, remember us all struggling to help each other in that flow of rocks. Trust me FireSun and just TRY to remember." she said, tears springing to her eyes again. "Try." she whispered.
